Intro
Kennedy, the original steadfast, pill charged, womanizing, turbo-celt of post golden age Americana. Who killed him, why did it matter and who benefitted; how does it lead directly to an on going genocide and a war with Iran; and why was covering it up so important that they had to kill his brother and son as well?
Throughout the decades, many men have uncovered new leads and connections, or profiteered by means truthful or otherwise. This video aims to cover all the who, the when, the what, the how. All sources will be listed in the corner of the video, and a link to a full reference document will be in the description. Without further padding, lets get into one of the greatest detective dramas ever told, and settle what everyone wants to know about the critical moment which won the future of our modern world.
First off, lets dispense with some of the crackpot ideas about why he died, promoted over decades of intelligence monitored propaganda.
Why and why not
What we do know is that even if there wasn't a conspiracy, skeptics still have to account for the numerous anomalies of the official investigation into Kennedy's death, many of which were amplified by the independent reinvestigation of Louisiana district attorney, Jim Garrison, which would ultimately lead to the trial of CIA contract agent, Clay Shaw. In fact the report of the house select committee on assassinations, which reinvestigated Kennedy's death in 1979, concluded that there was a "high probability" that two gunmen were involved in the assassination. So the official narrative itself admits to there being more than one shooter, therefore by proxy admits to the efforts of the warren commission to cover it up. Until then, we were supposed to believe that the bullets came from behind the limo from the School Book Depository. Kennedy's autopsy photo's, however, clearly indicate trajectory from the grassy knoll.
Watching the Zapruder film shows the same.
Magic Bullet - The Warren Commission concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots from behind Kennedy, one which missed injuring James Tague, another which killed Kennedy, and a third supposedly responsible for seven other entry and exit wounds. This notion, known as the Magic Bullet theory, was authored by Arlen Specter, who upon his death was mourned by the Israeli embassy as an unswerving defender of the Jewish state.
A photo from the warren commission shows that the back of Kennedy's jacket has two holes, one just below his collar and the other, five inches down and slightly to the right.
These holes are of a visibly different size. One of the men performing the autopsy described one of the holes as a 7×4 mm wound, a number very close to the 7.5 mm bullet found by the FBI! X-ray analysis from Kennedy's autopsy revealed a fracture of the transverse process of the first thoracic vertebra. This finding was not noted in the original Bethesda autopsy report but was later identified by the House Select Committee on Assassinations. The autopsy report and X-ray findings also documented contusions of the apex of the right lung and the parietal pleural membrane over it, indicating trajectory from the front. At Bethesda Hospital, lead pathologist, Dr. James Humes stated he burned his autopsy notes and the first draft of the report. Arlen Specter never pressed him as to why he did this.
Additional guns - Kennedy was supposedly shot with a Carcano. But a Mauser 7.64 was found by police in the northwest stairwell of the TSBD. This information was released to the news. This was also told by Sgt. Gerald Hill to a reporter for WFAA-TV. Another Mauser would be reported to have been found on the roof of the book depository, caught in a few frames of the Tom Alyea film. A Dallas police official claimed that it had been dropped by a security officer, although no security personnel were stationed at that location. One of the Mausers can be seen in CBS news coverage of the Carcano.
Detective Elmer Boyd can be seen carrying what looks like either a Mauser Cigarette rifle or a 1916 Model 8 Remington. There was also a Johnson 30.06 rifle linked to mercenary Loran Hall by the HSCA. A man can be seen running away with what looks like the same gun in the Orville Nix film. This also confirms the testimony of a 14 year old gun nut, who recognized the sound of a 30.06, and saw a man running away from the Pergola.
The warren commission concluded that three bullet casings found under the window of the Texas School Book Depository, however the original crime scene report indicates that only two hulls were collected. Looking at the updated version of this document, it appears as though someone has taken an ink pen and written 3 over 2. Photographed was one live 6.5 munition round, obtained from captain Will Fritz. This was allegedly picked up and returned to the FBI by Cpt. J.W. Fritz, who allegedly kept it as a souvenir. Different Documents revealing the chains of custody contradict each other, with three hulls making their way from Lt. Day to Sims to Fritz, then two from Day to Brown to Williams.
Five bullet fragments were allegedly found in the limousine, in addition to the magic bullet which turned up on a stretcher at parkland, apparently not even one belonging to either Kennedy or Connolly. by neither Kennedy or Conolly. This doesn't account for the 45. caliber slug found on the south side of Elm Street by Sherrif Buddy Walthers, the bullet signed in at an F.B.I. lab by Robert Frazier, the bullet reportedly lodged behind Kennedy's ear, the 7.65 bullet found 10 days later which was DETERMINED OF NO VALUE AND DESTROYED, or the second fully jacketed bullet found on the stretcher and kept by O.P. Wright because the Dallas police didn’t want it.
Either way, the magic bullet needed to be planted to link to Oswald's Carcano, or whoever else they might have blamed.
In 1967 Parkland personnel O.P. Wright told authors that the bullet he had held did not look like the bullet which later turned up in FBI evidence. This claim was in conflict with a July 7th 1964 FBI memo which stated that it did look like the shell he had seen on the day of the murder. Wright said the bullet had a pointed tip. This description matches that of a bullet belonging to an Enfield 303, a gun found at the house of Buell Frazier, who drove Oswald into Dealey Plaza. This would indicate that had Oswald gotten away, Buell Frazier may have been backup for a second patsy.
Witnesses - You might be wondering, if there was more than one shooter, why weren't there any witnesses. Well, not only were their numerous witnesses, but many of them were either threatened or had their statements altered.
Ed Hoffman reported seeing two men, one of which was wearing a black hat and a blue jacket, who fired a rifle over the picket fence before tossing it to a man dressed as a rail road worker, who broke it down and put it in a tool box. A man in a black hat with a high powered rifle was also seen by a witness named Velma. A shooter from the pergola was spotted by an unnamed 14 year-old witness who spoke to the FBI. Rail road supervisor, Sam Holland reported to the FBI to having seen a puff of smoke lingering above the picket fence above the grassy knoll.
Witness, Jean Hill told the police that she had heard around six shots from the picket fence. Hill would later claim to Jim Garrison that her statements had been altered in the WC report. Similarly, witness Julia Anne Mercer claimed to have seen Jack Ruby dropping off guns at the grassy knoll. The green truck described by Mercer can be seen in both the Marie Muchmore and Robert Hughes videos. Muchmore's statements were also altered. John Powell, an inmate being housed at the county jail reported seeing two dark skinned men with rifles on the 6th floor. Philip Hathaway reported seeing a rifle and a gun case while walking up Akard Street, described as having a dirty blonde crew cut. Arnold Rowland and his wife saw a man with a high powered rifle through the 6th floor of the TSBD. They also saw a dark complected man in the opposite corner, with what was described as a face which was wrinkled or marked in some way. These men can just about be seen in the Robert Hughes film.
Ruby Henderson told the FBI she had seen two men on the 6th floor with rifles, one of which seemed to be Mexican. Caroline Walters also sees two men with rifles on what she had believed to have been the 5th floor.
Richard Randolph Carr was working on the 7th floor of the newly constructed courthouse, located on the corner of Houston and Commerce. He told the FBI he saw a man with a rifle on the 5th floor, then later saw him going down Houston Street to the corner of Commerce. He would later testify at the trial of Clay Shaw to having seen three men, including a Latin, exit the rear door of the TSBD. with two fleeing in a station wagon, with third later being seen walking in a hurry and frequently looking over his shoulder, also fleeing in a light colored station wagon. Carr would survive two separate murder attempts wherein he would kill one of his attackers. Motorist Marvin C. Robinson also witnessed a green Rambler pick up a white man outside of TSBD.
Roger Craig was a Dallas Sherriff's who was gunned down in 1975. He recalled a white man in his 20s running down the grassy knoll before being picked up by a Latin man coming down Elm Street in a light green Rambler. Roger Craig later identified this man from a picture shown to him by Jim Garrison. Garrison, said he did not know who he was, other than that he had been arrested immediately after the assassination, but was let go because he didn't speak English. Tom Dillard, a photographer on the motorcade, also saw men on the 6th floor of the School Book Depository.
There were 216 eye witnesses there that day. 57 witnesses said it came from the knoll and 53 said from the depository. The number of shots heard was 3 or 4, that came from multiple directions. This is backed up by 21 cops who rushed the picket fence and heard a shot come from the “grassy knoll”. “Analysis of Shots, Trajectories and Wounds”.
Joe Smith, J.C. Price, Lee Bowers and SM Holland, stated there was a shooting, loud noise, a flash of light, smoke by the pergola, bushes, fence, mud on the bumper of a station wagon, a man wearing a white shirt and trousers near the pergola, a darker dressed man, one man in a car that had a telephone or walkie talkie and fake secret service agents. Secret service agents were also seen the back of the depository by officer D.V. Harkness.
Bill Newman was the closest witness to the limousine in Dealey Plaza, but was never called by the Warren Commission. He told the FBI tat gun fire came from behind him from the Grassy Knoll. his statements.
Mary Moorman, photographed what looks like a man with a hat behind the picket fence during the shooting, although her photo was not included by the Warren Commission. She stated that she was invited to provide testimony but asked for a postponement after an injury, and wasn't contacted again.
Ed Johnson reported people seeing puffs of smoke by the grassy knoll and police drawing their guns and running to the scene. puffs of smoke This can be seen in an enhanced version of the Dave Wiegman video.
Officer James Chayney was a motorcycle officer that was around 10 to 15 feet away from JFK, and stated a second shot hit him in the face. He was never asked to testify to the Commission.
Multiple witnesses observed a penetrating bullet hole in the limousine windshield, which can be seen in photographs. Similarly, secret service agent, Todd Hiles and Stewart Fillmore documented bullet holes on a pillar of the TSBD.
Two days before the assassination, two cops noticed several men aiming rifles over the picket fence. They made it over, but by the time they got there, the men had fled in a car. This was reported to the FBI, who issued a report which was never mentioned by the Warren Commission, and disappeared until 1978 when it resurfaced thanks to a FOIA request.
Multiple arrests - The San Rafael California Daily Independent Journal Evening edition on November 22, 1963 reported that in addition to Oswald, a second suspect was also in custody”.
This might have something to do with the man in black being questioned by the police. In a clearer picture a blurred out rifle can be seen.
There's also the three tamps, who are not to be confused with the other three tramps arrested form a box car, identified as Gus Abrams, John Gedney, and Harold Doyle. John and Harold have reports on their arrest in 1963, but Gus has one in 65, all on Nov. 22. The tramps photographed were arrested from a coal car and taken from a Dallas jail house. They were about to get a gunpowder test but were let go after Oswald was arrested. Marvin Weiss, the officer escorting the three, clearly has a wire in his ear, although he claimed it was a wad of cotton.
Jim Garrison discovered a picture taken of a man arrested in Dealey Plaza after the assassination, who was let go because he didn't speak English.
Garland Slack said he saw someone take a young airman into custody.
Tippit - The official story tells us that Oswald was dropped off by a taxi at his house at 1:00 PM, then walked to 10th and Patton to shoot Officer Tippit at 1:16 PM. For this to have been possible, Oswald must have walked 8 miles in 16 minutes. Supposedly after killing Tippit, Oswald made his way to the Texas Theatre to watch a movie. Theatre manager Butch Burroughs stated that Oswald entered around 1:00 and 1:17 PM, although Tippit was shot at 1:16, plus Tippit's body arrived at the hospital at 1:15 PM.
As for the bullets found at the scene, three of their impressions had a notch at the side, indicative of a semi automatic, while only one was completely round, suggesting a revolver.
Motorist Domingo Benavides witnessed Tippit's killing, but refused to identify Oswald in a line up. In 1965, his brother Edward who resembled Domingo was shot in the back of the head in a club in Dallas. Helen Markham described Tippit's killer as being short and somewhat on the heavy side, with slightly bushy hair. Later Markham identified Lee Harvey Oswald in a police line up. Although considered a star witness, her testimony was full of mistakes. She said he was alive when the ambulance arrived, but the other witnesses said he dies immediately. She also falsely claimed that for the first 20 minutes she was the only person to attend the body. Aquilla Clemons described Tippit's assailant as chunky but short, and that he waved his hand at a skinny man in a white shirt and khakis, signaling him to go. She also said that a man came to her two days after the assassination telling her it would be best if she didn't say anything, because she might get hurt. These men were also seen by George and Patricia Nash, who described them speeding off in a grey Plymouth. A grey Plymouth was reportedly driven by the shooter behind the picket fence described by Velma, driven by a man in a black hat. Ed Hoffman also reported a man in a black hat and a blue coat from the grassy knoll. Like Aquilla Clemons, Doris Holan recalled Tippet's assailant as a heavy man who waved his hand to signal a second shooter, and like Hoffman, she recalled him wearing a blue coat. She also said, "if it wasn't him, it was his brother," in relation to the man she saw shot by Jack Ruby on TV.
Command and Personnel
In 1962, Swiss authorities would dissolve their branch of Permindex after proving the firm delivered 200,000 to the OAS, the group responsible for the assassination attempt on French president Charles de Gaul. In Les Echos newspaper, de Gaul named Permindex as having been involved in the attempt on his life. Guy Banister operative Tommy Baumler commented to Jim Garrison that those who killed JFK were those who wanted to kill de Gaul.
CMC - Permindex had a subsidiary called Centro Mondiale Commerciale, which was incorporated in Italy but really ran out of Montreal by Louis M. Bloomfield. Louis Bloomfield was a Canadian lawyer who served in Palestine as an Intelligence Officer for the British, and was involved in training the Jewish militia, Haganah. Later he would be recruited into the OSS, and would continue doing contract work for them when they became the CIA. He was a regular visitor to Israel and met the Prime Minister, David Ben-Gurion, in 1949. In 1959, Bloomfield was responsible for incorporating Tricontinental pipeline ltd. in Canada, a corporation granted by Israel 49 years exclusivity on the use of a 16 inch pipeline between the Red Sea and Haifa Port in the Mediterranean Sea. Through the Canadian corporation, Tricontinental pipeline was able to pay taxes that otherwise would have been paid to the state of Israel. CMC did not own businesses, but functioned as a money funneling mechanism. All they did was invest in various stocks that they held a portfolio of. But really they were companies they were funding on the back end to gain nuclear supplies for Israel's Dimona project. Looking at the files of David Ferrie, Clay Shaw and Sergio Arcacha Smith reveal that all three were flying up and back from Montreal.
After the arrest of Clay Shaw, Italian newspaper Paesa Sera published an article exposing Permindex as a CIA front company for influencing European electoral politics, channeling money into not only legal political parties, but also right wing terrorist groups such as the OAS. CMC’s directors included, Clay Shaw, Moe Dalitz, Joe Bonano, Cuban ex president Carlos Prío Socarrás, the son of Hitler's finance minister, Hjalmar Schacht, the lawyer of the Italian royal family and secretary of the Italian fascist party, the editor of the neo nazi National Zeitung of Germany.
Adam Consolidated was the weapons company which imported the Carcano rifle located in the Texas School Book Depository. It's owner was acknowlleged CIA agent, Samuel Cummings. Samuel Cummings had a close associate named Enrico Frittoli, who sat on the board of directors of Permindex. Schlumberger itself was run by Jean de Menil, who was also on the board of Pemindex; Menil was also a close associate of George de Mohrenschildt.
James Angleton - Zionist James Angleton was chief of counterintelligence at the time of the assassination. He was also the head of the CIA's Israel office, and a liaison to the Mossad. In 1956, CIA deputy director Robert Amery named Angleton to be a coopted Israeli agent. He also directed CIA assistance to Israel's nuclear program. Only twice in history has Israel given memorial services to foreigners, attended to by heads of Shin Bet and Mossad. One was for the father of Ghislaine Maxwell, who narced Mordechai Vanunu to the Mossad for exposing Israel's nuclear capacity; the other was for James Angleton. There is also a forest named after him in Israel. Journalist Joe Trento revealed in the Sunday news journal, that in the 70s Angleton leaked a secret memo he had written himself about the presence of CIA agent E Howard Hunt in Dallas on the day of the assassination. Although Hunt was involved, this steered thought away from Israel and further towards the CIA. Declassified documents reveal that Jewish Spy Reuben Ephron was directed by James Angleton to open Oswald's mail numerous times on an ongoing basis.
According to former CIA station chief Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, James Angleton commented to Seymour Hersh: “I’m not privy to who struck John”
Yitzak Shamir - According to former French intelligence officer Pierre Neuville, a French team of professional assassins were among the shooters at the behest of the Mossad. Apparently the Mossad's then assassination chief Yitzhak Shamir, later president of Israel, arranged the hiring of at least one of the assassins through the deputy chief of French intelligence, Colonel Georges de Lannurien. "It was no coincidence," Neuville wrote, "that on the very day of the execution of the president by the French team that [de Lannurien] was at Langley meeting with James Jesus Angleton, the Mossad mole..." Interestingly, the Mossad and Shamir's own daughter confirmed that he was stationed in Paris during his tenure as director of assassinations.
The Tramps - The Three Tramps were arrested from the rail yard after the assassination, and taken to the Dallas Jail House. They were about to get a gun powder test, but were let go after Oswald was arrested.
The Middle tramp is Danny "The Irishman" Greene, head of the long Shoreman's union in Cleveland. Danny Greene trained snipers in the marines, and went to the same high school in David Ferrie. Behind him is fellow Cleveland mobster, Leo "Lips" Moceri. Statements by Chauncey Holt claim that he drove in with Moceri to Dallas that morning, with Charlie Nicoletti and James Canty. Holt stated they were tasked with delivering forged documents to Charles Harrolson and Charles Rogers, and that they were informed an “incident” would occur that could be blamed on pro-Castro Cubans. Charles Harrolson is Woody Harrolson's dad by the way.
Marvin Weiss, the officer escorting the tramps clearly has a wire in his ear, although he claimed was a wad of cotton.
Dave Yaras - Dave Yaras was a Chicago hitman for Sam Giancana and had helped establish Teamster Local 320 in Miami for Jimmy Hoffa. The night before the assassination, Yaras telephoned Robert Bernard baker. A few days Earlier, Jack Ruby also received a 17 minute call from Baker. Yaras was interviewed by the FBI and admitted he had known Jack Ruby for about 15 years in Chicago. Dave Yaras and Lenny Patrick were staying next to the Carousel Club in a property owned by Bartha Cheek. They were using the aliases Isadore Leon Miller and Max Miller. David Leon Millar and Max Miller were brothers. David Leon was hooked up with Margarite Miller, formerly Margarite Click, related to Bernese Click. He also used the name Murry Miller at the Cabana the night before. Murry miller was a higher up in the teamsters, but there are no pictures of Murry Miller, because he is Dave Yaras.
But as a result of President Kennedy's promise to Nikita Khrushchev that he would not invade Cuba RFK terminated "all sabotage operations" against Cuba. This didn't stop Harvey from sending ten operatives into Cuba to gather intelligence in preparation for an invasion, which resulted in him being reassigned to Rome by Bobby Kennedy. Bill Harvey is quoted yelling to Bobby Kennedy: "If you fuckers hadn't fucked up the Bay of Pigs, we wouldn't be in this fucking mess."
If you recall from earlier, Pierre Neuville wrote that a French team of assassins were among the shooters at the behest of the Mossad. This is interesting, because Bill Harvey had a history with the Corsican Mafia. In his biography of Harvey, former CIA officer Bayard Stockton wrote that Harvey recommended Corsicans for use in the ZR/RIFLE program, writing in a memo, Harvey wrote, “Corsicans recommended. Sicilians could lead to Mafia.” In her book “ZR Rifle”, Claudia Furiati wrote, “It was learned that during 1961, Harvey traveled to Marseille in France and recruited another agent code named QJ/WIN who worked on the Lumumba case. WIN appears in the House Committee investigations as one of the men from the Corse Union, an organized crime group in Marseille. QJ/WIN met the indispensable requirement of being a Mafioso of non-U.S. origin.”
According to CIA spy Marita Lorenz, who had an affair with Castro, a group including Sturgis, and fellow Op 40 members Orlando Bosch, Ignacio Novo, and pilot Pedro Luis Diaz Lanz travelled to Dallas. She also claimed that he was at a motel in Dallas when Kennedy's murder was planned. When the group arrived at the Hotel, Marita reported that E. Howard Hunt paid Sturgis with cash stuffed in an envelope. After pressing Sturgis on the nature of the visit, Marita was told that this one time it had to be confidential.
Lorenz would go on to testify about the assassination, stating that she was involved with a group of anti-Cuban militants, including Frank Sturgis and E. Howard Hunt. In 1977, Sturgis was arrested by Detective Jim Rothstein for attempting to murder Marita for standing trial. While Sturgis was being held, Rothstein claims he confessed to having been one of the shooters on the grassy knoll along with E. Howard Hunt. In 1971 Frank Sturgis wrote a 22 page confession to Cardinal Terence Cooke detailing crimes he had committed on behalf of the government, including being one of the assassins on the grassy knoll, with E. Howard Hunt as his spotter and paymaster. He also claimed that fellow Watergate burglar G. Gordon Liddy was the person who shot and killed police officer J.D. Tippet, the man allegedly shot by Lee Harvey Oswald, and who's death gave the police a reason to arrest him.
I doubt this, as should be made apparent later on. What's more likely is that the presence of additional hitmen such as Sturgis or Sarti served to muddy the waters for future researchers into the case.
Herminio Diaz Garcia - Herminio Diaz Garcia was a member of Op 40 and a bodyguard for Cuban mob boss Santos Trafficante. After his death, a friend of his also testified to his involvement in the JFK hit.
Tony Cuesta - In 1978 President Jimmy Carter arranged for a group of imprisoned exiles in Cuba to be released. This included Tony Cuesta who was involved in an attack on Cuba in 1966. Just before leaving Cuba Cuesta asked to see Fabian Escalante. Cuesta told Escalante that he had been involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He also named Diaz Garcia and Eladio del Valle as being involved in the conspiracy. Cuesta asked Escalante not to make this information "made public because I am returning to my family in Miami - and this could be very dangerous."
Sergio Arcacha-Smith and Emilio Santana - Rose Cheramie was a stripper and drug mule who worked for Jack Ruby and Carlos Marcello. On March 13th 1967 she was en route from Florida to Dallas with two men. Along the way, the three would stop at the silver slipper lounge, where after an altercation, Rose would be roughed up and kickout out by the owner, stumbling out onto the road and being struck by a car. Rose would be temporally held in a jail cell by Lt. Francis Fruge, before being moved to the Jackson State Hospital
According to Fruge, Rose was en route to to Houston, where a room had been reserved for her. There she would meat a seaman who would give her ten kilos of heroin to take to Dallas in exchange for the release of her kidnapped son. During the trip to Jackson, Rose allegedly stated to Fruge, "we're gonna kill President Kennedy when we comes to Dallas in a few days" This was also repeated at the Jackson Hospital, which was heard by resident physician, Victor Weiss. HSCA, Volume X pgs. 199-204. According to Fruge, Rose was en route to to Houston, where a room had been reserved for her. There she would meat a seaman who would give her ten kilos of heroin to take to Dallas in exchange for the release of her kidnapped son. Cheramie was found dead close to a highway near Big Sandy in 1965. She had been run over by a car.
Fruge would later help Jim Garrison with his investigation into Clay Shaw, locating Mac Manuel, the owner of the Silver Slipper Lounge in 1963. Upon reviewing several photographs displayed by Fruge, Manuel identified the two men he had seen that night as Sergio Arcacha Smith, and Emilio Santana. Santana was recruited by the CIA’s JMWAVE for infiltrations into Cuba and he knew the real names of 8 CIA staff members and 14 other agents. This will be very important in context to the CIA’s JMWAVE. FBI report says he is alleged to have owned a Carcano rifle like Oswald.
Sergio Arcacha-Smith served as Cuba's consul in India under Batista. After Fidel Castro gained power Arcacha-Smith went into exile. While living in New Orleans he joined with David Ferrie to establish the Cuban Democratic Liberation Front, and became head of the New Orleans chapter of the Friends of Democratic Cuba. In December 1960, Arcacha-Smith opened an office in the Balter Building at 403 Camp Street, Room 207. This was the building which housed the office of Guy Banister.
But who is the painted eye browed pedophile who keeps turning up throughout the story. Well...
David Ferrie
David Ferrie was a pilot for the federal Civil Air Patrol, with ties to Clay Shaw, Lee Harvey Oswald, and other characters implicated in the conspiracy to kill Kennedy. Ferrie would employ theatrical hair to account for his lack baldness and lack of eyebrows. He is alleged to have had alopecia, although no one else in his family had the genetic condition. It's more likely that his loss of hair was the result of him being a test pilot for the U-2 program launched in 1954. Like Ferrie, early U2 test pilots in China are reported to have suffered severe hair loss, due to the pressurization of the suits involved.
David Ferrie was a Pilot for Eastern Airlines from from 51 to 63, when he was brought before the disciplinary board for failing to have informed them of his prior Emotional difficulties. Emotional difficulties being a euphemism for homosexuality and possible child molestation. It was for these reasons also that Ferrie had been kicked out of St. Charles Seminary, when he was training to become a priest. The case which got Ferrie fired was a criminal case filed against him for his misconduct with a 15 year old boy, Alex Landry. Ferrie was represented in this case by G. Wray Gill, the primary lawyer of New Orleans mob figure, Carlos Marcello.
In the 50s, Ferrie had worked for the Civil Air Patrol, where he can be seen photographed with Lee Harvey Oswald. Also training in this unit was Barry Seal of Iran-Contra fame.
In 1961, he was running an unauthorized branch of the CAP called the Metairie Falcon Squadron, which had started using a forged charter. Landry was one of his new recruits. Michael Crouchet was a witness to the affair. After the charges were brought, Ferrie and Sergio Arcarcha smith visited him at his workplace, threatening him to retract his statements to the police, else he be paid a visit by his Cuban Friend. This was reported back to the police, which brought more heat down on Ferrie.
Al Landry testified to Jim Garrison that Ferrie had told him he worked for the CIA on flight missions to rescue anti Castro Cubans from Castro's jails. He showed Landry a 15-inch scar which he had sustained after being stabbed during one of these missions. Landry also told Garrison that him and Ferrie had spent time at Sergio Arcacha Smith's house, where they would watch bay of pigs footage.
Venice airport - A memo obtained by Garrison told of a university professor who wrote a doctoral thesis on an abortive anti Batista mission in 1947. This thesis incidentally revealed that Clay Shaw had leased an airport in Venice, Florida, with one of the pilots for the mission being reportedly David Ferrie. Venice Florida is known to have been home to an airport used by Muhamad Atta and the other 9/11 hijackers. It is generally believed to have been CIA run.
Association with Clay Shaw and Oswald
There is witness evidence that David Ferrie knew both Clay Shaw and Lee Harvey Oswald. June Rolfe told Jim Garrison that she had seen Ferrie and Shaw together in a light-colored Thunderbird Convertible in 1960, which Shaw did in fact own from 59 to 64.
Henry Lesnick reported having a friend who admitted to being Clay Shaw's lover, and that David Ferrie was Shaw's lover as well.
Ferrie was also seen getting off of an airplane by his friends, the Tadins.
Garrison discovered that the name and number of a man identified as W. Robert Morgan was located in Shaw's notebook. This number was also in David Ferrie's call history. Just underneath Morgan's number in Clay Shaw's phone book was the number of Layton Martens, one of the boys who Ferrie took on his alleged trip to Houston on the day of the assassination.
A Garrison investigator interviewed the Murrett side of Oswald's family, discovering that a few days after he had left New Orleans, a man later identified by the witness as Shaw had turned up at the Murret home, looking for Oswald. Herbert Wagner and Jim Louviere had seen them together at Ferrie's service station in 1964; William Dunn, Henry Earl Palmer, Corey Collins, and Town Marshal John Manchester, observed the pair, allegedly with Lee Harvey Oswald in a grey Plymouth when they made their trip to the Clinton voter registration office.
The most significant witness is Perry Russo, who testified before the Clay Shaw grand jury that he had seen Oswald at a party with Ferrie, Shaw, and a bunch of Cubans. Ferrie had an inch thick collection of newspaper clippings about Kennedy, and was pacing around the room describing a plan to assassinate him. Russo recalled Ferrie taking about triangulation between shooters, the need for a patsy, and that perhaps there would be a diversionary shot, with the other two shooting for the kill. Russo also mentioned that Ferrie had suggested the use of alibi's for where potential shooters were at the time of the assassination. When Garrison questioned Ferrie about this, does not deny the incident, but generalizes it as an off hand remark along the lines of "He ought to be shot".
More blatant ties to the assassination
The Rifles - In 1961, David Ferrie took part in the burgary of the munitions depot of the Schlumberger Well Drilling Corp in Louisiana, along with Sergio Arcacha Smith, Gordon Novel and Layton Martens, who would eventually be charged by Jim Garrison years later. A CIA internal memo re Garrison's investigation reveals that the New Orleans office of the DCS had one contact with Charles A. Doh, manager of the Schlumberger office in New Orleans. Novel stated that the burglary itself was done at the behest of the CIA, for the sake of funneling the weapons and ammo to anti-Castro Cubans. Gordon Novel implied that the arms were sold to Inter-Armco. Inter-Armco was an agent for Samuel Cummings, who besides being an acknowledged CIA agent, was also the owner of Adam Consolidated. Adams Consolidated was the weapons company which imported the Carcano rifle located in the Texas School Book Depository. Cummings also had a close associate named Enrico Frittoli, who sat on the board of directors of Permindex. Schlumberger itself was run by Jean de Menil, who was also on the board of Pemindex; Menil was also a close associate of George de Mohrenschildt.
Hoffa bodyguard Frank Sheeran, recalls in his autobiography, being ordered by Tony Pro to deliver a duffle bag full of rifles to David Ferrie, who is described as a pilot for Carlos Marcello. It was in the parking lot of crescent firearms where Frank picked up the rifles. Crescent was the supplier of the Carcano linked to Oswald.
At the time of the assassination, Ferrie has been working as an investigator for G. Wray Gill, Carlos Marcello's main attorney. Gill had also represented Ferrie during his misconduct case.
After a tip from fellow investigator, Jack Marten, Jim Garrison would interview Ferrie as a suspect in the JFK hit. It was Martens belief that Ferrie was the getaway pilot for Kennedy's assassin, and that he had hypnotized Lee Harvey Oswald into complicity. This wouldn't be surprising, as Ferrie allegedly used drug induced hypnosis to coerce boys in his immirality case.
Scrap Paper - Elise dean clays told garrison that prior to the assassination he was having G. Wray Gill do legal work for her. The day after Kennedys death, she saw two female employees cleaning out ferries desk. She saw a chart sketch with "Elm" written on it on what appeared to be a street, next to which was a square representing a building with "VIP" written on it. She stated that it should be turned over to the FBI. The receptionist remarked that it was nothing and threw it in the trash. After retrieving it, the receptionist took it from her and threw it in the trash.
Alice Guidroz, secretary for G. Wray Gill claims that Ferrie was present in Gill's office and the day of the assassination, and that he had left for lunch telling her he would be back. According to Guidroz, Ferrie never returned.
A witness named Velma was parked behind the TSBD at the time of the assassination. She recalled to the Coast2coast radio show in 2006, having seen a shooter with a high powered rifle. This man was described as having "real heavy eyebrows" and wearing a black felt. After being instructed by who she believes to have been J.D. Tippit, he then drove off in a grey Plymouth. Velma claims the reason she didn't speak at the time is because she had kids and she "didn't want to get shot."
This man was also seen by Ed Hoffman who described seeing two men, one of which had a black hat and a blue jacket, who fired a rifle over the picket fence. Hoffman then observed him walk towards the rail road yard and toss the rifle to a man dressed as a railroad worker, who broke it down putting it in a tool box. According to Hoffman, the man in the hat walked along a path in the direction of the pergola, where he is caught on camera, then back into the direction of the rail road yard, where he is again photographed.
A shooter from the pergola was also spotted above Abraham Zapruder by an unnamed fourteen year old witness who spoke to the FBI.
Witnesses to the Tippit shooting - Then we have the Tippit shooting. The official story tells us that Oswald was dropped off by Taxi at his house at 1:00 pm, then walked to 10th and Patton to shoot Tippit at 1:16. For the timeline to make sense, Oswald would have had to have walked 8 miles in 16 minutes. This would have been impossible by foot but just about possible by car.
Witnesses Aquilla Clemons was interviewed by Mark Lane. She described Tippit's assailant as chunky but short, and he waved bis hand at a skinny man in a white shirt and khakis, signaling him to go. She also said that a man came to her two fays after the assassination telling her it would be best if she didn't say anything because she might get hurt.
Frank Wright also saw two men, and reported them speeding off in a grey Plymouth. Ferrie had also been seen in a grey Plymouth with Clay Shaw and Lee Harvey Oswald when they made their trip to the Clinton Voter Registration Office.
Witness Doris Holan was Interviewed by Bill Pulte and Michael Brownlow. Like Aquilla Clemons she recalled seeing a heavy man in a dark blue jacket walk down the driveway and signal Tippit's Assailant with a wave to go. She also said “if it wasn't him, it was his brother,” in relation to the man she saw shot by Jack Ruby on tv.
Additional sighting of the Plymouth - T.F. white worked at Mack Pete's Garage located on West Davis St. between Zang Blvd. and North Beckly. 20 minutes after Oswalds arrest he observed a red ford falcon Sitting in the parking lot of El Chico restaurant. He would tell KRLD-TV reporter Wes Wise that he had seen who he believed to have been Oswald in this car. White remembered the license plate as PP 4567. This plate came back registered to Carl Mathers, belonging to a light blue Plymouth. Mathers was employed by Collin's radio, which is a CIA company responsible for installing the radio equipment on air force 1 and 2. The owner of the red Ford Falcon was identified as Igor Vaganov, who worked for the CIA. A Ford was also seen circling the parking lot by Tower man Lee Bowers, apparently driven by a man with a walkie talkie.
So how do you get someone to kill the president without paying them. Well, as we know, David Ferrie was a freak. His file reveal that intelligence had a video of him with two underaged black girls. It also contains a letter, opening with "dear bastard," reading: "Got your letter from Dec. 30. Did you get my Christmas letter and the letter with the airplaine pictures? You did not say, so I was not sure whether you got them or not. One of my flight students loaned me some sex movies for one night. It was two reels of 8mm film with some dude fucking this broad. He got his nuts jerking under her knee, she blew him, he fucked her in the ass twice and in the pussy twice. Hope I can get them back when you get back so you can see them too. Jimmy was over when I showed them. The 'come' flew that night. I could have raped an exhaust pipe they made me so hot".
Reverend Raymond Broshears was a Christian gay rights activist, the head of the militant Lavender Panthers, and one of the people who helped organize the first gay pride parade. Broshears was the head of a one man church, which is indicative of a CIA front. He was also a friend and room mate of David Ferrie. According to Broshears, Ferrie was constantly busy with steady runs to South America. He felt that Ferrie was being forced into making these flights, as he never had any money, and had to give freelance flying lessons to make ends meet. Broshears recalled to Jim Garrison, that Ferrie never liked the work he was doing, but that Ferrie had confided in him that he was "working for a group of people who wanted to take over the United states". He also told Broshears, in regard to President Johnson "that damned Johnson. If you knew what I knew, you'd kill the bastard." and that "President Kennedy is the first, they're not gonna stop until they kill every Nigger in this country." When Broshears asked who he meant by "they," Ferrie replied "HALE BOGGS," and the others." He blackmails everyone. He has a blackmail file, I know." He said that some other people had been killed about what they knew, and that if Jackie or Bobby Kennedy ever spoke out, they had been warned they would be killed also.
Ferrie's Death
Ferrie had been questioned by Jim Garrison, and detained by the FBI for further questioning in regards to inconsistencies with is alibi. Garrison's aide, Lou Ivon, stated that Ferrie telephoned him the day after the story of Garrison's investigation broke and told him: "You know what this news story does to me, don't you. I'm a dead man. From here on, believe me, I'm a dead man." On February 22, 1967, less than a week after the story of Garrison's investigation broke Ferrie was found dead in his apartment with two typed and unsigned suicide notes. Coincidentally, despite the presence of the notes, Ferrie's autopsy concluded that there was no evidence of suicide or murder and that Ferrie died of an aneurism.
Perry Russo recalled Ferrie mentioning the need for an alibi for shooters involved in his hypothetical assassination of Kennedy. Supposedly on the day of the assassination, Ferrie was travelling to Houston with two young friends, Alvin Beauboeuf and Melvin Coffey, to go ice skating at the Winterland Ice Arena. The Winterland ice arena was owned by Johnson family enterprise, owned by Lyndon Johnson. It was founded by Bootsie and Ronnie Roberts. Mary "Boots" Roberts, other than being a professional ice skater, allegedly worked for NASA during the Apollo and Gemini missions. NASA has been known to provide cover for us defense and intelligence agencies.
Bootsie had an uncle on her fathers side called Vincent Caltagirone, father of Vincent Caltagirone Jr. Vincent Caltagirone Jr. was a member of the general committee of the sons of Italy along with john and Peter Lucia of the Lucia crime family. He was also a groomsman at the wedding of Anna Lucia. Vincent Caltagirone Jr.'s obituary claims he worked in the insurance industry for 35 years there are records of him having worked at banks an other jobs during that time. He was a board member of the national YMCA scuba program, for whom he would also teach scuba at the Houston downtown YMCA. The down town YMCA used o be known as the Gateway Swim and Skate, which David Ferrie had called while at the Alamotel after the assassination. Vincent Caltagirone Jr. had a brother in law called Jack Valenti.
Now we're about to get to one of the most significant figures in the assassination, and in the history of American culture itself, but first a word from our sponsor...
Jack Valenti
Jack Valenti was the CIA's man in Hollywood, responsible for the MPAA film rating system. Before becoming president of the Motion Picture Association of America, Valenti had served as a Special Assistant to Lyndon Johnson.
Mob background - Valenti was born in 1921 into two mob families, The De George, on his mothers side, and the Valenti family on his fathers. FBI files indicate that, Valenti had been investigated for crimes such as bank fraud and smuggling women into Mexico for illegal abortions. According to FBI informants, Valenti had associations with an unidentified hoodlum and book maker in Houston, likely Joseph Lucia, due to that families history with the Valentis.
According to an FBI document investigating his background, it is indicated that Valenti and Lucia carried on a homosexual relationship, and that Lucia covered his honeymoon expenses to Las Vagas.
Valenti applied to Harvard but was rejected because he was only a b/c student. After flying to Boston, however, he was somehow secured permission to enter their eighteen month business school. [FBI file Jack Valenti page 90, archive.org]
Intelligence Background - In the 50s Jack Valenti ran an ad business called Weekly and Valenti in Houston, servicing clients such as Continental Oil. Valenti started working for Humble Oil as a hall-boy, moving up the ranks to become manager of sales promotion and advertising.
Him and his company were hired to run LBJ's campaigns in Texas, then an ad contract for Kennedy's presidential run in 1960. A 1963 FBI memo reveals that Valenti's payroll was moved from that of a "federal agency" to that of the white house.
Valenti was employed as a consultant in the state department from 1966 to 1969, however it is recorded that during his employment he worked of total of zero days. 1966 was also the year Jack became head of the Motion picture association of America. If you can't tell by now, the CIA runs Hollywood.
granted clearance for top secret 6 days before leaving government service. This position was renewed in 1967 when he was granted a position on the board of foreign scholarship, which only terminates when the persons relationship with the DoS terminates. [FBI file Jack Valenti page 173, archive.org] In May of 66 Valenti was given most of Bill Moyors security functions and made to preside over the meetings of CIA officials such as Richard Helms, who reported to him. Jack Valenti quit as Johnson's aid to become head of the MPAA.
FBI documents imply that Valenti may have had some kind of photographic blackmail on Johnson. He also may have been Johnson's hitman. In a police report Valenti details a list of items reportedly stolen from his suitcase after a flight, including a watch, an electric shaver, some sunglasses, and two pairs of 5 by 8 and 6 by 8 inch cufflinks, both with the presidential seal on them. The report stated that none of these items would be identifiable, however the two cufflinks would not be in normal circulation as they contained the presidential seal. Johnson had many sets of cufflinks, none of which were 5 or 6/8 inches in diameter. He was, however, said to have had a hit list of 8 people, implying via code that 6 of them may have been taken out by Valenti.
Inconsistent Alibi - Valenti's alibi lacks any effort whatsoever. The official Whitehouse documentation for the motorcade states that Jack was in the party bus, 24th in line, the source being Jack Valenti himself. However in an interview jack recalls being in the 6th car following Kennedy's. [Washington post Jack Valenti one days passage of power Nov 21 1993] In another interview he states that he was eight cars behind Kennedy with Evelyn Lincoln and Liz Carpenter. In his book he again claims to have been with Evelyn Lincoln and Liz carpenter, this time in the 6th car. In the LBJ presidential library histories Valenti says either a small bus or a smallish van, and guesses 12 or 14 lines in in a small bus. [Michael l Gillette memoirs of a tragedy2013] In 1969 Valenti claimed that when he got to the trade mart, no one was there. But in 1998 he recalled how when he arrived a large crowd was awaiting the president. In 1969 he recalled hearing about Kennedy's death from someone's pocket radio, but in 1986 he recalled being told by a secret service agent. [la times anniversary if an assassination] Jack Valenti claims twice that after arriving at the trade mart he commandeered a cop car along with Liz Carpenter, Evelyn Lincoln and Pamela Turnure. [La times and Washington post] But Liz Carpenter, made no mention of Jack Valenti in this account of the incident] Marie Fahmer recalls her being the one who gathered up the rest of the secretaries to commandeer the deputy's car.
The only woman in the party bus who provided an alibi for Jack Valenti was Elizabeth Harris, who worked for Sam Bloom's advertising agency, and helped plan the trip. She was also the co founder of Ms. Magazine, with feminist pioneer and acknowledged CIA spook Gloria Steinem. despite her claim, Harris's name isn't present in the official white house documentation, and no one else ever brings her up. Harris claimed that reverend Luther Holcomb was on the bus with her, even though Holcombs daughter told the press that the reverend was in a convertible fifth behind Kennedy [Athens review, daughter of minister tasked with sharing tragic news speaks at cll] she also claimed that upon arriving at the trade mart she guided the other guests through the back door and in to the kitchen. This is contradicted by Liz carpenters statement that a state trooper refused to let them in. She claimed that she was with Evelyn Lincoln, and that she had escorted her off the bus, but Marie Fahmer described the same ordeal without making any mention of Harris.
Regardless of all that, we know where he was, because he can be seen hanging off of Kennedy's limo with David Morales. No wonder he looked so sweaty in Air Force 1 while Johnson was being inaugurated.
After he was shot, the presidents limo jumps around the lead car, which jumps around the limo once again. This game of leap frog provided a window for Jack Valenti to jump into the back of Kennedy's limo to hide his rifle. Driver, William Greere, picks up Jack Valenti. Macintyre photo #2 shows Jack Valenti and David Morales hanging on the back of the car.
And why is there now 10 people on the car, instead of the 8 that are suppose to be there? David F. Powers, who is suppose to be in the secret service car, coincedentaly ran out of footage before the assassination. But no photos show him to be in the secret service car at the time of the shooting.
Raul - As mentioned before, Jack Valenti had a brother in law called Vincent Caltagirone Jr., who is connected to the Winterland Ice arena. MLK assassin, James Earl Ray told author Penn Jones that he believed that the short tramp in Dealy Plaza resembled his handler, Raul. Glenda Grabow claimed to Have known Raul, who went by the nickname "The Dago". She Said that in the early 70s h e had told her during a car ride that he had killed JFK and MLK, and that he wanted to make a million dollars with Jack Valenti.
Valenti on JFK - Valenti would refer to Oliver Stone's JFK as a smear, despite the fact that he was behind the scenes with media executives of NBC, Heart corp. and Walt Disney corp. which owns A&E Networks who prepared a program for the history channel that, like Oliver Stone's movie, portrayed Johnson as the Killer of JFK. The film's executive producer and chief financier was Arnon Milchan, who in 2013 was revealed to be an Israeli spy and weapons smuggler, who illegally shipped US nuclear Krytron Triggers to Israel with the help of Benjamin Netanyahu.
Forum Post - A mysterious forum post by Dave Miller, which is the real name of Dave Yaras, names Valenti as the third shooter.
Valenti's Invite - Jack Valenti was the one who drew Kennedy to Texas with an invitation to attend the appreciation dinner of Albert Thomas, a day before his trip to Dallas. Valenti was also on the board of the Dallas citizens council, which would have planned the motorcade route to the Dallas trade mart.
A week before the assassination, Valenti was spotted in LA at a clothier in Hollywood at a meeting including 4 men suspected of a burglary at an armory. The meeting included Caspar Weinberger and George Schultz, from Bechtel Corp and writer/director Joseph Mankiewicz.
An informant for the FBI reported seeing Jack Valenti in a diner with Lee Harvey Oswald (William Seymour) and Jack Ruby on November 20th, two days before the assassination. Also on Nobember 20th two cops noticed several men aiming rifles over the fence. They made it over to the fence, but by the time they got there, the men had fled in a car. This was reported to the FBI, who issued a report of it on Nov 26, which was never Mentioned by Warren Commission. The report disappeared until 1978 when it resurfaced thanks to a FOIA request.
Interpen
Interpen - Interpen was a CIA financed militia created by Gerry Hemming, responsible for the organization of training camps for anti-Castro Cuban Exiles and other mercenaries for carrying out raids in Cuba. A man resembling Hemming can be seen here in Dealey Plaza. He was also a consultant for Oliver Stone's JFK film.
An FBI memo documents the sighting of a man walking up Akard Street carrying a rifle, described as tall, muscular, having a dirty blonde crew cut and wearing a business suit. At the bottom of the document, someone had written "HEMMINGS?" When interviewed, Hemming failed to categorically deny that this was him. Hemming claimed in an interview to having been approach directly on numerous occasions with offers of money to assassinate Kennedy.
William Seymour and Loren Hall arrested for bottle of speed pills in a truck full of weapons. deleted from the Dallas police records.
Alibi - Loran Hall testified to the HSCO with immunity, claiming to have been in LA at the time of the assassination, working at IPCO hospital supply with a man named Robert Hudson, although IPCO would employ Hall a few weeks after the assassination, and Robert Hudson would later recant his statement backing Hall's alibi. Loran Hall testified to the HSCA that he was offered a $50,000 contract to kill JFK at a meeting he had in Dallas by a guy named “Jack” in September of 1963. Of course he stated he declined it. Hall also in contact with Gerry Patrick Hemming near the time of the assassination. Gerry said Hall stole rifles from him, including a Johnson 30.06. More on that later.
David Ferrie's attorney, G. Wray Gill, recalled seeing a heavy-set Cuban man come to visit him from time to time, describing him as rough looking and pock-marked.
In January of 1961, Lee Harvey Oswald is seen at the Bolton Ford dealership with a heavy set pock marked Latin with a scar over his left eye.
In September of 63, Oswald is seen at the Havana bar in New Orleans with a stocky Latin man who ordered tequila, while Oswald ordered lemonade. The timing of this event coincides with the travels of Howard and Seymour between Dallas, New Orleans and Miami.
Also in September, Oswald visits Silvia Odio with two men referred to as Cubans. At the time of these events, Oswald is meant to be in New Orleans. Lawrence Howard on the other hand admitted to Garrison to travelling to Dallas with Loran Hall, arriving on September 20th. What's more, Loran Hall admitted when asked by the FBI to having visited Odio's apartment with Howard and Seymour. Hall would later try desperately to recant this statement.
In November of 63 is seen at the Carousel Club with a 200 pound dark complected man with, again, bumps on his face and a scar on his left eyebrow.
Walker shooting - Before Nov. 22, there was alleged assassination attempt of general walker by Lee Harvey Oswald.
According to 14 year-old Walter Kirk Coleman, the man he saw was accompanied by a 200 pound man, who sped off in a Chevy.
Security agent Max Claunch reported seeing a suspicious vehicle drive by Walker's house several times. Like Coleman, he described this car as a Chevy, driven by a dark complected man. Before the shooting, associate Robert Surrey reported seeing two men in a Ford looking in the window at the general's home.
Jules Ricco Kimble was interviewed by Jim Garrison, due to his alleged connection to David Ferrie. Aside from being a Klansman, Kimble had self admittedly described himself as a Fink for the feds. In discussing the Walker shooting, when pressed about Oswald's alleged involvement, Kimble stated: "I don't believe it- I think Howard took a shot... he was in Dallas with all those other crumbs." When Garrison mentioned that Oswald was seen with an accomplice, Kimble responded: "like Billy Seymour and Howard who was always hauling his Mexican carcass around trying to pull some kind of caper"
Thomas Beckham was a CIA contract agent, who delivered a package from New Orleans to Lawrence Howard. In his testimony before the grand jury in the Clay Shaw trial, he claimed to have never met Oswald, but when he testified before the HSCA, he claimed that they were good friends. Beckham was deposed by the HSCA and offered tentative immunity for his testimony. Beckham was photographed in Dallas on November 22nd at love field, walking a few feet away from Kennedy's limo. Beckham told of a meeting in Algiers Louisiana, involving Sergio Arcacha-Smith, G. Wray Gill, the Marcello brothers and some unnamed Cubans, in which the assassination of the president was discussed. After the meetings, Beckham was instructed by David Ferrie to visit the office of G. Wray Gill, who provided him with several photographs and documents including sketches of buildings and a street. He also talked about his handler Lee Crisman, who helped him move around, always one step away from investigators who were looking to interview him or serve him papers.
Beckham was flown to Dallas where he was told to meet with a "Mr. Howard". Upon looking at the maps, Howard was reportedly displeased with how little he was given to work with.
Witnesses to Seymour and Howard - At 1:50 Philip Hathaway saw a white man with a dirty blonde crew cut carrying a rifle in a gun case while walking up Akard St, possibly Hemming.
A man resembling Seymour can be seen in the Robert Hughes film, receiving a signal from a man in a long grey coat.
At 12:15 PM Arnold Rowland and his wife see two men with high powered rifles in the sixth floor of the school book depository, one of which is described as dark complected, with a face which was wrinkled or marked in some way.
These men are also seen by Ruby Henderson who describes one of them as seeming Mexican.
A dark complected man on the 6th floor is also described by inmate John Powell from the county jail.
Carolyn Walthers also sees two men with a rifle on what she had believed to have been the fifth floor as the description of the men matches the known appearance of the shooters on the sixth floor.
Richard Randolph Carr was working on the seventh floor of the newly constructed courthouse, located at the corner of Houston and Commerce. He told the FBI he saw a man in a light hat with a rifle on the 5th floor, then later saw him going down Houston St. to the corner of commerce. Carr would survive two separate murder attempts wherein he would kill one of his attackers.
Tom Dillard photographer on the motorcade also sees men on the 6th floor.
Police Report - At 12:45 a police report goes out describing a white male with what is believed to be a 30 caliber rifle.
Witnesses to Loran Hall and Howard - Dallas Sherriff Roger Craig recalled a white man in his 20s running down the Grassy Knoll, before being picked up by a Latin man coming down Elm street in a light green Rambler. Roger Craig later identified this man from a picture shown to him by Jim Garrison. Garrison said he did not know who he was, other than that he had been arrested immediately after the assassination, but was let go because he didn’t speak English.
This account is corroborated by Richard Carr, who testified at the trial of Clay Shaw, to having seen three men, including a Latin, exit the rear door of the school book depository, with two of them fleeing in a station wagon. He would later see one of the men walking in a hurry, looking over the corner of his shoulder as if he was being followed, before fleeing in a light colored Nash Rambler.
Roger Craig stated that the car was green, but the warren commission changed it to blue, probably because both Marvin Robinson and Roy Cooper also reported seeing a green Rambler pick up a white man from the grassy knoll outside the Book Depository
Researcher John Armstrong uncovered that both Clay Shaw and Lawrence Howard owned light colored Nash Ramblers.
Howard and Seymour fly to New Mexico - Airforce sergeant Rebert Vincent was placed on a plane from Washington to his unit in Colorado. On the place, the pilot and co pilot didn’t talk to him, and there was no crew chief on board, and the tail designation didn’t have a normal air force insignia. After the announcement of Kennedy’s death, the plane changed course for Dallas. While on the ground the plane picked up two men, then flew to a new Mexico base on full alert. Over the next few months, Vincent was transferred to a new squadron, his background checked meticulously. His new assignment was a CIA unit, meaning he and his wife were sworn to secrecy. The markings on the planes tail were later discovered to indicate the plane belonged to the CIA. He described these men as being a heavy set Hispanic and a slim white man who looked just like Oswald.
Oswald
What a lot of people don't know about Oswald is that he was actually a world class athlete with mutant abilities. After getting dropped off at his house, Speedin Lee ran an incredible 8 miles in just 16 minutes to shoot officer Tippit at Tenth and Patton. He did this with the help of a shorter fatter Oswald in a blue coat, via his duplication ability. After killing Tippit, Oswald made his way to the Texas theatre to watch a movie. Theatre manager Butch Burroughs stated that Oswald entered around 1:00 and 1:17 PM, although Tippit was shot at 1:16, plus Tippit's body arrived at the hospital at 1:15 PM. This may be explained by a potential break in the space time continuum. According to witnesses, Oswald also used duplication to produce a pock marked Mexican in the School Book Depository, and an Oswald with heavy eyebrows behind the picket fence, before zipping down five flights of stairs in 90 seconds to get a coke.
Paraffin Test - Bullshit aside, Oswald passed a paraffin test, determining he had no gunpowder residue on his hands, but I guess that didn't matter by the time they had their patsy.
Jacket - Buell Frazier, who drove Oswald into Dealey Plaza, testified that Oswald wore a gray, wool flannel jacket the morning of the assassination, however officer Marion Baker stopped Oswald supposedly only 90 seconds after the shooting in the second floor lunchroom and described Oswald wearing a brown jacket. This brown Jacket was not owned by Oswald as concluded by Marina Oswald’s testimony, eye witness testimony and the jacket found by officers at a parking lot after the Tippet shooting. Oswald allegedly took a cab to his house to get his jacket, but William Whaley, the driver stated that Oswald already had one on, and that it was brown, and unlike the jacket in evidence, had a silver stripe. An alleged blue jacket was found in the “domino” room of the Depository late in November, which is not possible unless there is a double that messed up in setting up Oswald.
If Oswald wasn't Kennedy's assassin, then who the hell was he?
False defection Program
The official story is that Oswald was a communist who defected to the Soviet Union, however it's more likely that he was part of a false defection program to get a spy into the USSR, which may have something to do with the consistent evidence that Oswald was in fact two different people. That's a story for another time.
If he was a spook, then his defection in 59 would align with the activation of AEBALCONY, which was a CIA project to send Baltic Language speaking US spies to Soviet controlled countries under the guise of commercial travel.
Oswald had left the marines on what is called a dependency discharge, meaning he was allowed to exit his military service in order to care for his injured mother, although there is no evidence that marguerite was ever in need of care, as Oswald spent a mere three days with her before ditching for Europe. Oswald allegedly left to attend the Albert Schweitzer college in Switzerland, instead heading to Finland to to obtain a Soviet visa. Despite not having much of a school record, Oswald had been accepted at Albert Schweitzer, which gave credibility to his story. The college president of the school was Percival Brundage, who was also Eisenhauer's budget director, and an advocate of black budget financing for intelligence operations. He was also an operator of Southern Air Transport, which was the CIA's airline in the Caribbean during the 60s.
Oswald put on his application for the Leslie welding company that he had worked for the state department in Moscow. For some reason, the Office of Naval Intelligence pulled Oswald's security file 8 days before the assassination for unknown reasons, and before hand Reuben Ephron had been routinely checking his mail under the direction of James Angleton.
Theatre - Burroughs told Jim Douglas that on the day of the assassination he saw not one but two Oswalds being arrested, one being dragged out the front of the theatre, and one about four minutes later being led out the back. Oswald was arrested on the lower floor of the theatre, however the police report of L.D. Stringfellow details Oswald's arrest from the balcony. Bernard Haire owned Bernie's Hobby House, doors down from the theater. He recalled an Oswald wearing dark slacks being escorted without cuffs through the Alleyway behind his shop and the theatre.
Oswald ONI - While in custody Oswald asked to make a phone call to a John Hurt in north Carolina, which was written down by a secretary. When Oswald got on the phone, the secret service intervened, and the excuse was made that they couldn't get through. Another secretary picked up the note from the trash, turning over to the police several years later, discovering that John Hurt was a former military intelligence officer. He lived about 150 miles away from the Nags Head base on the outer banks in north Carolina. Nags Head was the base from which the ONI launched its false defector program into the Soviet Union.
With all this considers, it only naturally follows that there were plenty of spooks in Oswald's family
Mafia in Oswald's family
Oswald had an uncle called Charles “Dutz” Murret who was a bookeeper for Carlos Marcello. Dutz took a role of raising Oswald as a father figure since Oswald’s father died before he was born. He was also an associate of Sam Saia, one of the leaders of organized crime in New Orleans. Another of Murret’s associates, Nofio Pecora, was linked to Jack Ruby. An FBI informant named Joseph Hauser got Marcello to admit to having known both Murret and Oswald. There are also some FBI reports on Eugene Sumner who saw Oswald at a Marcello underbosses restaurant collecting money.
Oswald framed as a Communist
As you can see, the repurposing of one unwitting spook is all it takes to cover for why we lost the only non Kosher president. Still, there are plenty of plot holes throughout Oswald's set up as a communist.
Oswald's trip to Mexico - Before defecting, he allegedly travelled to Mexico to pick up a Soviet Visa. The bus which took Oswald to Mexico city is left from New Orleans on September the 35th at 1:45. His Visa is stamped entering the country on September 26th, however, according to an FBI informant at the postal service, on September 26th, Oswald was in New Orleans submitting a change of address form and an application for a new P.O. box. This document was never mentioned in the Warren commission. Oswald's arrival in Mexico City is backed up by his registry at the Hotel del Comercio dated on the 27th. The same day Oswald is meant to have applied for his travel visa to Mexico City, September 17, two other individuals had also applied for travel to Mexico out of the same New Orleans office. They are David Pearce Magyar, an associate of David Ferrie, and William Gaudet, who worked for the international Trade Mart, run by Clay Shaw, and admitted to investigators to being a contract agent for the CIA in Latin America. Gaudet had worked for Nelson Rockefeller while head of the office of Latin American Affairs His Magazine, Latin American Report, had published articles favorable to United Fruit Company and their activities in South America. Gaudet is also the man responsible for Oswald's TV interview. Having seen Oswald handing out leaflets, he phoned an associate, Jesse Core, who was head of PR at the International Trade Mart. Core phoned another associate, John Corporon, the news director at WDSU-TV, who sent a news crew to Oswald's location in front of the Trade Mart. It is during this interview, Oswald will proclaim himself as a Marxist-Leninist.
According to the Warren Commission, Oswald applied for a six month Mexican visa, but received a 15 day visa, which requires a completely different application. The visa itself presented by the Warren Commission itself can't be authentic, as revealed by the clerk at the Mexican consulate, who was interviewed by one of Garrison's investigators. She was certain that the FBI never collected it as evidence, as it had been lost in a fire in 1965.
Oswald's conversation with the Soviet Embassy was recorded on October 1st. According to the transcript, Oswald can be observed to speak in broken Russian, which is inconsistent with what we know of Oswald as a fluent Russian speaker.
There was significant controversy over the existence and handling of audio tapes that purportedly captured “Oswald” making phone calls to the Soviet embassy. FBI agents who listened to these tapes after the assassination concluded that the voice was not Oswald’s.
These are the alleged photos taken by the FBI of Oswald at the Mexican and Cuban Embassy:
FPCC - Other than his defection to the Soviet Union, allegations that he was a Communist relied mainly on his affiliation with the fair play for Cuba committee, which he was filmed handing out leaflets for in New Orleans. On the leaflets which Oswald had been handing out was the address 544 Camp Street, New Orleans. This was also the office of Carlos Bringuier, who Oswald supposedly got into a fight with, then debated on the WDSU. Around the corner from 544 Camp Street, located in the same building, was 531 Lafayette Street, which housed the detective agency run by Guy Banister. Guy Banister was an ex FBI agent, who ran a private detective agency in New Orleans. In 1963 Banister and David Ferrie began working for the Lawyer G. Wray Gill and his client, Carlos Marcello. This involved attempts to block Marcello's deportation to Guatemala by RFK.
In 1963, Banister and Jack Martin went drinking together. On their return to Banister's office the two men got into an argument over a missing file, leading to Banister pistol whipping Martin with a magnum revolver, sending him to the hospital. Over the next few days Martin told friends that Banister and David Ferrie had been involved in the assassination of Kennedy. According to Martin, Ferrie was the getaway man whose job it was to fly the assassin out of Texas. He also claimed that Ferrie knew Lee Harvey Oswald from their days in the New Orleans Civil Air Patrol and had given him lessons on how to use a rifle with a telescopic sight. This information eventually reached Jim Garrison, who interviewed Martin about these accusations. Martin claimed that during the summer of 1963 Banister and David Ferrie were involved in something very sinister with a group of Cuban exiles. Delphine Roberts, who later became Banister's mistress told Anthony Summers that during the summer of 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald worked for Banister. She said she was in the office when Banister suggested that Oswald should establish a local Fair Play for Cuba Committee. This story was supported by her daughter who met Oswald during this period. After Banister's death of coronary thrombosis in 1964. FPCC leaflets were found in his office.
The FPCC was formed in 1960, before Castro had embraced communism. The Wikipedia page for the FPCC omits this, and any mention of a founder, however putting the link in the Wayback Machine reveals that at a time, it had credited Vincent T. Lee as having formed the group. This however is also false. The group was really founded by Robert Taber and Richard Gibson, two CBS journalists. With CBS itself as a creature of the CIA under Operation Mockingbird aside, Richard Gibson was revealed in a record dump to have worked for the CIA, with a salary of 900 per month. When Castro went red in 61, it was then Tabor and Gibson handed the FPCC off to Vincent T. Lee. Shortly after, the two were interviewed by the CIA and FBI.
In 1976 an article was published, claiming that Oswald was in correspondence with Vincent Lee, who allegedly gave him a FPCC membership card. It also claimed that Vincent and Oswald had met in Tampa to plan his trip to Mexico to acquire a Cuban and Soviet Visa, however, this meeting took place long after Oswald's alleged trip to Mexico. Oswald allegedly wrote a latter to Vincent, dated August 1st, talking about how some exiled Cubans attacked one of his demonstrations. This incident didn't take place till august ninth. Vincent Lee himself denied to the WC that he had known Oswald, or that he had made him chapter of a new Orleans branch of the FPCC, but did recall receiving the letters to his own confusion.
In June 1961 FBI director J. Edgar Hoover approved “establishing counterintelligence programs in Cuban field in an attempt to disillusion current members of such pro-Castro groups as July 26 Movement and Fair Play for Cuba Committee”. Among these suggestions was a plot to get leaders arrested by luring them with prostitutes.
CIA interest in the FPCC was also documented by the Church Committee in 1975. It uncovered a memo dated to 16 September 1963 which stated that the CIA is “giving some thought to planting deceptive information which might embarrass the Committee in areas where it does have some support”.
Impersonations
Jones Printing - Garrison investigator, Harold Weisberg visited the Jones Printing, where the FPCC leaflets had originated. The name on the order for the leaflets was Leon Osborne. After showing the owner, Douglas Jones hundreds of photographs, Jones picked out four photographs identifying the man who had made the order. Jones rejected a picture of Oswald, instead identifying a man with a full beard. This was Kerry Thornley, a marine who had served briefly with Oswald in Atsugi.
Jim Garrison knew about Kerry Thornley, placing him on the front page of his file, although this didn't make it into the movie. Garrison's Thornley file contains a small note which says, "Officer J.D. Tippit," which suggests he may have been the second shooter along with Ferrie. In 1959, Thornley had served for a short time in the same radar operator unit as Oswald at El Toro, where the two would discuss politics. He was in the classes in the weeks behind Oswald which went through the exact same schedule. Fellow Marine, Ronald Schwinghammer, observed someone called Rick Thornley, claiming to be a professional writer, enquiring about Oswald's unit and interviewing him for a book he was writing called The Idle Warriors, the only book about Oswald, written before the assassination. Schwinghammer puts in Atsugi in 1960, however according to Thornley, he didn't out about Oswald's defection until he was on his way home from Atsugi in October that year. In his affidavit to Jim Garrison: Thornley writes: "As Oswald had been, I became an outspoken critic of U.S. foreign policy and of the Marine Corps in particular. As Oswald had done, I began to disobey orders and ridicule my military superiors. And as had Oswald, I began espousing Marxist doctrines." If all this sounds weird, it's because Thornley would go on to become a leading figure in the Discordian movement, under the alias Omar Khayyam Ravenhurst. The point of Discordianism is to instigate chaos, regardless of any consistent value.
Kerry Thornley was sent back to the states from Atsugi, allegedly because he won an instructor technique course competition, moving to New Orleans in February of 1961, which coincides with the start of a long series of Oswald impersonations, many of which occurred while Oswald was provably in the Soviet Union. This starts with the incident at Bolton Ford, with Lawrence Howard, who Thornley mentions as Leopoldo in his confession latter to Jim Garrison. Leopaldo was also the names used by Howard while visiting Silvia Odio.
Thornley in fact Knew Oswald in Texas, after his time in the marines. Barbera Glancy Reid encountered Thornley and Oswald together, remarking to Jim Garrison that after Thornley's trip to Mexico city, he had cut his hair short, causing the two to look like twins. Oswald's neighbors responded positively to pictures of Thornley, some stating that they had seen him going to the grocery store with Marina so often that they thought he was her husband, and were confused by Oswald's picture in the papers. According to Gus Beeler, assistant manager of the Bourbon House, frequented by Kerry Thornley, after Thornley split up with his girlfriend, Jeane Hack, she would go around telling anyone who would listen to her, that he was friends with Lee Harvey Oswald.
In his affidavit to Garrison, Thornley admitted to having traveled to Mexico City in September of 63, the same time Oswald was meant to be in Mexico.
Thornley implied to Garrison, that it seemed odd to him that the ONI could find no references to Oswald or him in its files, and that in his opinion they must have been either stolen, displaced or destroyed. Thornley also implied that "if" naval intelligence "were" keeping an eye on him, and "if" they had assigned him a "babysitter," then that man must have been "Bud Simcoe". There are multiple Bud Simcoe's locatable on google, all of which have military backgrounds, however which match the timeline at hand. Thornley also identifies a John Valentine as a potential handler, most likely the handler of bud Simcoe.
Thornley claimed in his affidavit to having befriended a man named Rodrick R. Brooks, aka Slim. Slim, in turn, introduced Thornley to someone called Gary Kirstein. Thornley would later state his belief that these two men were in fact, Jerry Milton Brooks and E Howard Hunt. Thornley hired a young lady named Joyce Talley to type up his book. She allegedly liked it so much, that she introduced him to her college professot, Martin McAuliffe. McAuliffe had been the PR manager for Sergio Arcacha-Smith when he worked for FDC. Thornley states that, having gotten to know him, McAuliffe introduced him to Guy Banister to talk about his book, at which point, Garrison writes in the column of the affidavit, "TOO MUCH!!" and "(After Banister's death FPCC leaflets found in his office. Oswald (Ferrie) are seen in vicinity of Banister's office by more than one witness.)" He also states that on a day shortly after Christmas, Slim Brooks took him for a ride around town in what was alleged to have been Carlos Marcello's car, implying that he knew the Marcello's, and that Gary Kirstein had been cultivating the friendship. According to Thornley, the two would repeatedly engage him in hypotheticals about assassinating the president, and how he would go about planning it. In one conversation, the issue erose of who to blame it on. Thornley suggested framing a communist, to which Gary smiled.
Now let's get into some of the numerous other Oswald sightings, leading up to the assassination.
Carousel Club - Harvey Wade was a businessman who visited the Carousel club. There, he observed who he believed to be Oswald in the company of two other men, one was a dark complected man, about 200 pounds with bumps on his face, and a scar on his left eyebrow.
Larry Craford - After his return from Mexico, Oswald visits an employment center in Dallas, where he meets with a woman called Laura Kittrell. Kittrell describes Oswald as a biker type with violent tendencies, who at one point slammed his fist on the desk so hard it caused a vase to tip over, before storming out yelling obscenities. Kittrell will later go on to identify this man to Jim Garrison as Larry Crafard, a drifter who worked for Jack Ruby at the Carousel Club. Bill Boxley, one of Garrison's investigators, described Crafard's testimony as "textbook quality for any intelligence service's course in resistance to interrogation.'"
Havana Bar sighting - Oswald was seen in September of 63 at the Havana bar in New Orleans with a stocky Latin man, (Lawrence Howard) who ordered tequila, while Oswald ordered lemonade. The timing of this event coincides with the travels of Howard and Seymour between Dallas, LA, New Orleans and Miami.
Sports Drome - On September 28th, Oswald was allegedly at the sports drome firing range, while the official story places him in Mexico city. The gun used by Oswald at the range was described to be an Argentine Mauser model 1891. Garland Slack had observed Oswald at the range on the 10th, the same day Oswald was seen at the Carousel Club. Oswald was observed being passed three rifles through the fence of the firing range, as apposed to the entrance, by a large man with a beard.
Waddell Robertson - Waddell Robertson lived near Oswald's home in Ft Worth Texas. He told the FBI, that in December of 63 he witness who he believed to have been Oswald firing at targets from his back yard, however, at the time of this account, Oswald would have been in New Orleans, moving back to Texas on October 3rd.
Job Interview - Oswald reportedly arrived at a job interview at the KOPY radio station, in a grey beat up 1952-3 model car, although there is no evidence that Oswald had ever owned or driven a car. Witnesses to this meeting would describe Oswald as having several days of unshaved stubble. According to Perry Russo, the man he had known as Leon had sheved his beard some time in September, leaving only stubble.
Clinton Voter Registration - Oswald also tried getting a job at the Louisiana State Hospital, the same hospital which Jack Martin had been admitted to for extreme exposure to LSD; the same hospital which Rose Cherami would be admitted to, and the same hospital where Oswald's mad aunt, Pearl Claverie had been sent. Oswald talked to Reeves Morgan, the state representative from East Feliciana Parish, who told him he would only be obliged to recommend him if he registered in his parish and was on the voting rolls. If was for this reason that Oswald was potted at the Clinton Voter Registration in a grey Plymouth with David Ferrie and Clay Shaw. Anne Hundley Dischler was an investigator who briefly worked on Jim Garrison's probe. She partnered with Lt. Francis Fruge and conducted fieldwork in Clinton, Louisiana, where they interviewed witnesses and gathered evidence. Dischler and Fruge discovered that Oswald’s name had been erased from a voter registration book, but the letters were still faintly visible. However, when they returned to obtain a copy, the page was missing.
Landlord - Alvene Magee was a landlord who met with with Oswald about renting a room. She recalled Oswald arriving in a light colored station wagon. When he got out of the car, he proceeded to tell her his life story, how he spent three years in Russia, how he was a Marxist, then explained to her what a Marxist is. He also asked if she had good locks on the apartment to house his collection of guns, even mentioning that once had a telescopic sight. As Oswald left, he made a passing comment, "I hear Kennedy's going to make a tour down the Southern states."
Other means of his set up
Oswald's Rifle - The rifle Oswald allegedly was a 6.5 Carcano, which was linked to him per a money order and a photograph of him holding it with communist propaganda in the other hand. This photograph has been scrutinized for irregularities from Oswald's unnatural posture to the shading on his face. Stephen Jaffe, a photographic analyst for Jim Garrison, believed that a single shot of Oswald's head had been superimposed onto the incriminating picture in question, which can be gleaned from overlapping the two. The photograph itself taken by Marina Oswald, and posted by Kerry Thornley. Marina was threatened by FBI and their interpreter, Leon Gopadze threatening to deport with deportation back to if she did not “comply”. Jack Crichton, a Dallas oilman and former Army Intelligence officer, played a role in handling Marina, arranging for Ilya Mamantov, a Russian-speaking anti-Communist activist, to serve as Marina’s interpreter during her initial questioning by Dallas authorities.
As for the money order, Oswald's was printed on paper, as the ink had bled through to the other side, whereas in 1963, all US postal money orders were printed on hard card stock. The edges are frayed when they should rigid, and it lacks the proper banking stamps on the side. What's more, the Money order was purchased on March 12, 1963, but according to the WC, was deposited into Klein's bank account February 15, a month before the money order was purchased.
This discredits both CIA associate, George de Mohrenschildt and the Paine's as witnesses, who claimed to have seen Oswald with the rifle. George de Mohrenschildt was Oswald's only friend in Dallas. He would later confess in a Newsweek article that Oswald was introduced to him at the instigation of a CIA agent. Shortly after giving this interview, De Mohrenschildt would found dead from a gun shot to the head. Although ruled a suicide, the Sheriff's report mentions that in his last month he had expressed feelings of persecution from unspecified Jewish elements.
Former police sniper Brian Edwards pointed out that the Carcano that Oswald allegedly ordered was not the same version allegedly in his possession. Also, he could have ordered more ammo and a 6 shot magazine, yet he did not, which doesn't explain where he got the rest of the ammunition from. Without that magazine, he would have to have loaded the bullets manually! We know he had a clip, because it can be seen in a picture with Lt. Day.
If Oswald fired 3, but 4 bullets were found, where is the rest of the 46 bullets that were sold together? In the investigation, the FBI states it was unable to determine where or when Oswald got the ammunition. Postal Inspector Harry Holmes, could not find any postal employee who remembered giving such a package to Oswald. Additionally, Oswald ordered the rifle under the debunked alias of “Alek Hidell” and had it shipped to his Dallas post office box. However, his application for the box did not list “Alek. Hidell” as an authorized recipient. Ok, Well where is the clip that is shown by Lieutenant Day? That’s for automatic fire, well where did Oswald order that from? The investigators don’t know.
Oswald's Revolver - Oswald allegedly used a revolver to kill Officer J.D. Tippit during his escape from Dealy Plaza. Oswald's revolver was allegedly picked up on March 20th, however the receipt for the pick up was signed by someone called "Paxton." The only thing linking the gun to Oswald is the notice for in-person pickup said to have been delivered Oswald's mailbox in Dallas, yet there is no evidence of this notice's existence, as no one has been able to produce a copy of it.
After spending a week at 621 N. Marsalis, Oswald allegedly rents a room from Gladys Johnson at 1026 N. Beckley in Oak Cliff. House keeper, Erlene Roberts put Oswald at Beckley from October 14th, through to November 22, However Ruth Paine Puts Oswald at her residence in Irving, Texas throughout that time. Erlene Roberts had a sister called Bertha Cheek, a businesswoman involved mainly with housing and real-estate, who had previously been involved in the nightclub business. During this time, she had become a friend and associate of Jack Ruby, and had even spent several hours with him at the Carousel Club.
Oswald's ID - The DoD id found on Oswald during his arrest is a fake. Its expiration date is a day off from the expiration date of the one issued to him when he left the marines. The photo on it was taken in Minsk, even though the ID was issued to him in September of 59, before he went to Minsk. The signature does not match his. The number 4271617 is the actual number of Oswald's legitimate card, so whoever faked the card must have known the real one.
Evidence Tampering - The Dallas police collected around 230 pieces of evidence from Lee Harvey's place. On November 23rd the FBI came and confiscated all of it, returning them to the Dallas police with an additional 220 items, including manufactured 10 year old tax documents and employment cards. Researcher, John Armstrong found that these Tax documents had all had been typed on the same typewriter.
Ruby
Ruby's truck - around 11:00 am, Julia Ann Mercer was stuck in traffic on Elm Street behind a green pickup truck driven by a man she later identified as Jack Ruby. She observed a younger man retrieve a rifle case from the pickup bed, then walk over to the grassy knoll. The truck was also seen by officers Brown and Murphy. Officer Stringer investigated it with the motor running, north of the alley behind the Texas Theatre.
Ruby in the Theatre - George Applin was in the the theater when Oswald was arrested. He told reporter Earl Golz that at the time Oswald was being apprehended, a man sat down in front of him and to watch the struggle between Oswald and the police. He tapped this man on the shoulder, advising him to move because Oswald's gun was waving around. To this the man looked at him and looked back at the scene unfolding. After Oswald’s death, Applin would later identify this man as having been Jack Ruby.
The Call - At 2:37 PM, just after Oswald's arrest, Ruby made a call to Al Gruber. Al Gruber was the right hand man of West Coast Jewish gangster, Mickey Cohen. Jack Ruby had bragged about his relationship with Mickey Cohen, and was banging his girlfriend, Candy Barr. You know who else was banging Candy Barr, future Israeli Prime Minister, Menachem Begin, leader of Irgun, and a specialist of false flag terrorism.
Begin and Shamir were in LA three weeks before the assassination, meeting with Al Gruber, who Ruby called before killing Oswald. Gruber also met with Jack Ruby in Dallas three weeks before the assassination. Mickey Cohen's memoirs reveal that he smuggled weapons to Irgun and was in contact with Menachem Begin. He wrote: "Now I got so engrossed with Israel that I actually pushed aside a lot of my activities and done nothing but what was involved with the Irgun war."
Former detective, Gary Wean, observed a meeting between Ruby's lawyer, Melvin Beli, Menachem Begin, Yitzakh Shamir and Mickey Cohen at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel three weeks before the assassination.
Gruber also met with Jack Ruby in Dallas, three weeks before the assassination, right after meeting with Begin and Shamir.
Ruby with Yitzakh Rhabin - As we know, the head of the IDF’s Operations Directorate and future Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzakh Rhabin was in Dallas on the day of the assassination. At midnight on the same day, Jack Ruby can be seen with a similar looking man while pretending to be a Yiddish translator for Israeli news at the DA’s press conference.
Sam Bloom, who owned the Dal-Tex building, and had invited Kennedy to Dallas, would suggest that the police make Oswald accessible to the press. He also suggested, against the explicit advice of the local FBI, that they move the alleged assassin from the Dallas police station to the Dallas county jail, in order to give the news men a good story and pictures. It was during this transfer that Oswald was shot by Ruby.
Karen Carlin - According to secret service agent Roger Warner, Karen Carlin: “...was extremely agitated and reluctant to make any statement to him… She stated that she was under the impression that Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby and other individuals unknown to her, were involved in a plot to assassinate President Kennedy and that she would be killed if she gave any information to the authorities…. She twisted in her chair, stammered in her speech, and seemed on the point of hysteria.” She got a $25 dollar money order sent to her by Jack Ruby on the morning Ruby shoots Oswald. This was Ruby’s alibi for being on his way to the Western Union office in downtown Dallas to wire the money. But the following Monday was payday for Carlin. She said she was not pressed about paying this money to her landlord. So since this is an obvious string of lies we know that this was Ruby’s alibi and excuse to place him to shoot Oswald and cover up for any co-conspirators that were involved.
Johnny Roselli - Offered information on the death of JFK for lighter sentence; found chopped up in an oil drum floating off the coast of Miami.
Rose Cheremie - Predicted the assassination; found dead by a highway near Big Sandy
David Ferrie - Questioned by Jim Garrison and detained for further questioning by the FBI. Found dead of an aneurism with two typed and unsigned suicide notes.
Eladio del Valle - Partook in bombing missions against Cuba with David Ferrie; later tortured, shot and hacked up with machetes.
David Morales - Black Ops specialist; called to testify before the HSCA; died of a heart attack a week prior.
George de Mohrenschild - Admitted to being introduced to Oswald at the instigation of the CIA; found dead by a gunshot to the head.
Dorothy Kilgalan - Journalist who was about to publish and article based on the full statements of Jack Ruby; found dead from an overdose of barbiturates and alcohol.
Edward Benavides - Brother of Tippit murder witness, Domingo Benavides; heavily resembled his brother, and was shot in the back of the head in a club in Dallas.
William C. Sullivan - ran the COINTELPRO program under J Edgar Hoover; Shot dead before going to testify to the HSCA.
Roger Craig - Dallas police Sherriff who witnessed the shooters exit the book depository, and claimed Oswald worked for the FBI; threatened, survived a car bombing, a car crash got shot in the shoulder, then a month later was suicided from a 0.22 Caliber bullet to the chest.
Altered Statements and Intimidation
Now here are some witnesses who were either silenced or threatened.
Richard Carr - Witness to a man with a rifle on the fifth floor of the TSBD. Carr would survive two separate murder attempts wherein he would kill one of his attackers.
Julia Ann Mercer - Witnessed Jack Ruby dropping off guns near the grassy knoll; statement altered by the FBI.
Jean Hill - Observed six shots from the picket fence; statement also altered; intimidated by Arlen Specter and abused by the FBI; later received death threats.
Joe Molina - Witness who was intimidated by authorities and lost his job soon after the assassination.
Ed Hoffman - Spotted the shooter from behind the picket fence; told by an FBI agent, he might get killed if he revealed what he observed.
Warren Reynolds - Survived a shot in the had two days after talking to the FBI; later testified that someone attempted to kidnap his 10-year-old daughter.
Aquilla Clemons - Witness to Tippit's assailants; visited by a man two days after the assassination, telling her it would be best if she didn't say anything, because she might get hurt.
Mary Moorman - Photographed a man behind the picket fence during the shooting; was invited to provide testimony to the commission, but asked for a postponement after injuring her ankle, and was not contacted again.
Marita Lorenz - Testified as a witness to a potential hit team on the day of the assassination; was almost killed by Frank Sturgis for doing so.
Other intimidated witnesses include Sandy Speaker, and A. J. Millican.
Abraham Bolden - Abraham Bolden was the first black secret service agent, serving under Kennedy. In 1964, Bolden was sentenced to six years in prison for accepting a bribe in relation to a counterfeiting case he had been investigating, although Bolden always alleged that he had been framed in order to silence him for uncovering a plot to assassinate Kennedy in Chicago. The Warren Commission was in fact aware of a failed assassination attempt in Chicago, intercepted by the Secret Service. This plot involved four snipers and was scheduled for November 2. Arthur Vallee was the man stopped and released that same day.
They were also aware of a plot in Miami, involving a gunman using a high powered rifle from a building! Miami police informant William Somerset caught right wing ativist Joseph Milteer on tape, stating that a president would be assassinated by a sniper in an office or a hotel, bragging about this 2 weeks before Kennedy’s visit to Dallas. The FBI never asked Milteer about where he was on Nov. 22, but he can be seen here in Dealey Plaza in one of Altgens photos.
Contingency
Bugging - During his reinvestigation into the case, New Orleans district attorney, Jim Garrison's office would be bugged by the FBI.
Orville Nix film Cropped - The film presented by Orville Nix in 1972 was intentionally cropped, as to exclude areas footage revealing shooters. Knix's grand-daughter thinks the film has been tampered with and is suing to get the original film back.
FBI Memo - On November 24th 1963, J Edger Hoover wrote, “need something to convince the public that Oswald is the real assassin”. Nicholas Katzenbach wrote back, “The public must be satisfied that Oswald was the assassin; that he had no confederates who are still at large; and that evidence was such that he would have been convicted at trial”.
Memorandum 1035-960 - CIA Memorandum 1035-960 outlined strategies to counter critics of the Warren Commission Report. It is this memo from which the term conspiracy theory would originate. The memo advised pointing out inconsistencies in conspiracy arguments, such as the difficulty of concealing large scale conspiracies in the US. It also encourages media allies to emphasize the thoroughness of the WC.
Phone call - In a phone conversation with Senator Richard Russell, Johnson emphasized the need to dispel theories implicating foreign governments and maintain stability.
Hunt - Journalist Joe Trento revealed in the Sunday News Journal, that in the 70s Angleton leaked a secret memo he had written himself about the presence of CIA agent E. Howard Hunt in Dallas on the day of the assassination. Although Hunt was involved, this steered thought away from Israel and further towards the CIA.
Hunt would go on to attempt to sue spotlight but lost because a judge's instructions given to the Jury were flawed.
Oliver Stone's JFK - Potential knoll shooter, Jack Valenti would refer to Oliver Stone's JFK as a smear, despite the fact that he was behind the scenes with media executives of NBC, Heart corp. and Walt Disney corp. which owns A&E Networks who prepared a program for the history channel that, like Oliver Stone's movie, portrayed Johnson as the Killer of JFK. The film's executive producer and chief financier was Arnon Milchan, who in 2013 was revealed to be an Israeli spy and weapons smuggler, who illegally shipped US nuclear Krytron Triggers to Israel with the help of Benjamin Netanyahu. Consequently, the film centered on the CIA, but made no mention of any Israeli involvement.
HSCA - Robert Tanenbaum, the original deputy chief counsel for the House Select Committee on Assassinations, who helped clarify what was told and not told to the public, quit the committee because he felt they weren't conducting a real search for truth.
John Tunheim who chaired the Assassination Records Review Board in the 1990’s, said that Angleton destroyed key files on initial leads and a CIA report on Oswald.
Trump's JFK Files Release - The documents released by Trump are only those brought before the review board of the HSCA in 1976. One of those documents states: "the CIA has no objection to declassification and/or release of information (EXCEPT BRACKETS)" In brackets are "[the Israeli intelligence Service]"
