Administrative Detention - Administrative detention is arrest without charge based on secret evidence brought forward during military tribunals, to which neither the detainee nor his/her lawyer have access to. Administrative detention is indefinitely renewable under military regulations. One of the longest Palestinian administrative detainees remained in custody for over 8 years, without ever being charged. The Israeli Prison Service holds around 3,500 each year, many of which are women (sometimes pregnant) and children. According to Addameer, Palestinian female prisoners are mainly held in two prisons located inside Israel, HaSharon and Damon, in violation of Article 76 of the Fourth Geneva Convention regulating the detention of prisoners.

Military law - Even if a crime is committed on Palestinian land, Israeli Jews go to civil court, while Palestinians go to military court, with an over 99% chance of being convicted. Hundreds are held without any charges at all, and can be held indefinitely without any trial whatsoever. Their political and legal rights differ by their race, resulting in a Palestinian conviction rate of 99.7%. This violates international law and is part of an apartheid system. (𓃠) 91.5% of complaints filed against settlers by Palestinians end in indictment. (𓃠) Unlike with civil law, death by hanging is the default punishment for fatal attacks by Palestinians on Jews, and not the other way around.

Death penalty for terrorists - Ben-Gvir can be seen wearing a noose lapel in advocacy of the death penalty for terrorists bill, passed in 2026, makes capital punishment mandatory for Palestinians who kill Israelis, even within the theater of war, effectively mandating the automatic executing of POWs. Gvir even got a noose themed cake for his 50th birthday.

Light sentences for Settlers who harm Palestinians - Abu Khdeir's murderers attempted to kidnap a 7-year-old boy, Moussa Zaloum. The boy's family reported the attempt to Israeli police, who did not investigate the incident. (𓃠)

Police not responding to crimes reported by Palestinians - A relative of Mohammed Abu Khdeir, 63 year old Coheir Abu Khdeir was badly assaulted in an attack carried out in Shufat. When his family went to Israeli police they refused to take their complaint insisting that the 63-year-old would have to come to the police station himself. (𓃠)

Ahmed Tamimi case - 17-year old Palestinian activist Ahed Tamimi was sentenced to eight months in prison on charges of assault and incitement resulting from a video showing her slapping an Israeli soldier. Nariman Tamimi, Ahed's mother, will also spend eight months in prison on charges of assault and incitement for recording the incident. Oran Hazan, Israeli law maker: ''...if I was there instead of those soldiers I would kick her face. In the end of the day here we make Ahed Tamimi a symbol. Why you need to publish footage of her in the court, footage of her in jail? Don't do it. Do things quietly, like they used to do in Guantanamo Bay in the States... I didn't say torture, but do it quietly.''  Ben Caspit, one of Israel's most prominent political pundits called for her jailers to quote exact a price at some other opportunity in the dark without witnesses and cameras. 

Despite this, If Americans Knew redorded a man n Israeli man getting out of his car, strikes a woman in the face. Israeli soldiers  witnessed the violence but nothing was done in fact the Palestinians and supporters were chased out and after the people dispersed the soldiers invaded the Palestinian village to punish the town for protesting.

Ahmed Manasrah - In 2015, 13-year-old, Ahmed Manasrah and his cousin, Hasan were accused of involvement in a stabbing attack in the illegal Israeli settlement of Pisgat Ze'ev. Hasan was shot dead, and Ahmed was chased down, struck by a vehicle and beaten by Israeli settlers, who filmed him wailing the on ground, not moving, with blood coming out of his head, being yelled it with slurs in Hebrew. Despite forensic evidence that he was innocent, Ahmed was convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to 12 years in prison. While incarcerated, he was diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychotic delusions, severe depression and suicidal ideation, for which he would be subjected to solitary confinement for months at a time.

Ikrit - In 1948, the Israeli military ordered the northern village of Iqrit, with a population of 600, to leave temporarily. They didn't actually cross the border, but relocated just several kilometers away. But they were never allowed to return. The residents sued for the right to return, and actually won. Israel's Supreme Court ruled in their favor. However, the Israeli Ministry of Defense refused to implement the decision, fearing it would create a precedent. In 1951, the Ministry of Defense blew up all the remaining houses in the village. To this day, the Iqrit community numbers 1,500, who live just 20 kilometers away in Ramah. And to this day, they continue to fight for their right to return to their homes.
