The purpose of the operation was to gather blackmail and intelligence mainly on US science and technology for Israel, which was done by targeting universities which give grants to private universities for research. Here's a list of those who if not compromised at least went to one of Epstein's properties.
Financial Backing
The Majority of Epstein’s money after being forced to leave Bear Stearns came from four people: Les Wexner, Leon Black, Glenn Dubin and Elizabeth Johonson.
(((Les Wexner))) (L Brands) - Billionaire Les Wexner, who has sexual harassment accusers, is the owner of L Brands, which owns Victoria's Secret and (owned) Abercrombie & Fitch. He was also the main financial backbone of Jeffrey Epstein, as he was the only client of Epstein's mysterious hedge fund and gave him overall $200M, allegedly for financial advice over the 20 years he worked for him. Epstein was hired by Wexner in 1987, and had control over Wexner's personal fortune, businesses and legal affairs. Epstein's NY property, estimated at 77 million, was given to him by Wexner for $1. (Wexner also hired Mike Jeffries to manage Abercrombie & Fitch, before later getting caught running the gay equivalent of the Epstein Ring.) Epstein victim Maria Farmer described Wexner as ''the head of the snake,'' and determined from what she witnessed that he was part of the ''Jewish mafia''. This is corroborated by a police report filed in Columbus about the murder of Wexner's tax attorney, a report which was destroyed but a copy of which resurface fifteen years later, linking him to the national crime syndicate. (Witney Webb) Wexner's mentor was Max Fisher, affiliated with the Jewish organized crime group known as the Purple Gang, and a member of the Sonbourne Institute, which smuggled weapons into pre-state Israel, later smuggling Uranium from the US to Israel. Les Wexner created the Wexner Foundation, which Epstein was on the board of trustees of. He also put Epstein on the board of Reporty, (now Carbyne) something Epstein invested in on behalf of former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak. (Miami Herald) Barak received $2.5 million from the Wexner Foundation and 204k for research which has never been fully explained. Barak can be seen outside Epstein's mansion in NY, and also visited him in the Caribbean, likely to collect blackmail and probably to play around considering he spent the night in the adjacent apartments run by Epstein's brother, Mark. Epstein had meetings with Barak a total of 36 times, which is more than most members of his cabinet can boast. Virginia Giuffre claims that he violently choked and raped her on a plane.
(((Leon Black))) (Global Apollo) - Co-founder of Global Apollo, from which Epstein was able to squeeze money. Global Apollo owns Lifetouch, which owns Shutterfly, which has the monopoly on school photography in the US. Leon Black gave 160 million dollars to an Epstein LLC, allegedly in exchange for financial advice. Epstein had been a trustee for the Debra and Leon Black foundation, which started in 1997. They kept him on until 2012.
Leon Black agreed to pay 62.5M to the US Virgin Islands to settle Epstein related claims. Beforehand, Black was sued by an autistic girl he raped to the point of anal bleeding and was exonerated because they paid her enough to settle out of court. Leon Black's whole staff are rapists, such s Robert Kraft. Epstein's ring overlapped with an art school pedo ring which ties into Leon Black. RFK Jr. had dinner with Leon Black at the schools he owned which were a front to gather young women.
His father Eli Black had a company called ABK which merged with United Fruit to become United Brands, which became Chiquita Banana. After the Banana Wars were over the company started losing money because it couldn't move drugs anymore, so he threw himself off of the Pan Am building, which ironically is what Epstein and Towers Financial was trying to do a takeover of.
Properties
Palm Beach property (Florida) - Epstein set up an LLC, (gratitude America) where he would donate a hundred thousand dollars to the palm beach police department. In exchange, Epstein had the cops to set up a secret camera in a clock because he claimed he got robbed; they would warn him if his victims went to the police and his body Guards and staff have attested to tipping him off before searching his house. After his arrest it would be vandalized with Sam Hyde's old Instagram tag: @leroy.
New York Mansion - Epstein's NY property, estimated at 77 million, was given to him by Wexner for $1. Maria Farmer testified that Epstein showed her where the media room behind a hidden door was in his NY mansion, which showed surveillance of bathrooms and bedrooms from hidden cameras.
Zorro Ranch (New Mexico) - Epstein wanted his new Mexico ranch to be a baby farm where he would pair his DNA with high iq women, talking to a priminen scientig about impregnatin 20 women at a time, and chriogenically freezing his brain and penis. (𓃠) He had the new Mexico governor comprimised so he could ignor zoning laws. The ranch also had a strip club in it to entertain guests. Another architect claimed to have recalled a 6 foot tall photo depicting a naked Ghislaine caressing a golden dagger.
Lolita Express (Boeing 727) - Epstein's plane was nicknamed the Lolita express because he kept a copy of Lolita on it, a book about a Russian guy trying to screw his 12 year-old step daughter.
He also owned a Gulfstream G550 (N212JE), Gulfstream IV (N120JE), a Cessna 421, two Sikorsky helicopters and two Bell helicopters.
Recruiters
According to testimony from victims, Epstein recruited girls from troubled backgrounds, most of which homeless or on the verge of homelessness, as he did from schools around Palm Beach and NY. He would also get prior victims to recruit for him, paying 200 per girl.
(((Ghislaine Maxwell))) - Maria Farmer to Witney Webb: ''Jeffrey was a lot less horrible than Ghislaine as far as a human being... because she was raping just as many children.''
Ghislaine Maxwell was Epstein's chief recruiter and daughter of Media giant and known Israeli spy, Robert Maxwell, who embezzled hundreds of millions of pounds from his company's pension fund to pay for Israeli black ops and his own lavish life style; narced out Mordechai Vanunu to the Mossad for exposing Israel's nuclear capacity, the uranium for which was stolen from the US; and stole Promise Software, which is what the Israelis base their Pegasus Software on which spies on phones; he also worked with Ukrainian mob boss Simien Mogelavich to set up money laundering fronts. Robert Maxwell was found naked floating off his yacht, the Lady Ghislaine for trying to extort the Israelis into bailing him out after the pension scandal.
Ghislaine Maxwell's front was a charity for cleaning up the ocean, for which she would speak in front of the UN, then socialize with the elite at the after parties. Maxwell specified to Maria Farmer that she would try to recruit "nubiles", (a girl who's just had their period) She called them trash in Hebrew and Yiddish words. When Epstein tried to use Virginia Roberts for his eugenics program at Zorro Ranch, Maxwell told her with glee "you get to have his baby". When a girl tried to runaway from one of the grooming massages, they dropped her off in her grandparents yard naked. Maria farmer claims she was forced to have sex with Alan Dershowitz in Lez Wexner's house, after which, she received a cell phone messages from Maxwell: "I know you go to the West Side Highway all the time. While you're out there, just be really careful because there are a lot of ways to die there. Look over your shoulder". According to victims, Maxwell was worse than Epstein and would join in on the rapes with him. In 1994 Epstein and Maxwell approached a 13 year-old at a Michigan summer camp. In Ghislaine's 2021 trial one of her lawyers wrote the victims story off as the result of her own conduct, and the girl had voluntarily or negligently assumed a known risk, consenting to the abuse. Glen Dubin's chef, Ronaldo Rizzo, recalled seeing a 15 year-old Swedish girl trembling like a leaf, when she heard Eva Dubin and Maxwell's voices: "she's working for us tonight". Maxwell had stolen her passport since she had refused to have sex with Epstein on Little Saint James. Court documents from Virginia Geufre's 2015 suit against Ghislaine also include allegations that she directed a room full of underaged girls to kiss, dance and touch one another.
(((Wexner))) - Epstein had girls funnelled to him from modelling agencies like Victoria's Secret and Abercromby & Fitch through Les Wexner.
(((Jean-LucBrunel))) - He also got girls from MC2, which focused on child modelling. Girls funnelled to Epstein from MC2 were as young as 12, and were mainly from Ukraine and other impoverished Eastern European countries. MC2 (formerly Karin Models) was run out of Tel Aviv by Jean Luc Brunel. When Epstein sent a photo of a young woman to Jess Staley, he replied "don't tell me a French wine" to which Epstein replies "always thoughts of alcohol," likely referring to girls sent by Brunel.
Him and Epstein would go around Paris drugging girls drinks and raping them in the limo. According to Virginia Giuffre, Brunel presented Epstein with three 12 year old girls who could not speak English as a birthday gift who were sent back the next day. This was also brought up in Epstein's 2009 deposition. According to witness testimony, Brunel used his agency to get girls as young as 12 and bring them to the Caribbean for orgies. Brunel's last modelling agency was Mother+1, out of Kiev Ukraine, from where he would funnel impoverished Ukrainian girls to Epstein and Israel for the sex trade there before burning their passports. They would also recruit from child protective services. Like Epstein, Brunel was arrested during the Trump administration, and was suicided in jail.
(((Daniel Siad))) - Swedish citizen of Berber-Algerian origin who worked as a modelling scout for Brunel and Epstein.
Hailey Robson - 16 year-old in Palm Beach who recruited girls for Epstein, "the younger the better". (Perversion of Justice)
Nada Marcinkova - Nadia Marcinkova is a Slovak woman who has been described in court documents and witness testimony as both a victim of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse and someone who later participated in his operation. She was one of four individuals granted immunity in Epstein's 2008 non-prosecution agreement. After Epstein's conviction, Marcinkova reinvented herself as a commercial pilot and aviation entrepreneur, founding Aviloop. Marcinkova was reportedly brought to the United States from Slovakia as a teenager, with Epstein allegedly financing her visa. Multiple witnesses describe her as living with Epstein and traveling with him regularly. According to depositions, Epstein referred to Marcinkova as his "sex slave" and told at least one victim that he had "purchased" her at the age of 15 from her family in Eastern Europe. Sarah Kellen - Sarah Kellen, also known as Sarah Kensington and Sarah Vickers, is Jeffrey Epstein's former personal assistant who was named as one of four "potential co-conspirators" granted immunity in Epstein's controversial 2008 plea deal. She has never been criminally charged. Court documents and survivor testimony describe Kellen as Epstein's primary scheduler for "massage" appointments. Multiple survivors have alleged that Kellen directly recruited teenage girls, coordinated appointment times, managed travel arrangements for victims, facilitated cash payments, and maintained lists of victims' contact information. On September 24, 2007, the U.S. Attorney's Office signed a non-prosecution agreement stating: "the United States also agrees that it will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, or Nadia Marcinkova." After the 2008 plea deal, Kellen began using the name "Sarah Kensington" in professional contexts. In 2013, she married Brian Vickers, a professional NASCAR driver. Jennifer Kalin - Brought her sister into Epstein's trafficking while she was Epstein's assistant. Married Karyna Shuliak, then divorced her after Epstein died.
Adriana Ross (Mucińska) - Adriana Ross (born Adriana Mucińska) is a Polish-born former model who worked as Jeffrey Epstein's assistant and scheduler at his Palm Beach mansion (2002-2005). She was part of the core assistant group with Sarah Kellen, Lesley Groff, and Nadia Marcinkova. Multiple victims identified Ross as scheduling their appointments. Sworn testimony alleged Ross removed computer equipment before a 2005 police search, though she was never charged. On September 24, 2007, Ross was explicitly granted immunity in Epstein's non-prosecution agreement, preventing federal prosecution despite evidence gathered by police. She invoked the Fifth Amendment during civil depositions. In August 2019, she was tracked down in Miami and broke down in tears when approached by reporters. As of 2025, she has not been charged. Karyna Shuliak - Former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein, native of Belarus. She is a beneficiary of Epstein's estate trust, which includes returns from Epstein's investment in Peter Thiel's Valar Ventures—an investment now worth approximately $170 million. Epstein invested roughly $40 million in Valar Ventures-managed funds between 2015 and 2016. Shuliak's Belarusian origin places her within the Eastern European recruitment pipeline that was a key component of Epstein's operations. Multiple sources describe how Epstein's operation leveraged modeling agencies, travel arrangements, and visa assistance to bring young women from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and neighboring countries into his network. Her status as both girlfriend and estate beneficiary suggests a significant role in Epstein's personal life. This demonstrates how Epstein's financial arrangements provided for associates from his recruitment networks. She sent him a link in an email for pornography on a website called "youngpornvideos" featuring "teenies”

Victims
Julie K. Brown discovered around 80s victims in Palm Beach alone.
Michelle Lokata - Recruited by a friend at the age of 16 from a school in Palm Beach. She was looking to earn money to by Christmas gifts for her family so she was convinced to visit Epstein to give him a massage at his house where he molested her.
Caroline - Abused by Epstein in Palm Beach starting in 2001 at the age of 14, testifying in court that she had become addicted to pain killers and cocaine in an effort to block out the memories. She claimed to have visited him over a hundred times growing up, and that she was at his residence multiple times a week for years. She passed away of a fentanyl and methadone overdose in 2023.
Maria Farmer - In 1996 Maria Farmer reported to the police and FBI that Epstein had raped her on Les Wexner's property, however nothing happened. Maria claimed in an affidavit that Les Wexner's security staff kept her there against her wishes for 12 hours after the assault took place.
Annie Farmer - At the age of 16 Maria Farmer's sister Annie was abused by Epstein and Ghislaine in the New Mexico Ranch. Epstein had rubbed her hand and lower leg in a movie theatre before being instructed by Ghislaine to give him a foot massage, while Maxwell also touched her. Epstein also got into bed with Annie at one point during the trip.
Virginia Roberts (Giuffre) - Recruited by Maxwell at Mar a Lago in the 2000s at the age of 16 to massage Epstein. Swore under oath that she was forced by Epstein and Maxwell to have sex with Prince Andrew at the age of 16 on three separate occasions in NY, London and Little St. James. Giuffre claims that in one occasion Prince Andrew used a puppet lookalike of himself to grope another victim while he touched Virginia with his other hand. She was also violently choked and raped by former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak on a plane. Giuffre was being given high doses of xanax over these years, obscuring her recollection of specific names of clients. However, Virginia Roberts' claims are corroborated by other victims and the unsealed documents from 2007 investigation.
Complicit Banks
Epstein primarily used JPMorgan-Chase, Deutsche Bank, Bank of New York Mellon and Bank of America to process payments related to sex trafficking including hush money for victims.
Deutsche Bank - Epstein used Deutsche Bank to set up the Butterfly trust which was used to make cash payments for co-conspirators as well as recruiters. The New York state's Department of Financial Services in July 2020 fined Deutsche Bank another 150 million for significant compliance failures, including inadequate monitoring of Epstein's suspicious transactions despite red flags about his activities.
This is not to be confused with the 75 million paid by Deutsche Bank in a class action lawsuit to victims. There is also the case of Karimi V Deutsche Bank AG et al, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, No. 22-02854. which resulted in a $26.25 million settlement with US shareholders. However this was also in addition to “lax oversight while doing business with risky, ultra-rich clients like Jeffrey Epstein and Russian oligarchs,” one of which would be Roman Abramovich, who was a friend of Ghislaine Maxwell. Epstein used Deutsche Bank to set up the Butterfly trust which was used to make cash payments for co conspirators as well as recruiters.
J.P. Morgan - J.P. Morgan sustained this for over two decades, which we know because of the law suits brought against JP Morgan by Attorney General of the US Denise George, Virgin Islands, who has since been fired. JP Morgan Paid out $75M to the virgin islands and $290M to victims in a separate class action lawsuit. This incriminates Jess Staley, who visited Epstein in prison at the behest of the head of J.P. Morgan, Jamie Dimon, both of whom are on the client list. An email exchange between him and Epstein implies that Staley has a Disney Princess fetish.
JPMorgan also accused first lady Cecile de Jongh of taking a $200k salary per year from Epstein and she ran his Saint Thomas office. She played dumb about not being able to hear girls of two occasions being brutally raped in his office. She said the walls were too thick and she ‘didn’t her noffin’. Epstein also paid tuition for her children. She helped Epstein get Visas for some of his traffic victims. She even used the University of the Virgin Island to issue student visas and then Epstein donated $20k to the University. JPMorgan revealed an e-mail from 2011 from her to Epstein in which de Jongh wrote “This is the suggested language: will it work for you?” Calrton Dowe, while still a senator, helped Epstein skirt travel restrictions for sex offenders changing the notification of 21 days down to just 24 hours notice for Epstein.
Ken Starr - When Epstein got popped in 2006, he brought former US solicitor general Ken Starr and Allan Dershowitz into his defence team. According to lead detective on the case Joseph Ricari, "the amount of evidence which disappeared or was covered up was mind boggling" referring to a hoard of Epstein's hard drives and computers which went missing upon a raid of his home.
(((Barry Krischer))) - Barry Krischer served as State attorney for Palm Beach during Epstein's 2006 case. He opted not to pursue felony sexual assault charges, and later received an award from the ADL, just like Epstein's defence attorney Allen Dershowitz.Despite a Palm Beach Police investigation documenting dozens of underage victims (some as young as 14), Krischer’s office reportedly treated the survivors as "prostitutes". In an unusual move for a sex crimes case, Krischer sent the matter to a grand jury rather than filing charges directly. Prosecutors presented only a fraction of the evidence and testimony from just one victim, resulting in a single charge of solicitation of prostitution. Former Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter publicly accused Krischer of "sandbagging" the case and giving Epstein special treatment, eventually referring the matter to the FBI.
Lanna Belohlavek - State prosecutor Lanna Belohlavek served as Chief of the Crimes Against Children unit under State Attorney Barry Krischer. Like Krischer, she was on Epstein's side in his 2006 case. Belohlavek presented the state's case against Epstein to a grand jury in 2006. Despite evidence from police involving multiple victims, the proceeding resulted in only one charge: felony solicitation of prostitution. Transcripts reveal that Belohlavek and her co-counsel repeatedly questioned underage victims about their own "reputations" and actions. She explicitly told a 14-year-old victim, "You aware that you’ve committed a crime?" referring to the sexual acts as prostitution. She used victims' social media pages (e.g., MySpace) to undermine their credibility before the grand jury, focusing on posts about drinking or income that the victims claimed were jokes. She was involved in negotiations with Epstein's legal team, including discussions on sex offender registration and whether he should plead to aggravated assault or solicitation.
Alex Acosta - After his first conviction in 2009 for child prostitution, the FBI declined to prosecute Epstein because the US attorney for the Southern district of Florida was Alex Acosta, who, according to a witness said: “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone.”

FBI - In 1996 Maria Farmer reported to the FBI that Epstein had raped her on Les Wexner's property, filing a police report, however nothing happened. Released documents indicate that Epstein may have cut a deal with the FBI. In 2018 the FBI the FBI released documents relating to Epstein, one memo stating: "On September 11th 2008 case agent advised writer that Epstein is currently being prosecuted by the state of Florida and is compliant with all conditions of his plea with the state of Florida. Epstein has also provided information to the FBI as agreed upon. Case agent advised that no federal prosecution will occur in this matter as long as Epstein continues to uphold his agreement with the state of Florida."
