GB (Elite Sex Crimes)

Elm Guest House - The Elm Guest House was part of the Sparticus International network, as revealed by investigator, Mary Moss; plus it had a sign out on front which said 'Club Sparticus'. It was run by an Indian named Haroon Kasir and his wife, Carole, who procured orphan boys, from the Grafton Close Childrens Home in Richmond Burough Council. It was raided in 1982 after a 10-year-old boy received medical care for repeated r**e, claiming that he had been living there. Two undercover police got into the house with a wire, which broke, causing police radio chatter to play throughout the house. When the home was raided they found suites adorned with whips, chains and ropes.

Hours of obscene videos and the guestbook were seized, resulted in a high-profile court case at the Old Bailey. According to police sources, among the guests inside were three parlimentary ministers, hight rankign members of the british government and a memeber of the Queen's royal staff.

A source close to the investigation told News of the World: ''The top brass have ordered everything to be played down. Officially we aren't saying anything at this stage. Every attempt is being made to make sure the names of the VIPs who have been using this place don't leak out.''

The Met Police denied to the Sunday Times that there was a brothel at all, which ultimately turned out to be a lie. Haroon and Carole Kasir were charged for CP, however this charged was later dropped, as the footage in question was inexplicably ruled inadmisable. The trial time was slashed from five weeks to just two or three weeks, partly because video evidence had been cut from eight hours to 45 minutes. At least 12 boys gave the police evidence that they had been abused by men at the Guesthouse, but this was not pursued. Witness statement from a child who was found at our guesthouse on the night the police busted the place appeared to have been heavily censored and did not include the name of really on Britain who was mentioned by the child I have obtained some of cos ears inquest documentation but much of it has been. Onlookers said it was as if an invisible hand was guiding proceedings to ensure the truth of the Guesthouse was not revealed. They were sentences to 9 months in prison and a fine for running a disorrderly house.

Investigator, Mary Moss testified at a later inquest that Carole told her that she still had footage of members of government with children, as well as a biship. (probably Peter Ball) Moss claimed that she was in fear for her life shortly before her alleged suicide from an insulin overdose in 1990. Operation fairbank got the suppliers at the Grafton childrens home arrested: Catholic Priest, Tony McSweeny, and John Stingmore, who was found dead in his home awaiting trial. In 2013, Mary Moss published notes and documents she had gathered from Carole online; those documents were seized by authorities, never to be seen again.

Known victims of the Ring: Peter Hatton Bornshin, who was molesting his own children and later comitted suicide at the age of 28, becoming part of Operation Fernbridge; Peters older brother, who received a payout from Richmond Council; and Richard Kerr, who was origionally abused at Kincora House and Dolphin Square, where Jimmy Savile had an office.

Operation Orchid was an investigation into the activities of a predator ring run by Sidney Cook and his cohort Lenny Smith. Retired detective chief superintendent who led the operation stated that, through the information they gathered during the course of the operation, he and the other authorities heavily believed that Lenny Smith was believed to have visited the Elm Guesthouse multiple times throughout his life. There were notes in an unredacted intelligence file related to the operation that was leaked at one point that supported this finding. All the information related to Operation Orchid was said to be held within Scotland Yard, the main investigative authority of England. Think of them sort of like the UK's FBI. However, a few years later, a detective who tried to review the files and information gathered on Sidney Cook during Operation Orchid in 1998 found that the information had vanished from from the evidence rooms. In 2014 the Met Police began a homicide investigation surrounding allegations that children had been raped by predators linked to two establishments that were in operation over 30 years ago: the Elm Guest House and Dolphin Square Apartments. Lenny Smith, the man who helped run the Predator ring with Sidney Cook, had, at the time of the crimes, been working as a rent boy in London. This in the past had led investigators to suspect that he had been working inside of the Elm Guesthouse. But in 2014, during that operation, when investigators headed into the files to look for the evidence that was gathered during Operation Orchid that linked Sidney Cook, his cohort Lenny Smith, and the Elm Guesthouse together, they discovered that the information was once again missing. Once again, it had vanished from the police evidence lockers and from filing cabinets. No explanation was given. In a later interview, Kevin Allen, the older brother of Martin Allen, the missing boy, revealed that the two had frequently washed government vehicles at the commissioner's residence and other buildings associated with the Australian Embassy. Interestingly, following Martin's disappearance in 1979, Australian intelligence reportedly launched an internal investigation into stand-in drivers employed by a private chauffeur company used by the Australian High Commission. This company, which provided drivers for civic functions often attended by individuals connected to Margaret Thatcher's circle, was found to have employed several convicted child predators. And among those drivers that were previously employed by this service was Sidney Cook, the notorious Predator Gang leader, who's thought to be responsible for the deaths of over 20 children, and no exposed pedophile, David Smith, the personal driver of Jimmy Savile. Sidney Cook and his Predator cohort are understood to have been some of the drivers who would pick up young care home boys and rent boys in the expensive cars and deliver them to organized orgies in Barnes, Pimlico, and Kensington.

Vishal Mehrotra was an 8 year old boy who went missing after being abducted from Upper Richmod Road, Putney, a mile and a half away from Elm House; the upper part of his torso was found seven months later, buried in a wooded area of West Sussex. A few months after Vichal's disappearance, his father was contacted by a man who identified himself as a male prostitute, who suggested that his son's abduction may be tied to a group of high-profile predators who were often at the Elm Guesthouse. On the call, the Phantom Man specifically told Vishal's father that his son may have been taken to the Elm Guesthouse and murdered by a group of highly placed predators. Years later, in 2014, Vishal's father, Vishambar, stated this to the press. The phone call was taped and was passed on to detectives, but Vishambar was told not to think about it. The man who reached out to Vishal's father, who has never been publicly identified, also told him that he had already informed the police about the activities of politicians, judges, and other high-profile people who were victimizing boys at the Elm Guesthouse. But no one ever followed up with this man on his statement.

At the end of Operation Athabaska, Met Police commander Neil Jerome, gave the report from their investigation into Elm House to the IICSA, himself stating: ''No credible victim has ever come forward alleging a specific offense suffered whilst at elm guest house and that no prominant person had ever been conclusively identified as having r***d a child ther.'' This is the British Government's official stance on the matter to this day.

The guestbook list included the original BBC Radio 1 DJ, and convicted pedophile, Chris Denning.

Cryril Smith - An ex boyfriend of Carole testified at the same inquest that she had picture of Sir Cyril Smith, who the police confirmed visited the house, and who was later exposed as a child predator after his death in 2010. He abused boys at hostols and care homes, with one victim claiming he was r***d so hard, he lost teeth and needed stitches. Later investigations revealed that the Police and Crown prosicution decision not to charge Smith were influenced by political and institutional pressures which silenced victims. Even though in the 80s, Smith was caught with CP, he was never charged with the crime and allowed to walk after having made a mysterious phonecall. It was later discovered that he had called MI5. Years later he would be knighted by the queen. In 2015, released cabinet office documents revealed that PM Margerate Thathcer had been informed of allegations of child abuse against Cyril Smith. A BBC Newsnight investigation exposed that Smith had been arrested in the early 80s for involvement in a seperate predator ring, and that someone high up in the government had called the local police, who had arrested Cyril ordering them to destroy evidence related to the ring; further reports indicated another arrest by Northamptonshire police for child abuse, before being released under similar circumstances. In 2015, a retired police officer alleged he was threatened into silence by the government after discovering Cyril Smith at the home of a known sex offender with two intoxicated teen boys and a police Sergeant. The officers claims he was brought to a meating at the station and instructed to remain silent. It's public information and widely known that the Director of Public Prosecutions, lied to journalists about why they chose not to charge Cyril Smith with crimes against children throughout his life. Even though he had been arrested multiple times for the offenses and had dozens of allegations made against him. When questioned, the Director of Public Prosecution stated that the case was not referred to MI5, when it was referred to them. He also stated that they decided not to follow the information as a serious lead because their role was to defend the realm.

Knowl View - Smith was also part of the Knowl View School pedo ring. Officers, authorities and politicians all claimed that police files on this case were seized by MI5 and that whistleblowers had been silenced under the Official Secrets Act, which makes it illegal for people to talk about something.

(((Leon Brittan))) - The boy who was treated for r**e reffered to one of his abusers as Uncle Leon. (Presumably Leon Brittan)

MP Geoffrey Dickens fought to have PIE banned and claimed to have suffered break-ins and intimidation when he started a paedophile-exposing campaign against British politician. His name was found in the notebook of a serial murderer, Arthur Hutchinson, who gave no reason as to why.

DIckins compiles a 40-page dossier of alleged pedophiles, including politicians, which he handed to Home Secretary, (((Leon Brittan))). Thirty years later, the whereabouts of the dossier could not be ascertained. It turned out that somewhere between Leon Britton, the Home Office and the police, the dossier had disappeared. A look for them was ordered in 2014, but they happend to be 1 of 114 other files related to allegations of a child abuse network that officials could not find. This might have something to do with the fact that in 2014, a customs officer was reported to say he had pulled over Brittan in the 1980s, searched his car and found videotapes of children clearly under the age of 12 taking part in sex acts. This officer reported this, to his superiors, with no action being taken.

In 1981, Dickins used parliamentary privilege, the ability of an MP to say what they want within Parliament without fear of prosecution, using it to name senior diplomat, Peter Hayman as a paedophile.

Peter Hayman - Years after MP Geoffrey Dickens had named him, Peter Hayman, was found to have secret diaries containing fantasies of sexual activity between him and children. A file documenting his sexual proclivities was prepared for Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who did nothing. It was then filed away in National Archives under security rules until its discovery by an academic researcher almost 40 years later. Again, Peter Hayman was a leading member of PIE.

Peter Righton - In 1992 a social services director named Peter Righton, the top UK government adviser on Child Protection Services was arrested after Customs officials intercepted CP addressed to him from Amsterdam. Righton was also a member of PIE. Two years later in 1994 Peter riton was arrested once again after a Scotland Yard investigation into allegations of historics at children's homes revealed that Peter won the head of child services in the UK was a hardcore absolutely unrepentant Predator. Peter Righton's name had been brought up in connection with the Elm Guest House long before those articles and news reports came out.

Harvey Proctor - Harvey Proctor, a member of Margaret Thatcher's government in the 80s, had a reported desire for young, prostituted men who dressed up as young boys. Unquestionably, much of the mid-80s media in England had a great deal of problems with Harvey Proctor, and one newspaper editorial stated that he was unfit to pass laws to protect the young, a troubling and somewhat pointed charge to aim at a Member of Parliament.

Ken Clarke - In 2015, former child actor Ben Fellows was cleared of perverting the course of justice after he claimed over a period of years that he had been groped as a 19-year-old by MP Ken Clarke. According to the jury, he had not lied, which begs the question, why was Ken Clarke never prosecuted for allegations of groping a teenage boy?

(((Clement Freud))) - Operation Yewtree, was an investigation into pedophiles, mainly in the entertainment industry, prompted after Jimmy Savile's death. It ignoring at least two allegations of child abuse at the hands of former politician (((Clement Freud))), the Grandson of psycho-analyst, (((Sigmund Freud))). Clement Freud's funeral was attended by famous names from his showbiz, law and politics, such as (((Stephen Fry))).

(((Greville Janner))) - For almost 30 years (((Greville Janner))) was the Member of Parliament for Leicester in England, a proud Jew. He fought long and hard to bring Nazis to justice. He believed that no one was too old or too sick to be prosecuted for German Holocaust crimes. In an ironic twist, Jana was accused over a number of decades of being a paedophile, but in recent years he was deemed too sick to be charged, even though it was announced that there was enough evidence for a prosecution. His rule that people should face their accusations, no matter their personal circumstances, did not, it appear, apply to himself. Lord Jana, ennobled in 1997 by his friend Prime Minister Tony Blair, was facing more than 30 accusations against him, according to police. These dated back to his involvement with a Leicester children's care home in the 80s. In 1991, after accusing Greville Janna of paedophilic behaviour with a teenage boy, Frank Beck, a care home manager from Leicester, found himself arrested and charged with physical and sexual abuse of children in his care. At his trial, Beck stated that one child has been buggered and abused for two solid years by Greville Janna. The child, Paul Winston, by now a grown man, testified in support of Frank Beck, alleging that Beck had helped him extricate himself away from the abusive and controlling Janna. Other witnesses who were formerly in the care home Beck managed equally supported Beck. However, despite glowing testimonies and an uneasy sense that working class Beck was being trounced by a respectable and influential middle class MP, Beck was found guilty and sentenced to 24 years in prison. He died two years later, still protesting his innocence.

Detective Sergeant, Mick Creedon, who was involved with the original investigation, said that credible evidence existed that required further investigation, but he had been blocked from pursuing child abuse questions that surrounded Greville Janner. Creedon's bosses issued him with explicit orders regarding Janner, including forbidding a search on his home address, constituency office or his office in the House of Parliament. Following the court case, Janna visited police headquarters in Leicester in the carefully controlled way that Mick Creedon now describes several decades later. The director of public prosecutions, Alan Green, said that Janna would not be charged for lack of evidence. Green, it should be noted, was later the subject of a national sex scandal when he was forced to resign after his arrest for curb crawling in the prostitute-dense King's Cross in London.

Fast forward to 2013 and Baron Janna, by now an active participant in the House of Lords, was turning up regularly to participate, even though Lords are not obliged to, and collecting the generous £300 daily clocking-in amount awarded to them. That was until police once again renewed their interest in the historic abuse allegations against Greville Janna and officers spent two days searching the 85-year-old's London home. Police then refused to confirm if anything was seized, but confirmed that their search was part of an ongoing investigation. Despite his prior enthusiasm for House of Lords attendance and even a recent renewing of his intent to contribute there, Greville Janna, we were told, was ruled unfit to face the accusations against him. An independent review concluded that there was sufficient evidence to prosecute him on allegations of child sexual abuse. The case went backwards and forwards. Eventually it was left to a judge to decide if Jana was fit to deal with a legal case and as a result of dozens of boys and men claiming he'd abused them over the decades. In December 2015, the judge ruled he was unfit to stand trial. His death was reported later that month. He was never cleared of abusing children.

Ed Heath - In 2015, Wiltshire Police announced that they would be investigating multiple allegations of child sex abuse at the hands of former British PM, Sir Edward Heath.

[Grain of salt, but years before Heath was exposed as a pedophile in 2015, in 1997, respected psychiatrist, Dr. Joan Coleman, compiled a list (The RAINS List) of her clients who claimed abuse by British politicians, including Ed Heath. Around five different alleged victims, who did not know each-other, indipendantly recounted that Heath would use giant metal prostetic hands to hold his victims while abusing them.]

Peter Morrison - Peter Morrison was one of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's closest confidence and aides while she was in 10 Downing Street they were closed personally and professionally so it was when her long serving personal protection officer Barry strove and informed her that Morrison may be holding sexual parties with underage boys Thatcher not only failed to act on this information but she promoted Morrison shortly afterwards trevin's words the factual witness by Archie Hamilton Thatcher's personal secretary Hamilton has since denied hearing that the conversation involved underage boys Peter Morrison was to Margaret Thatcher a highly regarded member of her staff so much so she later vouched for his knighthood given her enduring relationship with Savile and Morrison as well as other men in her government who were accused of having a sexual interest in children it's reasonable to ask why did Margaret Thatcher appear to enjoy the company of men accused of being pedophiles.

Cover-Up - In 2014, a year before announcing the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA, Theresa May, then Home Secretary, organized a report to be co-authored with the director of the NSPCC. The review found nothing to support a concern that files had been deliberately or systematically removed or destroyed to cover up organised child abuse.

King Charles III - The IICSA investigated how the Church of England and authorities handled the case of Peter Ball, the former Bishop of Gloucester who was jailed in 2015 for sexually abusing 18 young men and boys. Ball was also a long-time friend of then Prince Charles III. Although initially called upon for cross-examination in the enquiry, lawyers for the Prince argued that the public inquiry did not have the legal power to compel a member of the royal family to submit a formal witness statement or appear for oral cross-examination. They utilized human rights law to block efforts to force a standard statement.

Charles Napier - BBC's Panarama released a documentary titled The VIP Paedophile Rin: What's the Truth? It basically concluded that the claim was fake, only addmitting to a prep-school teacher, jailed after Tom Watson's call for action. What they didn't mention was that the prep-school master in question was Charles Napier, a former treasurer of the paedophile information exchange and half-brother of powerful parlimentarian, John Whittingdale, who previously held the role of overseeing media and culture, including the BBC. Whittingdale began his parliamentary career working for both Leon Brittain and Margaret Thatcher. Napier had previously boasted that he could import child abuse images into parliament via his connections.

Jeremy Corbyn - Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the Labour Party, has been subject to a great deal of accusations of covering up abuse. A number of people have come forward, including a social worker, to claim that Corbyn ignored what was told about abuse in Islington. In fact, as we recall, it was Corbyn who clashed with Geoffrey Dickens in Parliament in the 80s when Dickens refused to ignore what was being said about abuse in Corbyn's constituency. John Mann MP, who also came out asking for justice for survivors but has used many sticks with which to beat Corbyn, who he clearly loathes, issued an open letter to Jeremy Corbyn Corbyn's people responded robustly, denying allegations and reassuring people that all would be tackled by the child abuse inquiry. Nonetheless, a shadow hangs over Jeremy Corbyn regarding what he did and didn't know about child abuse in his own community. There is no doubt that vulnerable young people were being abused in Islington's care homes, part of Corbyn's territory.

Trevor Lloyd-Hughes - In 1986, a social worker named Abraham Jacob, was jailed for four years for helping organize a prostitution ring involving young boys. He was arrested as part of Operation Circus, overseen by Commander Trevor Lloyd-Hughes. Commander Lloyd-hughes had not been able to see this investigation through as he had allegedly died of a heart attack just over a week before Jacob Abraham was sentenced. On the Sunday following Lloyd-Hughes' death, a newspaper claimed that he himself was under investigation for potential links to a rentboy ring. Although his death was declared natural, former police Sergeant, Dave Machin claims that Lloyd-Hughes was found with a tie tied  tightly round his neck, with a note and multiple bottle of amyl-nitrite. He also says that he was taken to a room and told by two men in suits that the events were to bekept quiet from the media and their wives, friends or even each-other, and to inform their cheif inspector of any media attention.

(Grain of salt) An anonymous source who spoke to Sonia Poulton claims that as a teen he visited a man's house to buy some radios, when he encountered Tevor Lloyd-Hughes with a young boy names Martin, who he later identified as having been Martin Allen, a 15-year-old who went missing in 1979, last seen getting into a car with a tall blonde man.
