Reaction to the Cave of the Patriarchs massacre - After the Cave of the Patriarchs massacre, there was a huge funeral procession for Goldstein and the Israeli army provided a guard of honor at his grave. One of the eulogists, Israel Ariel, said: ''The holy martyr, Baruch Goldstein, is from now on our intercessor in Heaven''. A year after the massacre, the Israeli government issued a permit to Goldstein's admirers to build a large monument at the sight of his grave, now one of the most popular sights in Israel for religious tourism. Yitzchak Ginsburgh - After Baruch Goldstein murdered 29 people and wounded over 100 others, Chabad Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburgh wrote his most infamous work, a pamphlet titled "Baruch Haggiver" or "Blessed is the Heroic Man" that investigates the spiritual and moral virtues of Goldstein's massacre. The title, perhaps not incidentally, also involved Goldstein's own name suggesting that he was the heroic man. "The life of Israel is more important than the life of Goyim," Ginsburg wrote there. If there is a chance, even a slight one, that the Goy will work, even indiscreetly, to harm the life of Israel, then you don't care for the life of the Goy. Moreover, the best Goy is a dead one.
In 1989, 30 of Yitzchak Ginsburgh's students went on a rampage in the village of Kifl HaRez near Nablus, shooting and killing a 13-year-old Palestinian girl. Rabbi Yaacov Perrin - After the Cave of the Patriarchs massacre, at Golstein's funeral, Rabbi Yaacov Perrin infamously claimed: "One million Arabs are not worth a Jewish fingernail."
Menachem Livni - Menachem Livni, who was convicted of murders, headed a terror organization dubbed the Jewish Underground. Oran Hazan - 17-year old Palestinian activist Ahed Tamimi was sentenced to eight months in prison on charges of assault and incitement resulting from a video showing her slapping an Israeli soldier. Nariman Tamimi, Ahed's mother, will also spend eight months in prison on charges of assault and incitement for recording the incident. Oran Hazan, Israeli law maker: ''...if I was there instead of those soldiers I would kick her face. In the end of the day here we make Ahed Tamimi a symbol. In Sanhedrin 54b, the Talmud presents an argument between two different opinions. (Rav and Shmuel) Rav argues that a man can sodomize a boy as long as they are less then 9 years old. Shmuel disagrees, but not for obvious reasons. Instead he diles the number down to 3, arguing that at that age, a child’s sexual acts are not considered full-fledged sexual acts, thus the rapist shouldnt be subject to being punished.
