The purpose of the operation was to gather blackmail and intelligence mainly on US science and technology for Israel, which was done by targeting universities like MIT. Here's a list of those who, if not compromised, at least went to Epstein's properties.
Epstein's background
Epstein worked as a math teacher at Dalton H.S., despite being a two time drop out. He was hired by Donald Barr, the father of William Barr, (on the list) the US attorney General under Trump who was in charge of the DoJ when Epstein died. Donald Barr wrote a book called Space Relations about a planet ruled by oligarchs who engage in child sex slavery.
Donald Barr and six teachers all got fired in 1974 because Jewish donors of the school were instead sending money to Israel for the Yom Kippur War, forcing the school to downsized. Barr was replaced by Gardner P. Dunnan, who had a 14-year-old student live in his house where he cheated on his wife dying of cancer with another teacher. Gardner P. Dunnan was hired by Richard Ravitch, who was appointed lieutenant governor of NY because candidate Elliot Spitzer got caught having an affair with a young woman; the only reason he got thrown under the bus is because he told the truth about the mortgage backed security fraud.
Bear Stearns Ireland - While in school, Epstein started dating Llyn Greenberg, daughter of Ace Greenberg, the CEO of Bear Stearns. Bear Stearns started an outfit called Bear Stearns Ireland Ltd., which created a shell company called Liquid Funding Ltd., which Epstein was the chairman of while owning 40% of it; it was created in Dublin to get around US regulations. Liquid Funding is a SIV. (Structure investment vehicle) The purpose of a SIV is so financial institutions can offload mortgage backed security loans with interest made out to people who can't pay back, so they can seize the assets with intrinsic value. They set up a whole bunch of little liabilities and LLCs in the Bahamas and Bermuda to do this. They'd be in the red only to sell them at a loss to a subsidiary, bribe the rating agencies to look away, then buy it back.
Towers Financial - Epstein worked with Stephen Hoffenberg at Towers Financial. (Hoffenberg briefly owned the NY Post and saved it from bankruptcy.) Together they raised almost $500M of investors' money by selling them fake bonds, then using the money to repay earlier investors while pocketing the difference. Hoffenberg later went to jail for this, where he would tell Vickey Ward that in the 80s, Epstein was introduced by Doug Leese to British media giant and known Israeli spy, Robert Maxwell, as a suitor for his daughter, Ghislaine.
Iran-Contra - According to Journalist, Bob Fitrakis, Epstein negotiated a bailout with with tax incentives in which Southern Air Transport planes used in Iran-Contra were relocated from Miami to Colombus, Ohio to be used for a major cargo contract tied to Les Wexner's retail distribution network; they went form moving guns and drugs to Lingerie for Victoria's Secret. After the relocation, the airline remained under figures drawn from its CIA era; its owner was a former CIA attorney and its President, William Langton, had overseen arms flights to Israel during Iran-Contra.
Financial Backing
The Majority of Epstein’s money after being forced to leave Bear Stearns came from four people: (((Les Wexner))), (((Leon Black))), (((Glenn Dubin))) and Elizabeth Johonson.
(((Les Wexner))) (L Brands) - Billionaire Les Wexner, who has sexual harassment accusers, is the owner of L Brands, which owns Victoria's Secret and (owned) Abercrombie & Fitch, who he hired Mike Jeffries to run, who ran the gay equivalent of the Epstein ring, although its unknown if blackmail was involved. Wexner was the main financial backbone of Epstein, as by 1987 he was the only client of Jeffrey's mysterious hedge fund and gave him overall $200M over the 20 years he worked for him, allegedly for financial advice, and gave him freedom of attorney over all his assets. Epstein's NY property, estimated at $77M, was given to him by Wexner for $1.
Wexner put Epstein on the board of trustees of the Wexner Foundation and on the board of Reporty, (now Carbyne) something Epstein invested in on behalf of former Israeli PM, Ehud Barak. (Miami Herald) Barak received $2.5M from the Wexner Foundation and $204K for research which has never been fully explained.
There are Emails in which Barak treats Epstein as a confidant, discussing issues such as controlling the ''quality'' of new immigrants to Israel. In a 2018 exchange, Epstein joked about denying any Mossad links: ''you should make it clear i dont work for mossad. :)''.
In 2013, Epstein wrote to Barak: "With civil unrest exploding in Ukraine, Syria, Somalia, Libya, and the desperation of those in power, isn't this perfect for you?"
Barak replied: "You're right [in] a way. But not simple to transform it into a cash flow. A subject for Saturday"
In 2014, Epstein suggested to Barak that he publish a narrative on Syria. In the same email thread, Epstein offered Barak tactical advice on pushing the US to strike Iran.
Ehud Barak introduced Harvey Weinstein to Black Cube, a firm consisting of ex-Mossad agents, who he hired to spy on and harass his victims.
On Ehud Barak's watch, Arie Scher, Israeli consul in Brazil met with a Hebrew language teacher George Steinberg who were both involved in pedophelia and sex trafficking. The case busted open when a 17-year-old victim of his saw a picture of herself on the internet which he swore he couldn't share. They found caches of CP and in the background of the pictures was the Israeli consulate's pool. They were renting out parties to Israeli tourists for the rape of children a young as 8. Scher fled to Israel and Barak didn't prosecute him, instead trying to pass him off to Australia.
(((Leon Black))) (Global Apollo) - Billionaire, co-founder of Global Apollo, from which Epstein was able to squeeze money. Global Apollo owns Lifetouch, which owns Shutterfly, which has a total monopoly on school photography in the US. Leon Black gave $160M to an Epstein LLC, allegedly in exchange for financial advice. Epstein had been a trustee for the Debra and Leon Black foundation, which started in 1997; they kept him on until 2012.
Leon Black agreed to pay $62.5M to the US Virgin Islands to settle Epstein related claims. Beforehand, Black was brought to trial by the family of an autistic girl with down syndrome who he raped to the point of anal bleeding; he was exonerated because they paid her enough to settle out of court. He's had multiple other law suits with accusers, and apparently has a thing for biting the genitals of his victims to the point of bleeding. Black's whole staff are rapists, including (((Robert Kraft))). Epstein's ring overlapped Black's art school ring; RFK Jr. had dinner with Leon Black at the schools he owned which were a front to gather young women.
(((Glenn Dubin))) (JPMorgan) - (((Glenn Dubin))) is a billionaire hedge fund manager. Glenn Dubin's wife, Eva, was Epstein's girlfriend for 11 years, and their daughter Celina was Epstein's God-daughter.
Virginia Giuffre detailed being raped by Glenn Dubin; she knew exactly where he was, what hotel they stayed in and that Eva was pregnant at the time, whom she was forced to give a massage to beforehand. Dubin's chef, Ronaldo Rizzo, recalled seeing a 15-year-old Swedish girl trembling like a leaf, when she heard Eva and Maxwell's voices: "she's working for us tonight." Maxwell had stolen her passport since she had refused to have sex with Epstein on Little Saint James.
Despite Epstein's 2008 conviction, the Dubins maintained contact, even inviting him for Thanksgiving in 2009, according to a 2019 report. Eva Dubin sent an email to Epstein's probation officer, stating the couple was "100% comfortable" with him being around their children, all of whom were minors at the time. She even offered for him to visit while Celina had 5 friends over: ''come and visit next week. Celina will have 5 friends over.'' (all were minors at the time)
Elizibeth Johnson (Johnson & Johnson) - In 1998, Johnson & Johnson heiress, Elizabeth "Libet" Ross Johnson signed the deed of her $24M Vail, Colorado ski chalet over to a trust in her and Jeffrey Epstein's name. According to Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein provided financial services to Johnson, which included restructuring her finances, handling investments, and managing her staff's contracts. Epstein was listed as a co-trustee on 14 parcels of land owned by Johnson in Dutchess County, NY, though he reportedly resigned as a trustee for her revocable trust at the end of 1998.
Properties
Little St. James, Great St. James and St. Thomas (USVI) - A former air traffic controller told Vanity Fair that on multiple occasion he saw Epstein board his private jet with female children wearing college sweatshirts. Researcher, Julie K. Brown talked to a couple employed by Epstein at Little St. James who alleged that Epstein's assistant, Leslie Groff flew in from NY to dismantle the camera system from the island, mentioning that a steel safe had been carted away as well.
The design of the temple is based off of the Hammam Yalbugha bath-house in Syria, since destroyed in the Battle of Allepo.
The roof was don by SamSon Welding Services, and has since been blown off by Hurricane Maria.
Palm Beach property (Florida) - Epstein set up an LLC, (Gratitude America) where he would donate a-hundred-thousand to the Palm Beach Police Department. In exchange, Epstein had the cops set up a secret camera in a clock because he claimed he got robbed; they would warn him if his victims went to the police and his body-guards and staff have attested to tipping him off before searching his house. After his arrest it was vandalized with Sam Hyde's old Instagram tag: @leroy.
New York Mansion - Epstein's NY property, estimated at $77M, was given to him by Wexner for $1. Maria Farmer testified that Epstein showed her where the media room behind a hidden door was, showing the surveillance of bathrooms and bedrooms from hidden cameras.
(((David Blaine's))) NBC special with ((((Woody Allen))) was filmed in there. Both are on the list.
Zorro Ranch (New Mexico) - Epstein wanted his New Mexico ranch to be a baby farm where he would pair his DNA with high iq women, talking to a prominent scientist about impregnating 20 women at a time; as well as cryogenically freezing his brain and penis. He had New Mexico's Governor compromised so he could ignore zoning laws. The ranch also had a strip club in it to entertain guests. Lolita Express (Boeing 727) - Epstein's plane was nicknamed the Lolita express because he kept a copy of Lolita on it, a book about a Russian guy trying to bang his 12-year-old step daughter.
He also owned a Gulfstream G550 (N212JE), Gulfstream IV (N120JE), a Cessna 421, two Sikorsky helicopters and two Bell helicopters.
Recruiters
According to testimony from victims, Epstein would target schools in Palm Beach and NY, recruiting girls from troubled backgrounds, most of whom were homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless. He would also get prior victims to recruit for him, paying 200 per girl.
(((Ghislaine Maxwell))) - Maria Farmer to Whitney Webb: ''Jeffrey was a lot less horrible than Ghislaine as far as a human being... because she was raping just as many children.''
(((Jean-Luc Brunel))) - He also got girls from MC2, which focused on child modelling. Girls funneled to Epstein from MC2 were as young as 12, and were mainly from Ukraine and other impoverished Eastern European countries. MC2 (formerly Karin Models) was run out of Tel Aviv by (((Jean-Luc Brunel))). When Epstein sent a photo of a young woman to Jess Staley, he replied "don't tell me a French wine" to which Epstein replies "always thoughts of alcohol," likely referring to girls sent by Brunel.
Brunel and Epstein would go around Paris drugging girls drinks and raping them in the limo. According to Virginia Giuffre, Brunel presented Epstein with three 12-year old-girls who could not speak English as a birthday gift; they were sent back the next day; this was also brought up in Epstein's 2009 deposition. According to witness testimony, Brunel used his agency to get girls as young as 12 and bring them to the Caribbean for orgies. Brunel's last modelling agency was Mother+1, out of Kiev Ukraine, from where he would funnel impoverished Ukrainian girls to Epstein and Israel for the sex trade there before burning their passports. They would also recruit from child protective services. Like Epstein, Brunel was arrested during the Trump administration, and suicided in prison.
John Casablancas - American model and talent agent; known for sleeping with child models; sent a 15-year-old to Epstein to pose naked for photos, where he raped her.
Hailey Robson - 16-year-old in Palm Beach who recruited girls for Epstein; told "the younger the better".
Nada Marcinkova - Epstein's pilot, Nadia Marcinkova is a Slovak woman who has been described in court documents and witness testimony as both a victim of Epstein and someone who later participated in his operation. She was one of four individuals granted immunity in Epstein's 2008 non-prosecution agreement. After Epstein's conviction, Marcinkova reinvented herself as a commercial pilot and aviation entrepreneur, founding Aviloop. Marcinkova was reportedly brought to the US from Slovakia as a teenager, with Epstein allegedly financing her visa. Multiple witnesses describe her as living with Epstein and traveling with him regularly. According to depositions, Epstein referred to Marcinkova as his "sex slave" and told at least one victim that he had "purchased" her at the age of 15 from her family in Eastern Europe.
Sarah Kellen - Sarah Kellen, AKA Sarah Kensington and Sarah Vickers, is Jeffrey Epstein's former personal assistant who was named as one of four "potential co-conspirators" granted immunity in Epstein's 2008 plea-deal. She has never been criminally charged. Court documents and survivor testimony describe Kellen as Epstein's primary scheduler for "massage" appointments. Multiple survivors have alleged that Kellen directly recruited teenage girls, coordinated appointment times, managed travel arrangements for victims, facilitated cash payments, and maintained lists of victims' contact information.
Karyna Shuliak - Former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein and native of Belarus. She is a beneficiary of Epstein's estate-trust, which includes returns from Epstein's investment in Peter Thiel's Valar Ventures, an investment now worth $170M. She sent him a link in an email for pornography on a website called "youngpornvideos" featuring "teenies”.
Jennifer Kalin - Brought her sister into Epstein's trafficking network while she was Epstein's assistant; married, Karyna Shuliak, then divorced her after Epstein died.
Adriana Ross - Adriana Ross (born Adriana Mucińska) is a Polish-born former model who worked as Epstein's assistant and scheduler at his Palm Beach mansion. Multiple victims identified Ross as scheduling their appointments. Sworn testimony alleged Ross removed computer equipment before a 2005 police search, though she was never charged. In 2007, she was granted immunity in Epstein's non-prosecution agreement. In 2019, she was tracked down in Miami and broke down in tears when approached by reporters. As of 2025, she has not been charged.

Julie K. Brown discovered around 80s victims in Palm Beach alone.
Michelle Lokata - Recruited by a friend at the age of 16 from a school in Palm Beach. She was looking to earn money to buy Christmas gifts for her family so she was convinced to visit Epstein to give him a massage at his house where he molested her.
Caroline - Abused by Epstein in Palm Beach starting in 2001 at the age of 14, testifying in court that she had become addicted to cocaine and pain-killers in an effort to block out the memories. She claimed to have visited him over a hundred times growing up, and that she was at his residence multiple times a week for years. She passed away of a fentanyl and methadone overdose in 2023.
Maria Farmer - In 1996 Maria Farmer reported to the police and FBI that Epstein had raped her on Les Wexner's property, however nothing happened; she claimed in an affidavit that Les Wexner's security staff kept her there against her will for 12 hours after the assault took place. She escaped Epstein's NY rape mansion by starting to break everything in sight until being allowed to leave. She now does art exposing those involved with the ring who haven't been arrested yet, including the mural at the top of this post.
Annie Farmer - At the age of 16, Maria Farmer's sister Annie was abused by Epstein and Ghislaine in the New Mexico Ranch. Epstein had rubbed her hand and lower leg in a movie theater before being instructed by Ghislaine to give him a foot massage, while Maxwell also touched her. Epstein also got into bed with Annie at one point during the trip.
Virginia Roberts (Giuffre) - Recruited by Maxwell at Mar a Lago in the 2000s at the age of 16 to massage Epstein. She swore under oath that she was forced by Epstein and Maxwell to have sex with Prince Andrew at that age on three separate occasions in NY, London and Little St. James. Giuffre claims that in one occasion Prince Andrew used a puppet lookalike of himself to grope another victim while he touched Virginia with his other hand. She was also violently choked and raped by former Israeli PM, Ehud Barak on a plane. Giuffre was being given high doses of xanax over these years, obscuring her recollection of specific names of clients—nevertheless, her claims are corroborated by other victims and the unsealed documents from 2007 investigation.
Complicit Banks
Epstein primarily used JPMorgan-Chase, Deutsche Bank, Bank of New York Mellon and Bank of America to process payments related to sex trafficking, including hush money for victims.
Deutsche Bank - Epstein used Deutsche Bank to set up the Butterfly trust which was used to make cash payments for co-conspirators as well as recruiters. The NY state's Department of Financial Services in 2020 fined Deutsche Bank $150M for including inadequate monitoring of Epstein's transactions despite red flags about his activities. This is not to be confused with the $75M paid by Deutsche Bank in a class action lawsuit to victims. There is also the case of Karimi V Deutsche Bank, which resulted in a $26.25M settlement with US shareholders. However this was also in addition to lax oversight while doing business with risky, ultra-rich clients like Epstein and Russian oligarchs, one of which would be Roman Abramovich, a friend of Ghislaine Maxwell.
JP Morgan - JPMorgan sustained the network for over two decades, which we know because of the lawsuits brought about by US Virgin Islands Attorney General of the, Denise George, who has since been fired for doing so.
(((Jes Staley))) is a banker who worked for JP Morgan Chase, and later Barclays. He visited Epstein in prison at the behest of JP Morgan head, (((Jamie Dimon))); both men are on the list. Epstein's account, which Staley oversaw paid out over 20 victims through Bear Sterns. The timing of which 2 or 3 thousand dollars would get sent to the same girl coincides with Staley coming to the island, and another time when he was in London. Staley visited Epstein in Florida during his conviction in 2009.
According to filings with the US District Court in Manhattan, Jes Staley emailed Epstein in 2010.

Government Cooperation
Palm Beach Police Department - Epstein bribed the Palm Beach Police department through an LLC called C.O.U.Q. He also had his company, Florida Science Foundation pay them $128K while he was serving out his first sentence; in exchange, Epstein had the cops set up a secret camera in a clock because he claimed he got robbed; they would warn him if his victims went to the police; his body guards and staff have attested to the cops tipping him off before searching his house. Michael Reiter, the ex-Police chief called it: “the worst failure of the criminal justice system’ in modern times”.
When Epstein got popped in 2006, he brought former US Solicitor General Ken Starr and (((Allan Dershowitz))) into his defense team.
According to lead detective on the case, Joseph Ricari: "the amount of evidence which disappeared or was covered up was mind boggling," referring to a hoard of Epstein's hard-drives and computers which went missing upon a raid of his home.
(((Barry Krischer))) served as State attorney for Palm Beach during Epstein's 2006 case. He opted not to pursue felony sexual assault charges, and later received an award from the ADL, just like Epstein's defense attorney, Allen Dershowitz. Despite a Palm Beach Police investigation documenting dozens of underage victims, some as young as 14, Krischer’s office reportedly treated the survivors as "prostitutes". In an unusual move for a sex crimes case, Krischer sent the matter to a grand jury rather than filing charges directly. Prosecutors presented only a fraction of the evidence and testimony from just one victim, resulting in a single charge of solicitation of prostitution. Former Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter publicly accused Krischer of "sandbagging" the case and giving Epstein special treatment, eventually referring the matter to the FBI.
State prosecutor, Lanna Belohlavek served as Chief of the Crimes Against Children Unit under State Attorney, Barry Krischer. Belohlavek presented the state's case against Epstein to a grand jury in 2006. Despite evidence from police involving multiple victims, the proceeding resulted in only one charge: felony solicitation of prostitution. Transcripts reveal that Belohlavek and her co-counsel repeatedly questioned underage victims about their own "reputations" and actions. She explicitly asked a 14-year-old victim: "You aware that you’ve committed a crime?," referring to the sexual acts as prostitution. She used victims' social media pages (e.g., MySpace) to undermine their credibility before the Grand Jury, focusing on posts about drinking or income that the victims claimed were jokes. Belohlavek was involved in negotiations with Epstein's legal team, including discussions on sex offender registration and whether he should plead to aggravated assault or solicitation. In 2015, court documents released through litigation showed that Villafaña used her personal gmail account to suggest to one of Epstein's lawyers that they file legal papers and additional jurisdiction as a way to "hopefully cut the press coverage significantly." Villafaña told Epstein's attorneys that she would: "include our standard language regarding resolving all criminal liability and I will mention co-conspirators but I would prefer not to highlight for the judge all the other crimes and all the other persons that we could charge.''
FBI deal - Documents released in 2018 indicate that Epstein may have cut a deal with the FBI: "On September 11th 2008 case agent advised writer that Epstein is currently being prosecuted by the state of Florida and is compliant with all conditions of his plea with the state of Florida. Epstein has also provided information to the FBI as agreed upon. Case agent advised that no federal prosecution will occur in this matter as long as Epstein continues to uphold his agreement with the state of Florida."
Instead of pursing a full federal prosecution, Acosta's office approved non-prosecution agreement, allowing him to be charged on the state level, and only for one account of soliciting prostitution and one account of procuring a minor for prostitution, despite all his other victims.
Epstein's recruiters, Sarah Kellen, Lesley Groff, Adriana Ross and Nadia Marcinkova got immunity for their testimony in the case.
Epstein was required to serve 13 months with 12 hours work release, six days a week. Jail records show that he would buy things like girls panties during this time; he was allowed to visit a chiropractor; he had a telephone, a computer and had food delivered to him; he was also allowed legal council with a female lawyer, who was probably just a hooker. During this time, Jess Staley of JP Morgan visited him at the behest of Jaimie Dimon; and his recruiter Jean Luc-Brunel visited him around 70 times.
When Epstein got out, he commissioned a mural to be painted of himself in prison to remind him of what could happen if I wasn't careful.
Bradly Edwards civil suit - Victim attorney Bradly Edwards filed a suit against the US government claiming that the feds failed to involve the victims in the settlement, an obligation required by the crime victim rights act. Edwards was one of the lawyers representing the women who brought the original suit against Epstein, and was working to convince a federal judge to reopen an investigation.
2019 conviction
Destroying evidence - After returning from a trip to Paris, Epstein was arrested at a New Jersey airport under suspicion of sex trafficking minors. While this was happening, the FBI raided his NY mansion, collecting a swath of material evidence including $7K in cash; nearly 50 diamonds; a fake Saudi passport; and CDs and hard drives from a safe which had been sawed into. Court documents confirmed that these CDs had ''Young (name) + (name)'' written on them. FBI special agent Kelly McGuire, working for the bureau's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force testified that, although they had acquired a warrant to enter Epstein's home, she and her team did not yet have a warrant to confiscate any items, and that when the FBI returned 4 days later, the contents of the safe were missing, including a box labeled AV. (Adult Video) McGuire called up Epstein's lawyer Richard Khan, asking what had happened to them, after which Khan appeared at the mansion with two suitcases full of missing evidence, not including any of the CDs and video tapes of which there are photographs.
Khan was photographed, leaving the mansion with what was probably the evidence. Detective Michael Dawson testified that some computers in the home were found without their accompanying towers.
Shredder - Maritime records from 2008 revealed that Epstein shipped a 53-pound paper shredder, along with a carpet and tile extractor, to his Palm Beach residence. Epstein had properties that were untouched and not raided for months after his arrest. This would have given his people time to destroy evidence.
In 2019, District Judge in NY Richard Berman, signed a protective order keeping 15,000 pages of documents private from the public during the active.
