Jimmy Savile

I'm not been jumping off things and kidnapping local ladies because I live in Glencoe and we rustle cattle up there and we also kidnap ladies and sell them. This video is not going to be an extensive look into the Savile case itself, though one day that video will be made. Here, we will be looking into just a few of the connections Savile had. This is not a deep dive and the info I provide here was mainly put together by Simon Dovey through his work in Eye of the Chickenhawk. There are many different layers and overlapping networks of the worst kinds of criminals in this area and in this time. But again, I just want to quickly document the telling connections Savile had to the government but also to a serial killer and a child pornographer. Jimmy Savile had succeeded in hoodwinking a lot of people including Margaret Thatcher the Prince and Princess of Wales the Vatican the honors committee the NHS and hospitals up and down the country and several police forces and some members of BBC staff including me. Savile, awarded the OBE in 1971 and knighted in 1990, was a prolific child abuser who stalked hospitals that he helped build, children's homes that he had access to, and of course the studios of the BBC among many more locations over his Crimesbury which has been traced back as early as 1955. A lot of people see Savile next to these prominent people such as the Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and might think nothing of it due to the fact he did many charitable things in the public eye. That he used his influence to do these big things and it was only natural for the country to recognize his achievements and his efforts. Well, that line of thinking gets brought down when you see that Savile wasn't the only in Thatcher's circle. Not the only prominent I should say because the others she knew were in her own government. Cyril Smith, Peter Hayman and Peter Morrison are just the known files in the government at the time and there are surely more that didn't get caught. Why were more not caught? Was there potential evidence of a much larger problem of pedophilia in high society? Well, according to MP Geoffrey Dickens, there was. And by 1983, he was almost finished creating a dossier that quote contains the names of a number of top people in public life and show business. As Geoffrey was still building a case and handing over information, he received death threats, had break-ins into his house and his name was later found in the notebook of a serial murderer, Arthur Hutchinson, who gave no reason as to why Geoffrey's name was found in his notebook. Nothing came of the dossier and in fact, it turned up missing years later among 113 other missing files related to allegations of a child abuse network. Who did Dickens hand the dossier over to? Leon Brittan. Well, it just so happens in 2014, a customs officer was reported to say he had pulled over Brittan in the 1980s, searched his car and found videotapes of children clearly under the age of 12 taking part in sex acts. This officer reported this to his superiors with no action being taken. And by 2014, the quote officers on the case stated the tapes and even the report of the incident itself could not be found. Brittan had faced allegations before that also went nowhere. In 1990, two social workers Mary Moss and Chris Fay had testified that they had seen photographs implicating Brittan as a customer of a brothel that offered boy prostitutes. They also testified at the time that Cyril Smith was a customer as well. Something that would only be confirmed after his death. They also said that a boys home nearby was being used to supply the brothel. And years later, the man running the boys home at the time they testified was arrested for abusing children. Yet, even though Fay and Moss were somehow correct about Smith and the boys home, and even though Brittan would go on to face future allegations, their testimony and the idea that this brothel was serving young boys to prominent politicians is considered a hoax. This brothel would be shown to be associated with the Spartacus International Network, a network that will be covered one day, but is out of the scope of this video. The point of laying all of this out very briefly, cuz all of these connections go much deeper, is to show that Savile was not the only prominent pedophile in high society at the time. The question now is how much did Thatcher herself know? Well, for each person I just laid out, besides Leon Brittan, Thatcher herself was personally warned. She was told about Peter Hayman. She was told about Cyril Smith. She was told about Peter Morrison. All claims ignored and Smith even went on to get knighted. Of course, she heard the same rumors and allegations and warnings about Savile after her multiple attempts to get him knighted and still he received his knighthood in 1990, Thatcher's final year in office. By then, Savile had already developed a friendship with serial killer Peter Sutcliffe, also known as the Yorkshire Ripper. Sutcliffe was convicted for the murder of 13 women in a spree that lasted from 1975 to 1980. Convicted in 1981, he was sent to the HM Prison Parkhurst before being transferred to Broadmoor Hospital, a high-security psychiatric facility, in 1984, where Savile had been volunteering for years by that point. Savile was said to have boasted that he was able to get people released from the hospital if he wanted. He had keys to the place and would come and go as he pleased. And of course, he is said to have made many victims at this hospital. Yet, the one man he was reported to have made friends with was a high-profile serial killer. The two called each other friends and when the news came out about Savile, the Yorkshire Ripper himself was one of the few to publicly defend him. In fact, he would claim Savile was completely innocent. Of course, as this channel is mainly about serial killer cases, I'm sure his case is not all that meets the eye. He was said to have heard voices and was acting on the will of God. I can only imagine what I'll find when I go down that rabbit hole, but again, we're simply sticking to the connections Savile had for this video. Interestingly, though, Savile himself would be questioned about the killings before the Ripper was ever apprehended. During the killing spree, multiple tips came in pointing at none other than Savile himself. It's unclear when exactly police questioned him. What is clear is they did because two of the Yorkshire Ripper victims were attacked yards away from Jimmy Savile's home in Leeds. In 1976, Marcella Claxton was taken to Roundhay Park and was attacked but survived. The very next year, and the body of Irene Richardson would turn up in the same spot. According to Nikki Kricher, who was practicing as a lawyer when this report was released, she claimed a friend of hers who was a dentist was sent over to take a mold of Savile's teeth in 1980 so the police could compare it to bite marks found on Irene Richardson's body. Not that it would make much of a difference as we now know bite mark evidence is completely useless. Officially, Savile was cleared of any suspicion in regards to the Ripper murders, but it seems he would always be guilty of making the worst of friends. While Savile was at the BBC, he made more than a few friends and acquaintances who shared the same taste for depravity as him. In the '70s, Savile was reported to have been at the parties Tam Payton was throwing, Payton being the manager of the Bay City Rollers and also a convicted child offender. In fact, according to Gert Magnus, many people from show business attended these parties from the famous to the behind the scenes, and they were there, according to him, primarily to have sex with children. In March 1975, Tam Payton had bought a house called Little Kelliston just outside Edinburgh, where Gert and other would-be pop stars spent time. It was fast becoming notorious for its music industry parties. There was always parties, lots of young boys, lots of producers and celebrities. >> knowing people >> Yeah, famous people. >> Yeah. going to the room and coming out and you know, big party. So, some of these famous people would disappear with the young boys into rooms. >> Yeah. And having sex. Yes. Can you remember anyone? Jimmy Savile and You Savile was there, was he? >> Yeah, right. Did you not think this is a bit horrible? Of course. But I was so young. You know, I think oh, that's normal in this business here. That's the music business. Yeah. So prominent it was that he thought to himself that it was normal in that business. It may have been common, but it of course was and is not normal. The Rollers were at one point taken to Chris Denning, BBC Radio 1 DJ, and told that if they wanted him to play their song, thus garnering them a new level of fame, one or more from the band would have to sleep with him. Payton signed the band to Bell Records, who brought in Jonathan King to produce their first single, Keep On Dancing. After it was released, we were invited to meet this guy called Chris Denning, former Radio 1 DJ. Absolutely. He would get records played on BBC and he knew all the producers and all that stuff. Tom told us that if one of us or more than one of us slept with Chris Denning, we would probably get much better promotion. Disco runner Dennis Corday knew Payne and Denning, who were regulars at his establishment, and all three knew Jonathan King. King and Corday both had a sexual attraction to young boys as well. King, in fact, produced the first single of the Bay City Rollers and went on to do work for the BBC as well. All of these men used the club to lure who knows how many underage victims into performing sex acts. But it gets much worse as these men were not confirmed to have made films of their crimes for profit. But Chris Denning, on the other hand, has. I would say my key age of attraction is about 15 or 16, actually. I am a 14-year-old boy in a 68 950-year-old horrible body. Even before today's guilty pleas, Denning had a string of child offenses to his name. He served time not only in Britain, but abroad, too. Going to jail in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia for under and producing child pornography. Entertainment USA. Denning was also close friends with the producer and singer Jonathan King, who was himself jailed in 2001 for child pornography. Denning was just one of multiple known pedophiles working at the BBC during this time with repeated charges being brought against him starting in 1959 for circulating pictures, then in 1974 for gross indecency, but faced no jail or prison time. Then in 1985 for the same charges, this time serving 18 months in jail. Not long after in 1988, he received a 3-year sentence for indecent in possession of indecent images. A very polite way of saying sex cult in possession of child pornography. In 1996, he was arrested and charged for publishing indecent articles and received only a 10-week sentence. The following year, he was arrested in Prague on 10 charges of sex He was also discovered to have been working with a man named Warwick Spinks during this time, where Denning himself was making and distributing child porn. Spinks also produced child porn, but was much more involved in the trafficking business. He was running boys from Britain and then Eastern Europe into Amsterdam not long before he ended up in Prague. There in Amsterdam, he ran a club where these trafficked boys would be prostituted and used for the making of child pornography. Spinks had been running a mail order pornography business from Brighton before he moved to Amsterdam, where he pioneered the trafficking of boys as young as 10. First from the streets of London and after the collapse of the Soviet Union, from the poverty of Eastern Europe. Having brought them to Amsterdam, he used these chickens himself, sold them into the brothels or through escort agencies and put them in front of the camera. Some resisted, some ran away, but most were made to comply through the removal of their passports and doses of drugs and violence. Multiple unidentified witnesses would come forward in the '90s with similar stories, some almost identical, about the network Warwick Spinks was involved in producing films. Something he would later confirm while he was talking with an undercover officer in 1997. An undercover officer posing as a client managed to elicit the following from Spinks. "I knew some people who were involved in making movies and how they did it was they only sold them in limited editions, made 10 copies or something. 10 very rich customers in America who paid 5,000 each, which is a lot of money to watch some kids being [ __ ] This is just scratching the surface of something so much larger and yet still not fully investigated, but that is completely out of the scope of this video. I simply want to document the fact that Savile was close to a serial killer and royalty at the same time. That Savile was protected at the BBC, surrounded by others just like him, including Rolf Harris, Jonathan King, and of course Chris Denning, who Savile was close friends with. In fact, Denning brought a boy over to Savile's place to have his way with him. Denning, of course, took sexual favors to play the Bay City Rollers track. While the same DJ was also the one credited for helping launch Gary Glitter's career, another prolific child offender. For nine charges in total against Gary Glitter, he is being tried under his real name of Paul Francis Gadd. He has been sitting in the dock shaking his head from side to side and muttering to himself as guilty verdict after guilty verdict has been returned here at Southwark Crown Court. Guilty of the attempted child under the age of 10. Guilty of five indecent Guilty of sex with a child under the age of 13. That one charge alone potentially carries a sentence of life imprisonment. He, in fact, was found to have thousands of images of child pornography of kids as young as two that included besides the rape and abuse, the added layer of evil and torture. So, Denning was working out of Prague making child porn while he was linked up with another child pornographer and child trafficker who was implicated by multiple witnesses to have been involved in a network that made films. Again, something he admitted to. But because an actual tape that Spinks as himself described would be one of 10 in the world never turned up, these films remain an urban legend. Take that as you will, but this is just a tiny portion of the network covered in Eye of the Chickenhawk. I just wanted to make a short video here putting another source of info out there that Savile was not acting alone. In the true depths of evil these people were up to has not been fully explored. Maybe you think it's not a solid connection. That just because Savile was friends with a guy making child and that guy's friend was actively working in a network that trafficked boys and reportedly killed some of them on film that Savile is not all that close to it and he might not have even known about it. Well, it turns out that his driver, among many other BBC drivers at the time, was also a serial child and one victim said he was taken by this driver, David Smith, to Amsterdam at the time in which Spinks and others he was associated with were running boys to the very same place. Maybe somehow all of these networks were operating right next to and on top of one another without them knowing it. Or the more logical explanation is they of course knew of each other or knew each other directly but may not have known the full extent of what everyone was doing. Regardless, I'm willing to give anyone the benefit of the doubt here and the network is documented plain as day. And all I wanted to do here was shed only but a fraction of the light on this network. So to recap here before I end the video, Savile was a top TV presenter at the time running multiple shows and doing all sorts of charity work and using each and every opportunity to abuse his access that he could with it later coming out he abused hundreds of children. He was there at the BBC with others who were also guilty of the same proclivities. This includes Rolf Harris, Jonathan King, Chris Denning, Savile's own driver, and other victims report even more drivers and even members of the crew. Acts like Gary Glitter were friends of people like Denning and Savile and he was also an abuser. Other friends of Savile and Denning were also somehow into the same things. An example being Tam Paton who ran parties Savile and other top people unnamed would show up at to abuse children. This is all operating at the high level in the spotlight. But then again, the connections to even worse things come out when Savile makes friends with the Yorkshire Ripper of all people even after being questioned about the murders himself and having a mold of his teeth taken then having one of Savile's own friends later be linked to producing child himself internationally and being only one person removed from the network reported to be making snuff films. Hope that all makes sense. I just wanted to make this quick video laying out specifically the people Savile himself was associated with. Trust me, one day I'll make much more in-depth videos mapping out all of these networks, but I think for now I'll make smaller videos like this every now and then.
