Michael Aquino is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US army and high priest of the Temple of Sett, which he founded. Aquino graduated with a degree in political science as an ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate, which gets someone a regular army commission, not reserve or national guard, but regular army. During the Vietnam war, he worked in psychological operations.
After the war, he was assigned to the Presidio of San Francisco as an active guard reserve officer, working at the headquarters of the 7th Psychological Operations Group. In 1980, his commanding officer asks Aquino to draft a paper. He wants fresh ideas about where PSYOP doctrine should go after Vietnam. Aquino wrote a paper is called From PSYOP to Mind War: The Psychology of Victory.
1969, as a young army officer, Aquino became second in command to (((Anton LaVey))), founder of the church of Satan. There was a schism, wherein, after an apparition, Aquino started his own branch of the occult, The Temple of Sett. He ran this organization as its high priest, while simultaneously serving as an active guard reserve officer in US Army Intelligence, holding a top secret clearance and teaches political science at Golden Gate University. Within the order, was a secret group called Order of the Trapezoid, who worshiped what they called the Prince of Darkness.
Presidio Daycare
The Presidio, where Aquino was assigned, is a military installation in San Fransisco, where soldiers of the US 6th Army leave their kids at the daycare there. In 1986, a three-year-old boy at the Presidio daycare told his mom that a teacher named Gary Hambright had hurt him. His mother took him to a doctor, revealing physical evidence consistent with abuse. The San Francisco police and FBI opened an investigation into Hambright, a 35-year-old Baptist minister working at the center who denied everything. The other teacher and the staff backed him up. The Army's position is that this is an isolated incident involving one teacher and one child. The Child Adolescent Sexual Abuse Referral Center told the Army to expect multiple victims. By the end of the investigation, at least 58 of the roughly 100 children who attended the Presidio's Child Development Center showed physical and mental signs of SA; 5 of those children, toddlers, tested positive for chlamydia. They children described being taken off the Presidio base to private homes, being urinated and defecated on. The army kept the daycare center open for over a year after the first disclosure.
In 1987, army captain named Larry Adams Thompson was shopping with his wife and their three-year-old daughter, Michelle, who grabbed her father's leg, shaking, and pointed at a man, saying: "That's Mikey!" Adam Thompson looked up to see Lieutenant Colonel Michael Aquino. She continued on to tell him: ''He's a bad man... I'm afraid.'' When they got into the parking lot, aquino and his wife came out of the store behind them. Michelle sees the woman, saying: ''That's Shambi.'' Michelle tells her parents that she's afraid Mikey and Shambi will come to the house and hurt her. That night, the Adams-Thompsons called the FBI. The FBI interviewed Michelle the same night. Michelle picked Aquino out from a photo lineup; after viewing a video lineup, she identifies Michael again. She told an agent that Shambi and Mr. Gary took her to Mr. Gary's house. She says Mikey was there, describing the house as blue-gray in color that matches the color of Aquino's residence in Leavenworth Street in San Francisco. Two days later, FBI agents and San Francisco police seized videotapes, cassette tapes, notebooks with names and addresses, two photo albums, Plastic cases of negatives and 29 photographs of costumes and masks; investigators noted what appeared to be a soundproofed room, a room with soft walls.
A reporter named Linda Goldston from the San Jose Mercury News did her own on-site inspection at the military intelligence area where Akino was stationed. Behind that building, she founds a concrete set of bunkers with the words Prince of Darkness painted in blood and 666 on another wall; there was an enormous pentagram on the wall facing the military intelligence barracks; Black and white candle drippings were visible throughout the whole structure. In a separate building further up the street, Goldston found large drawings of a figure with red eyes and horns.

Aquino claims that Captain Adams-Thompson fabricated the entire accusation to file a $3M claim and get in on the financial bonanza that other parents had already started.
The US Attorney's Office decided that the federal jurisdiction ended at the boundary of the Presidio, which is federal property, so crimes committed on the base are federal cases. But the children said they were taken off the base to private homes, so the US Attorney said that those allegations fell outside their jurisdiction and were the responsibility of the San Francisco Police Department. So, the FBI and the Police were working on two different cases without working together.
Hambright got indicted, but had his charges dropped; he got re-indicted on 10 counts of lewd and lascivious conduct involving 10 children, with charges again being dropped.
In 1987, on September 22nd, the day of the autumnal equinox, a high holy day to occultists, the Presidio daycare building caught fire. Three weeks later, a second fire hit the complex, damaging four class rooms, including the one that had been Hambright's.
The CID later conducted an independent re-investigation. The staff judge advocate at the Presidio, Lieutenant Colonel Schwinder, reviewed the evidence and determined that probable cause existed to title Aquino for indecent acts with a child, like sodomy, conspiracy, kidnapping, false swearing. Titling means that CID formally concluded that a crime probably occurred and Aquino probably committed it, not a conviction or even a charge, but it still goes on your permanent record. Aquino's name stays on the CID report to this day. The Army's official position, upheld through two levels of federal court, is that probable cause existed to believe he committed at least one offense against a child. His wife Lilith's name was removed. The children's identification of her as Shambi was deemed insufficient. But Michelle's identification held up. That identification survived every legal challenge Aquino threw at it. Despite this, no charges were ever filed.
