Legal Injustice

Lawyers - Why are lawyers even a thing, and why do they make millions; why would anybody not be able to seek justice for not being able to afford one? What is the point of the law if you need a priestly class to interoperate legal text? The law should just be the law, but it isn't. Legal injustice is just another racket.

Statute of limitations - A statute of limitations is a law that sets the maximum time limit after an event or crime within which legal proceedings or lawsuits must be started; so basically people can just get away with crimes. This happened outrageously when a lawsuit was filed by two individuals against the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Cardinal William H. Keeler, Christian Richter, the school gynecologist, and Father Joseph Maskell; still, the lawsuit included the following descriptions: ''Joseph Maskell subjected the girls to repeated sexual, physical, and psychological abuse including vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, vaginal penetration with a vibrator, administration of enemas, hypnosis, threats of physical violence, coerced prostitution and other lewd acts, physically striking the plaintiff to perform sexual acts with a police officer.''

Presidential pardon - Plus the corrupt President can exonerate criminals at will.

Out-of-court settlements - Criminals can pay their victims to drop charges so they won't get charged with a crime, but the court knows it probably happened, otherwise the victims would get in trouble for falsely reporting a crime. This happened with Leon Black and an autistic girl he raped to the point of anal bleeding.

Bail - Criminals can also bribe the government to let them go in what is called bail; the government gets a crime tax, but the criminal in question still gets released to rink of the public.

Exploits

There are many cases where the legal system doesn't just fail to protect people, but serves to shield dangerous criminals from prosecution, effectively allowing Western countries to be terror-states.

The spaghetti judgement - In 1996, the judge who had initially been assigned to the Marc Dutroux pedo ring, Jean-Marc Connerotte, was removed from the investigation. Jean-Marc had attended a charity dinner for the families of Dutroux's victims. The Belgian political judicial system ruled  that because Jean had attended a dinner with the victims, he could no longer serve on the team due to concerns about his impartiality. They said that because John had received a pen and a plate of spaghetti as a gift at the dinner, he was being bribed. This has come to be known as The Spaghetti Judgment. Even though 400,000 people gathered to protest in Brussels, Judge Connerotte, was replaced by Judge Jacques Langlois was assigned afterwards. Judge Connerotte, was supposedly going to testify that there were murder plots meant to stop the investigation into Michel Nihoul as well.

Chevron - In 2011, Texico (now Chevron) was found guilty by the Ecuadorian Supreme Court of dumping toxic waste in the Amazon and ordered to pay a settlement of $9B in punitive damages to those effected, and an additional $9B to clean up the contamination. The $9B in punitive damages was later dropped on appeals, and the enforcement of the cleaning costs were blocked when the US and international tribunals declared that the local verdict was procured through fraud, bribery, and corruption.

Johnson & Johnson - In 1972, researchers at Mount Sinai Medical Center found asbestos in Johnson & Johnson's baby powder. Darlene Coker died of cancer from this after failing to sue them. It was only in 2020 that the company stopped selling their baby powder in the US and Canada; they still sell it everywhere else. When tens of thousands of personal injury lawsuits claims were made against J&J, they used a Texas law to dump all these liabilities into a new company, (LTL) then filed it for bankruptcy.

Roman Polanski - Epstein's Lawyer, Alan Dershowitz defended Roman Polanski, who raped a 13-year-old and got convicted but ran off to Europe. No attempt to get him back has succeeded.

Baruch Lebovits - He also defended rapist Baruch Lebovits who admitted to having oral sex 8 times with teen boys; Dershowitz got him out on a technicality.

Victor Salva - Director Victor Salva was convicted in 1988 of SAing, 12-year-old actor, Nathan Winters, during the filming of his debut, Clownhouse, while video-taping the act; he was also found in possession of CP. Salva pleaded guilty, serving only 15 months of a three-year prison sentence, before returning to film-making. Francis Ford Coppola's company, American Zoetrope, which was financing Clownhouse, counter-sued them, claiming they had committed a breach of contract.

Brian Peck - (((Brian Peck))), AKA Pickle Boy, who likes to 'hurt & tease pickles,' was an American actor, best known for playing Scuz in Return of the Living Dead; as well as a dialogue coach, and production staff member who worked mainly on late-1990s and early-2000s children's television shows like All That and The Amanda Show on Nickelodeon. In 2004 he was convicted of lewd acts with a child. The Lewd acts in question?: sodomy, attempted sodomy, penetration with a foreign object, oral copulation, and using anesthesia. One of his victims was Drake Bell, from Drake and Josh, who described getting turned out in a trailer by him with oil.

He only served 16 months in jail, after which he went right back to acting in children's TV shows, such as the Sweet Life of Zach and Cody and Yay Me!

Epstein - When Epstein got popped in 2006, he brought former US Solicitor General Ken Starr and (((Allan Dershowitz))) into his defense team.

According to lead detective on the case, Joseph Ricari: "the amount of evidence which disappeared or was covered up was mind boggling," referring to a hoard of Epstein's hard-drives and computers which went missing upon a raid of his home.

(((Barry Krischer))) - (((Barry Krischer))) served as State attorney for Palm Beach during Epstein's 2006 case. He opted not to pursue felony sexual assault charges, and later received an award from the ADL, just like Epstein's defense attorney, Allen Dershowitz. Despite a Palm Beach Police investigation documenting dozens of underage victims, some as young as 14, Krischer’s office reportedly treated the survivors as "prostitutes". In an unusual move for a sex crimes case, Krischer sent the matter to a grand jury rather than filing charges directly. Prosecutors presented only a fraction of the evidence and testimony from just one victim, resulting in a single charge of solicitation of prostitution. Former Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter publicly accused Krischer of "sandbagging" the case and giving Epstein special treatment, eventually referring the matter to the FBI.

State prosecutor, Lanna Belohlavek served as Chief of the Crimes Against Children Unit under State Attorney, Barry Krischer. Belohlavek presented the state's case against Epstein to a grand jury in 2006. Despite evidence from police involving multiple victims, the proceeding resulted in only one charge: felony solicitation of prostitution. Transcripts reveal that Belohlavek and her co-counsel repeatedly questioned underage victims about their own "reputations" and actions. She explicitly asked a 14-year-old victim: "You aware that you’ve committed a crime?," referring to the sexual acts as prostitution. She used victims' social media pages (e.g., MySpace) to undermine their credibility before the Grand Jury, focusing on posts about drinking or income that the victims claimed were jokes. Belohlavek was involved in negotiations with Epstein's legal team, including discussions on sex offender registration and whether he should plead to aggravated assault or solicitation.

After his first conviction in 2009 for child prostitution, the FBI declined to prosecute Epstein because the US attorney for the Southern District of Florida was Alex Acosta, who, according to a witness said: “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone.” The DOJ's own review confirmed that Acosta's supervisors were involved and that the lead prosecutor, Marie Villafaña, was deliberately cut out of key negotiations, yet no one was ever required to explain under oath who made the decision to stand down.

James Fields - Sped off when Antifa were trying to break into his car, hitting another car, which hit a car which hit, Heather Heyer one of the activists trying to mob him, killing her. Antifa caused a traffic accident which killed one of their own, but result was James Fields getting a life sentence.

Derek Chauvin - Arrested career criminal, George Floyd for trying to use a counterfeit $20. Floyd resisted arrest, so Chauvin pinned him to the ground by placing his knee on his neck, using an IDF maneuver which American police are thought. George had attempted to conceal the fentanyl he was carrying by swallowing it, causing him to die of an overdose, which was blamed on Chauvin's knee.

Not only did Chauvin get sentenced to 43.5 years in prison, but blacks all over the country led a campaign of arson and property damage across American and some European cities in protest of Floyd's death, costing billions and taking countless lives.
