Human Experiments

Project MKNAOMI - MKNAOMI focused on developing, stockpiling, and testing biological and chemical weapons, poisons, and specialized delivery systems like silent dart guns. It was greenlit by Allen Dulles while he was Deputy of Plans, without the knowlege of his supervisors. 

He gave permission to (((Dr. Sidney Gottlieb))) to use a fire boat to spray germs into the fog of San Fransisco Harbor to try and infect 800,000 people to see how many would get sick. This resulted in 11 people getting identical urinary tract infections, causing them to piss blood and crystals, which baffled doctors at the time.

Projets Bluebird and Artichoke - The goal of Project Bluebird, in the 1940s, was to train subjects through hypnosis and behavior modification, so that it would be impossible for enemies of the United States to extract vital information.

The goal of Project Artichoke was to examine if a human is capable of attempting an assassination without hesitation. Methods used include hypnosis, forced substance addiction, and forced substance withdrawal. Sidney Gottleib got a virtually unlimited budget and free reign over hospitals, where he used experimental drugs on mental patiants, causing people to go insane, if they weren't already, inluding those who had only checked in themselves for anxiety or depression. 

Proffessional tennis player, Harold Blauer, who checked into the NYSPI at Columbia University for depression following a divorce, died after being injected with 450 mg of 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine

Project MKUltra - MKUltra is a now declassified CIA program greenlit by then CIA Director allen Dulles in 1953 which used often unwitting subjects to test the effects of drugs like LSD, sometimes under conditions of torture, to perfect hypnosis for the purposes of extracting information, as well as to create self-convinced spies and trigger prompted assassins. MK Ultra is a cryptonym, donating: MK = TSS (Technical Services Staff) and ULTRA, the highest classification of intelligence. While MKUltra focused broadly on research and development of chemical, biological, and radiological materials, MKDelta governed the practical use and operational deployment of those materials abroad, primarily for interrogation, harassment, or disabling targets.

After Watergate, newly appointed CIA director Richard Helms, ordering all MKUltra files destroyed. Later in 1976, the Church Committee, Pike Committee, and Rockefeller Commission led to Executive Order 11905, which revealed declassified documents failed to be destroyed in Helms' Purge. The CIA admitted to funding human behavior control research at 150, including 44 colleges or universities, including Standord University. Drugs such as LSD were tested on unwitting citizens at bars, hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies and even drug rehab clinics. Barbiturates amphetamines and hallucinogens to put their subjects in a comatose state while also violently snapping them back to reality this was carried out by injecting a barbiturate in a subject's arm and then an amphetamine in the other often resulting in death.

One of the most famous testing sites was the Allen Memorial Institute or the Ravenscrag at McGill University in Montreal, where sensory deprevation was used as a stress enducer, whereby graduate students lay in isolation, wearing translucent goggles, U-shaped cardboard tubes over their arms, and headphones with a continuous buzzing noise. The study showed that minimal sensory input causes profound cognitive decline and hallucinations. These experiments were led by (((Sidney Gottlieb))), reffered to by his collegues as 'the black sourcerer' who financed and developed "techniques that would crush the human psyche to the point that it would admit anything." In 1953, while attending a CIA retreat, Frank Olson, a scientist working for the agency drank a cocktail that had been spiked with LSD. A few days later, he allegedly committed suicide by falling from the window of a New York City hotel room. 41 years later, Frank Olson's family decided to have a second autopsy performed. A forensics team discovered injuries on the body that were most likely caused before the fall. Following lengthy legal proceedings, Olson's family was awarded a $750,000 settlement and a personal apology from Gerald Ford and CIA Director William Colby. The person named for administering the LSD to Frank Olson was Sidney Gottlieb.

Dr. Donald Ewan Cameron had previously conducted experiments which ammounted to torturing schizophrenics with high temperatures and food/water deprevation, resulting in numerous deaths. Later, when working under MKUltra, he invented two medical torture techniques that were repeated until the unwilling subject's mind was effectively broken. First, Cameron utilized a technique known as psychic driving, where patients were frequently exposed to hundreds of thousands of repeats of a single remark which would theoretically change their behaviour. Then next phase was depatterning, where they would undergo massive doses of electroconvulsive therapy combined with equally large doses of psychedelic drugs. Under the release of the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, Cameron was discovered to have conducted the most extreme mind control trials, employing massive amounts of shock treatments and drugs such as PCP and LSD. According to journalist Sid Taylor in an article from 1992, Cameron used Curare, a toxin used by South American natives for poison arrows. When applied to the body, it shuts down the neuromuscular system. Author, Naomi Klein interviewed former patient Gail Katzner, who was barely mobile, as violent convulsions from electroshocks had riddled her spine with small fractures. Gail was an 18-year-old nursing student when Dr. Cameron Experimented on her. Cameron noted that she was suffering from anxiety due to memories of her abusive father. After weeks of his regiment, Cameron wrote: ''The shock treatment turned the then 19 year-old honor student into a woman who sucked her thumb, talked like a baby, demanded to be fed from a bottle and urinated on the floor.''

While a college student at Stanford University, Ken Kesey, author of, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, volunteered for MKUltra LSD experiments. Kesey later went on to promote the drug by hosting acid tests, which were LSD-fueled parties. These parties incorporated drug use with musical performances by The Grateful Dead. Robert Hunter, the band's lyricist, was also an MKUltra test subject at Stanford around 1961. 

(Another lyricist, John Barlow, was a childhood friend of Dick Cheney. Just putting it out there.) These parties influenced the early development of hippie culture and sparked the psychedelic drug scene in the 1960s. Allen Ginsburg, one of the most prominant voices of the psychodelic movement, was also an MKUltra test subject.

In 1975 Lieutenant Commander Dr. Thomas Narut, a psychologist working at the US Naval Hospital in Naples, gave a speech at a conference sponsored by NATO in Oslo, about the effect stress from combat has on soldiers. Afterwards, he let journalist Peter Watson sit down with him for a one-on-one in which he outlined a process of funneling men who had either killed or had the mental aptitude for killing without remorse into training programs. He describes fitting the head of the subjects into fixed positions and clamping their eyes open, forcing them to watch films in increasing brutality, films specially designed to show people being killed and injured in violent ways to heighten their dissociative powers in regard to killing. When asked whether murderers were being released from prisons to become assassins, he replied that it's happened more than once. 

George Estabrooks, an intelligence asset perched at the top of the projects concerning the creation of MPD soldiers: ''We know that dual and even multiple personality can be both caused and cured by hypnotism. Moreover, the Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde combination is a very real one once it is established. The key to creating an effective spy or assassin rests in splitting a man's personality or creating a multiple personality with the aid of hypnotism. This is not science fiction. I have done it...  During World War II, I worked this technique with a vulnerable Marine lieutenant I'll call Jones. Under the watchful eye of Marine intelligence, I split his personality into Jones A and Jones B. Jones A, once a normal working Marine, became entirely different. He talked communist doctrine and meant it.

Project Midnight Climax - Midnight Climax, again, greenlit by Allen Dulles, was an MKUltra project in which government hired prostitutes enticed unsuspecting men to CIA safe houses across San Francisco, California, and New York City. The CIA would administer LSD through drinks or aerosols to the men and then observe their behavior while crushing a couple of cold ones behind a two-way mirror. It is noted that the program had little oversight and leadership. The agents involved admitted to a loose, party-like atmosphere, where they themselves engaged with the prostitutes and used drugs. 

George White, a CIA agent working on the project, wrote to Sidney Gottlieb in 1971, stating: ''Of course, I was a very minor missionary, actually a heretic, but I toiled wholeheartedly in the vineyards because it was fun, fun, fun. Where else could a red-blooded American boy lie, kill, and cheat, steal, deceive, and pillage with a sanction and blessing of the all-highest?''

Project Third Chance - Project Third Chance was a covert U.S. Army Intelligence program active from 1961 to 1963. Its goal was to operationally field test LSD as an aid for counterintelligence interrogations, primarily in Europe. The program involved secretly dosing unwitting, non-volunteer subjects and then interrogating them while under the influence of the drug. 

James Robert Thornwell was a US Army private who became the only known American soldier to be surreptitiously and aggressively interrogated using LSD by US military intelligence during the Cold War: ''The pain was so excruciating it felt like somebody was sticking me with a million pins...'' [Thornwell breaks down crying].

Project Monarch (🧂) - In 1990, Franklin scandle whistle blower, Paul Bonacci gave a videotaped interview at the Douglas County Correctional Center. In this interview he claimed to have been a victim of Project Monarch, a program which induced SA trauma on children as young as five to create split-personalites so they could be used as spies as well as sex slaves. It's said to have been named after the monarch butterfly because their migration is a multigenerational process, so even though no single butterfly has ever made the full trip before, the migration always gets completed because the knowledge of where to fly is passed down genetically.

He alleged that the program was run by Michael Aquino, a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army and founder of the Temple of Sett.

Later in 1995, Cathy O'Brien came out reporting to be a survivor of Project Monarch, recalling the name of the program itself being reffered to by her handlers. She also recalled that children, including herself, were traumatised into believing they were animals, such as a kitten, to escape the pain. Another alleged survivor, Cisco Wheeler recalled that handlers would use "kitten" as the trigger for the split-personality, as well as leapard skin patterns. There are other alleged survivors including Kathleen Sullivan and while website called DeprogramWiki, dedicated to victim healing.

All this hinges on the Franklin scandle, which was a real thing, so who knows. It definitely isn't unpresedented, given Gail Katzner, as well as the numerous other confirmed child abuse operations which went rogue, from US intelligence.

Famous test subjects/byproducts

Many victims suffering from Mulitple Personality Dissorder (MPD) have shown severe trauma as a result of early sexual or physical trauma to be the cause their phsycological fracture. Fight-or-flight is a trauma response, but without the ability to flee or fight, the mind splits to avoid greater dysfunction, thus creating a second personality which can be triggered without leavng a surface memory of itself once the subject snaps back. 

Jack Ruby - Dr. Louis Jolyon "Jolly" West, who worked on both MKUltra and Midnight Climax was appointed to evaluate (((Jack Ruby))) after he shot Lee Harvey Oswald. 

Following West’s interactions with Ruby in jail, Ruby's mental state severely deteriorated as he started seeing demons and raving about a Jewish genocide across Ameria. During a cell visit from Rabbi Hillel Silverman, Ruby would frantically yell for the rabbi to "duck underneath the table", claiming guards were "pouring oil on Jews and setting them on fire" in the jail.

Radiation Experiments

AEC Radiation Experiments - Between 1944 and 1974, the US government sponsored thousands of human radiation experiments with additional funding from universities such as Vanderbilt University and UC Berkeley. Over 20,000 people were involved in these projects. The Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) was largely the starting point to the various human radiation experiments, which were tests completed to see the effects of radiation on the human body, performed most often on unwhitting American citizens who had checked into hospitals. These experiments included directly injecting plutonium and other radioactive elements to mostly terminal patients without their consent; feeding radioactive traces to children; enlisting doctors to administer radioactive iron to impoverished pregnant women; exposing soldiers and prisoners to high levels of radiation; irradiating the testicles of prisoners, causing severe birth defects; and exhuming bodies from graveyards to test them for radiation without the consent of the families.

Karen testified to the AEC about having been contaminated at the Kerr-McGee. Later in 1974 she assembled documentation to back up her claims. Unfortunately, on her way to meet with a journalist, she was run off the road and killed. Even thoguh her family confirmed that she had taken the binder with her to give to someone at the meeting, they were no where to be found at the site of the crash. Skidmarks from her car were present on the road, suggesting she was trying to get back onto the road after being pushed from behind; they also found dmage on teh rear of her vehicle which had not been present before the crash. According to author Richard Rashke, investigators who looked into Karen's death and the plant operations recieved constant anonymous death threats, some even being physically assulted; one of her investigators disapeared and another allegedly commited suicide shortly before she was set to testify against the Kerr-McGee plant.

Dorothy Legarreta was a lab technitian at the Crocker labretory, which was working on the Manhatten project. She was contaminated from having to smash glasswear being used to feed test animals being fed radioactive materials. One of her children died of luchemia; she herself had to have a thyroid tumor removed. Because of this, she founded the National Association of Radiation Survivors in 1982, which later filed a FOIA request with teh Department of Energy, obtaining documents which confirmed that the government had been experimenting on unconsenting humans with radiation for years. Like Karen Silkwood, Dorothy Legarreta's car ran off the road killing her. Her breifcase full of top secret government documents obtained through a lawsuit was missing from her vehicle, even though someone had written down the briefcase as having been found on the accident report. The tow truck driver said that it had been thrown away because it was badly damaged, which is illegal.

Tokaimura nuclear accidents - Hisashi Ouchi was a Japanese nuclear technician who became the victim of the highest recorded dose of radiation exposure for a human being in history. On 30 September 1999, while working at the JCO nuclear fuel-processing plant in Tokaimura, Japan, Ouchi and his coworkers accidentally triggered a criticality accident. He survived for 83 days under intensive medical care before passing away from multiple organ failure on 21 December 1999. He was subjected to aggressive, unproven, and experimental medical treatments in a desperate attempt to save his life.
