Fraud - Charles Kushner's corporate financial officer, Marcy Plotkin pleaded guilty to doctoring tax returns for partnerships of Kushner's companies. Kushner had bribed her with bonuses and even paid for her son's tuition. Also investigated was Richard Stadmar, Cheryl Kushner's brother, who was vice president at Kushner's companies.
Blackmail - Charles Kushner gave $1.5 million to then NJ mayor, Jim McGreevy for political influence. He also got a work visa for his Israeli boyfriend, Golan Cipel. McGreevy made Cipel head of Homeland sexurity with a six figure salary a month into becoming Govorner of NJ in 2002, as well as apointing Charles Kushner as chairman of the port authority. (Fun fact, while McGreevy's wife was in at hospital after having given birth, he was drinking Jägermeister in her bed with Cipel.)
Future, New Jersey Governor, Jon Corzine was the CEO of Goldman Sachs and then MF Global, which he ran into bankruptcy after using customer funds to pay creditors for bets he made on European sovereign debt. Corzine partnered with Charles Kushner in an offer to buy the New Jersey Nets basketball team. When they wanted to use the state to help offset the cost for purchasing the team, then Govorner Mcgreevy said no, so Kushner blackmailed, leading to Cipel filing a sexual harrasment lawsuit against him. Cipel demanded that any settlement include a charter for the Toro College Medical School, of which Kushner was a benefactor who wanted to fund it so he could name it after his mother.
In 2001 Charles' brother, Murray, sued him diverting funds from their family-owned real estate partnerships for political influance. In addition to Charles having to pay a $508,900 fine to the Federal Election Commission. Charles' sister and her husband, Bill Schulder, had initialy suported him, but then flipped after Charles demoted Bill for screwing up within the family network. In response to this, Charles set Schulder up with a prostitute he'd paid $37,000, secretly filming the ordeal and sending the tape to his sister. He tried doing the same thing with his accountant, Robert Yontef who he's suspected of being a mole for his brother. All of this resulted in Charles going to prison for 24 months after pleading guilty to 18 counts, including tax evasion, illegal campaign contributions, and witness retaliation.
In 2025, Trump made Charles Kushner, US Ambassador to France and Monaco.
Jared Kushner - Trump's daughter, Ivanka is married to Charles Kushner's son, Jared. Jared Kushner didnt have high SAT scores, but him and his brother got into Harvard regaurdless because his parents were on the membership comitee of the university's resources. Benjamin Netanyahu slept in Jared's bed one night when he was over at their house.

Trump's mentor was mob Lawyer, (((Roy Cohn))) who had represented Tony Salerno, Paul Castellano, Carmine Galante, and John Gotti. Back in 1981, Trump laid the foundation of Trump Tower using SNA Concrete, a firm controlled by Genovese under-boss, Tony Salerno. In return, the mob kept the unions away, which they also controlled.
Before Trump Tower could be built, he had to demolish the Bonwit Teller department store in 1979, using underpaid illegal Polish immigrants along side the House Wreckers Union Local 95, later found to be Genovese controlled. Federal Judge Charles Stewart ruled that Trump had engaged in conspiracy to violate fiduciary duty and also fraud, setting damages at $325,000. The case was settled by negotiation and the agreement was sealed.
Trump bought the property for his casino in Atlantic city through intermediaries from Salvator Testa of the Phili mob. He tried to build a casino in Sydney Australia in the mid 80s, but his bid to do so was refused after police expressed concerns over his links with the Mafia.
