Altered Statements and Intimidation

Now here are some witnesses who were either silenced or threatened.

Richard Carr - Witness to a man with a rifle on the fifth floor of the TSBD. Carr would survive two separate murder attempts wherein he would kill one of his attackers.

Julia Ann Mercer - Witnessed Jack Ruby dropping off guns near the grassy knoll; statement altered by the FBI.

Jean Hill - Observed six shots from the picket fence; statement also altered; intimidated by Arlen Specter and abused by the FBI; later received death threats.

Joe Molina - Witness who was intimidated by authorities and lost his job soon after the assassination.

Ed Hoffman - Spotted the shooter from behind the picket fence; told by an FBI agent, he might get killed if he revealed what he observed.

Warren Reynolds - Survived a shot in the had two days after talking to the FBI; later testified that someone attempted to kidnap his 10-year-old daughter.  (Crossfire - Jim Marrs)

Aquilla Clemons - Witness to Tippit's assailants; visited by a man two days after the assassination, telling her it would be best if she didn't say anything, because she might get hurt.

Mary Moorman - Photographed a man behind the picket fence during the shooting; was invited to provide testimony to the commission, but asked for a postponement after injuring her ankle, and was not contacted again.

Marita Lorenz - Testified as a witness to a potential hit team on the day of the assassination; was almost killed by Frank Sturgis for doing so.

Other intimidated witnesses include Sandy Speaker, and A. J. Millican.

Abraham Bolden - Abraham Bolden was the first black secret service agent, serving under Kennedy. In 1964, Bolden was sentenced to six years in prison for accepting a bribe in relation to a counterfeiting case he had been investigating, although Bolden always alleged that he had been framed in order to silence him for uncovering a plot to assassinate Kennedy in Chicago. (The Echo from Dealey Plaza - Abraham Bolden) The Warren Commission was in fact aware of a failed assassination attempt in Chicago, intercepted by the Secret Service. This plot involved four snipers and was scheduled for November 2. Arthur Vallee was the man stopped and released that same day. (page 228 last source cited).

They were also aware of a plot in Miami, involving a gunman using a high powered rifle from a building! Miami police informant William Somerset caught right wing ativist Joseph Milteer on tape, stating that a president would be assassinated by a sniper in an office or a hotel, bragging about this 2 weeks before Kennedy’s visit to Dallas. The FBI never asked Milteer about where he was on Nov. 22, but he can be seen here in Dealey Plaza in one of Altgens photos.

Contingency

Bugging - During his reinvestigation into the case, New Orleans district attorney, Jim Garrison's office would be bugged by the FBI

Orville Nix film Cropped - The film presented by Orville Nix in 1972 was intentionally cropped, as to exclude areas footage revealing shooters. Knix's grand-daughter thinks the film has been tampered with and is suing to get the original film back.

FBI Memo - On November 24th 1963, J Edger Hoover wrote, “need something to convince the public that Oswald is the real assassin”Nicholas Katzenbach wrote back, “The public must be satisfied that Oswald was the assassin; that he had no confederates who are still at large; and that evidence was such that he would have been convicted at trial”.

Memorandum 1035-960 - CIA Memorandum 1035-960 outlined strategies to counter critics of the Warren Commission Report. It is this memo from which the term conspiracy theory would originate. The memo advised pointing out inconsistencies in conspiracy arguments, such as the difficulty of concealing large scale conspiracies in the US. It also encourages media allies to emphasize the thoroughness of the WC.

Phone call - In a phone conversation with Senator Richard Russell, Johnson emphasized the need to dispel theories implicating foreign governments and maintain stability.

Hunt - Journalist Joe Trento revealed in the Sunday News Journal, that in the 70s Angleton leaked a secret memo he had written himself about the presence of CIA agent E. Howard Hunt in Dallas on the day of the assassination. (𓃠) Although Hunt was involved, this steered thought away from Israel and further towards the CIA.

Hunt would go on to attempt to sue spotlight but lost because a judge's instructions given to the Jury were flawed.

Oliver Stone's JFK - Potential knoll shooter, Jack Valenti would refer to Oliver Stone's JFK as a smear, despite the fact that he was behind the scenes with media executives of NBC, Heart corp. and Walt Disney corp. which owns A&E Networks who prepared a program for the history channel that, like Oliver Stone's movie, portrayed Johnson as the Killer of JFK. The film's executive producer and chief financier was Arnon Milchan, who in 2013 was revealed to be an Israeli spy and weapons smuggler, who illegally shipped US nuclear Krytron Triggers to Israel with the help of Benjamin Netanyahu. Consequently, the film centered on the CIA, but made no mention of any Israeli involvement.

HSCA - Robert Tanenbaum, the original deputy chief counsel for the House Select Committee on Assassinations, who helped clarify what was told and not told to the public, quit the committee because he felt they weren't conducting a real search for truth.

John Tunheim who chaired the Assassination Records Review Board in the 1990’s, said that Angleton destroyed key files on initial leads and a CIA report on Oswald.

Trump's JFK Files Release - The documents released by Trump are only those brought before the review board of the HSCA in 1976. One of those documents states: "the CIA has no objection to declassification and/or release of information (EXCEPT BRACKETS)" In brackets are "[the Israeli intelligence Service]"

Pompeo - Tucker Carlson aired a segment on Fox News about an anonymous insider, who confirmed evidence of CIA involvement in Kennedy's death. A guy who works for former US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, texted Tucker a day later, telling him that he had just broken federal law, and that whoever had told him that was a felon.
