Right of Return

According to a CBS investigation, more than 60 sex offenders from Jewish communities in the US have fled to the Israel, utilizing their right of return law.

Jimmy Karow - Pedophile, Jimmy Karow, who appeared on Interpol’s 50 most-wanted list, hid in Israel for the last 20 years having fled there after sexually assaulting a nine-year-old girl in Oregon. Since his arrival in Israel, where he is known as Yosef, Karow was convicted in another pedophilia case and even jailed but was never punished for the assault in Oregon.

Mordechai Yomtov - Mordechai Yomtov pleaded guilty in 2002 to abusing three boys before fleeing to Israel. A community group was able to track him down in Jerusalem, where he is living illegally, and spoke to him while recording him with a hidden camera. He remains at large to this day.

Malka Leifer - Malka Leifer was wanted in Australia for no less than 74 counts of sexual assault and rape involving eight of the girls at the ultra-Orthodox school in Melbourne where she was the principal. Leifer was arrested, after fleeing to Israel in 2008 but managed to dodge a trial on the grounds of mental incompetence. Israeli Health Minister Yaakov Litzman is the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation over suspicions that he used his position to help Leifer. Israeli authorities eventually extradited Malka Leifer to Australia nearly 13 years after fleeing Melbourne, after a six-year legal process.

Age of Consent

The age of consent in Israel is 16 for all genders. However, that age of consent can go as low as 14, provided the other sexual partner was no more than three years older and both parties consented.

In the Babylonian Talmud, the Sage Rava explains that for a girl under three years old, her hymen will physically regenerate, so intercourse does not permanently alter her virginity status in Jewish law: "When a grown man has intercourse with a little girl, it is nothing. For when a girl is less than three years old, it is as if one puts a finger into the eye." - Ketubot 11b

In Sanhedrin 54b, the Talmud presents an argument between two different opinions. (Rav and Shmuel) Rav argues that a man can sodomize a boy as long as they are less then 9 years old. Shmuel disagrees, but not for obvious reasons. Instead he diles the number down to 3, arguing that at that age, a child’s sexual acts are not considered full-fledged sexual acts, thus the rapist shouldnt be subject to being punished.

Ruling by the sage Rav Yosef referencing an earlier tractate (Nidda 44b): "A girl who is three years and one day old whose father arranged her betrothal is betrothed with intercourse, as the legal status of intercourse with her is that of full-fledged intercourse." - Sanhedrin 55b

Arie Scher - In 2000 Israeli Vice-consel, Arie Scher, fled Brazil for Israel after a CP video belonging to a Hebrew Language teacher was found to have been filmed in his apartment. Police said the pictures had been published on the internet with the apparent aim of attracting Israeli businessmen to Rio de Janeiro. Some videos depicted children as young as 8 being Rd to death. (𓃠) The case busted open when Steinberg posted a picture of a 17 year-old on the internet which he swore he wouldn't share, and she ended up seeing it. They found caches of CP and in the background of the pictures was the Israeli consulate's pool showing that it had taken place on government property. Scher fled to Israel and Israeli prime minister Ahud Barak did nothing and tried to pass him off to Australia. Barak is on film leaving Epstein's NY mansion followed by a bunch of young girls, and had meetings with Epstein a total off 36 times.

Colombia Rings - In 2018 a child prostitution ring was uncovered, run by Israelis in Columbia. At least 250 underage girls between the ages of 14 and 17 were branded with tattoos and showcased in catalogues. The ring sold tour packages for Israelis with destinations, (𓃠) where minors were forced to attend sex parties on luxury yachts and hotels. (𓃠) The parties were aimed at Israeli businessmen and recently discharged soldiers. Victims of the ring were forced to join a WhatsApp group called “Purim,” presumably named for the drunken celebrations that take place around the Jewish holiday. (𓃠)

Lev Tahor - In 2022 a Jewish cult lead by Israeli dual citizens was discovered to be practicing child marriage in Mexico. Two of its members were arrested for rape and human trafficking.

In 2024 160 children were rescued from a Lev Tahor compound in Guatemala. After the raid, the groups leaders were acquitted due to lack of evidence. Interior Minister Francisco Jimenez said they were allegedly being abused by a member of the sect. (𓃠)

Israeli CP Ring - Jewish crime busted selling 3000 CP videos, some depicting children as young as 2 being R***d to death. One of them, (((Dimitri Ivanov))), has reportedly been in prison since September 1999, charged with violence against minors and the distribution of pornographic material. Tom Alexandrovich - Tom Alexandrovich served as the Director of the Cyber Defence Division at Israel's National Cyber Security Authority (INCD). In 2025, following his arrest in Nevada during a sting operation targeting online child sex predators, Alexandrovich successfully left the United States and avoided immediate detention due to a highly standard loop-hole in Nevada's local bail protocol, combined with communication breakdowns between law enforcement agencies.

Rabbi Nechemya Weberman - In 2011, Brooklyn Rabbi, Nechemya Weberman, was acused of molesting a girl since she was 12.
