Apollo Network

In 1998, private investigative team, Werkgroup Morkhoven started an investigation that would the Apollo Network (CP ring) while looknig for missing child Manuel Shadwald.

Leaked police logs revealed that, when looking for missing child, Manuel Shadwald, three Rotterdam officers saw pimp and child trafficker, Lothar Glandorf with a boy who looked like him, yet did nothing; they asked for adviced form senoir officers, but received none, allowing Glandorf to drive away with Shadwald.

Werkgroep Morkhoven member, Bernear Gina made a copy of one of the Zanvoort CDs (CP) and sent it to CIDE, who sent it to INTERPOL. After doing so she started receiving threatening calls and in person threats from assailents; her son was bumped by a car while rising his bike; she was also followed by an unmarked car, a grey mercedes registered to a former driver of the bar Dolo, which was the Brussels headquarters of Michel Nuhoul. Bernear had told colleagues that on one of the Apollo discs, she had seen a young girl, beleived to be Katrien De Cuyper, being raped by an Michel Nuhoul. Her house was broken into; the next day, a day before the was schedualed to appear for questioning by the Belgian police, she crahed her car into a bridge pillar, killing her.

In 1999 Werkgroup Morkhoven sent several copies of the CD roms to the Belgian King, Albert II, his attourny general and members of theh French government. Jeaque Chirac's office acknowleged that they had received them, sending them to the minister justce. But in 2000, Minister of Justice Elizibeth, Elisibeth Guigou claimed she had never recieved the disc. After an investigation, a dismissal of the entire case was issued in 2002, and then a dismisal without further action in 2003. In 2008, the Belgian Attourney General told the press that all the evidence relating to the Apollo network had gon missing.

Werkgroup Morkhoven's dossier sent to prosecuter, Michel Bourlet, and leaked by WikiLeaks stated that Marc Detroux frequented a club in amsterdam called G-Force, as well as two porn studio called Rex productions and Roxanne films. G-Force was owned by an American called John Edward Mullaney, linked to John Stanford's Sparticus network through a company called Corper and Lorver.

John Edward Mullaney, the owner of that G-Force bar, could also be connected to a man named Carol Maxtamp through another company called Adonis Roxanne, which was located in a building owned by Didier Pelerin, who had been interviewed by investigators back in 1996 regarding Mark Dutroux; investigators at the time confirmed that a woman named Marlene DeCoker had worked there. Marlene was the mistress of Michel Nahoul.

An associate of Lothar Glandorf's named Peter Goches was involved in kidnapping boys across the Dutch-German border and said that Manuel Shadwald's biological father, Reiner Wolf, had sold him to the network. Later, sources within the Dutch intelligence agency provided more details on this. Manuel Shadwald had been killed on a yacht called Der Apollo, owned by Gerrit Ulrich and his business partner, a Dutch accountant named Leo van Gasselt.

A 2015 article titled The Lost Children reported the following: ''If what several informants described to the Algamin Dagblad and the Weltam Sontag is true, then something terrible happened on this boat. Then, it was the place where a boy, Manuel Shadwald, lost his life. A few rich customers from politics and society gathered there to hold a... with several children in front of the camera. Then, after the crime, the ship was towed to a Dutch Navy military port and cleaned. It is unclear what became of the film footage. In fact, the suspicion was also confirmed by a Dutch intelligence officer who was willing to talk about the case just a few days ago. 'Manuel Schadwal died playing games on this boat,' he says. This is also documented in the files of the Dutch Secret Service. The body was then sunk into the sea." And he also says that the case was covered up because high-ranking people were involved. He doesn't say why he's breaking his silence now.''

Manuel's father, Reiner Wolf had been an intelligence asset for the Stassi, who used him to unfultrate various peace movements.

A former liaison officer between the Stasi and the KGB, Juan Jagatz then stated in an affidavit: ''I was commissioned by the GDR Secret Service to psychologically assess this man. It was only much later that I found out that after his move to the Federal Republic of Germany in 1984, orchestrated by the Stasi, Reiner Wolff blackmailed Western Europeans with CP on behalf of the GDR Secret Service's Foreign Espionage Service."

The former head of West German intelligence during this period, Bernd Schmidbauer suggested that Marc Dutroux himself may have 'also worked for a time on behalf of the Stasi: "There were indeed indications that such information could be found in the Stasi material that was leaked to the American Secret Service . The Belgian Secret Service would be well advised to evaluate these documents thoroughly," said Bernd, former intelligence coordinator of the Kohl government Schmidmauer.'' ''During the turning point, the CIA was able to secure extensive materials about the espionage department of the MFS reconnaissance headquarters. because of the explosive nature of the information contained within those files, also the information about compromised Western European politicians, hese documents are still withheld from the public.''

Warwick Spinks - Warwick Spinks was a supplier for the Apollo network and Sparticus network. As he aproached the end of his five year sentence for raping two homeless boys in Amsterdam, he was transfered from prison to a probation hostol in London, where he was asked to fill in a form so the poice could enter his details on the new register of offenders; Spinks refused, walking away from the hostol and sending his probation officer a postcard with an invetation to see him in Amerstardam.
