Club New York shooting - In 1999, Diddy shot a man named Scar in Club New York, hitting three bystander, before speeding off with Jeniffer lopez and aspiring rapper, Shyne in the car. Diddy got off, but Shyne got 10 years, even though he had only shot at the ceiling. Shyne (Moses Barrow) is the son of the former Prime Minister of Belize, and he himself is now the leader of the United Democratic Party in Belize.
Diddy later bragged responsebility to Lil Rod, caliming that JLo carried the gun for him into the club.
