Gaza and the West Bank have walls wrapped round them positioned with machine guns to prevent Palestinians from entering Israel. To enter Israel in order to work, Palestinians require a permit costing the equivalent of $618.
Israel restricts items from entering Gaza and the West bank, including communication, navigation equipment, Toys, paper, chocolate, tea and wood.
